This is an intriguing story that grabbed my interest from the get-go and didn’t let go till the end of the book. It’s a story about an estate agent named Natalie who confronts the neighbor, Asher, who lives next door to a house she needs to sell. Neither was looking for any romantic connection, but it found them anyway! This is a case of people and situations are not always what you see, and some closer inspection and a bit of time often reveals a whole different situation. Sit back and enjoy the story, this is a wonderful way to spend a couple of hours reading.

Natalie really had no idea what she would be dealing with when taking on the job to sell a house in a tight knit small town. Asher was not what she was expecting when she banged on the door of this crazy neighbor with an overgrown lawn with barbwire wrapped around his fence, shooting guns at random for the heck of it and having a dog that sounds like a creature spawned by hellhounds that could possibly eat you whole. As the saying goes, ‘Never judge a book by it’s cover’, or in this case — ‘Never judge a town and its people’…
An action-packed book with great characters and a story to keep your fingers twitching to turn the next page! Great read!

Absolutely fantastic! Well written, consistent, fast pace and just an awesome emotionally deep suspense romance. The storyline is well developed with scenes that are very intense, funny, and witty. It is action packed with danger, twists and turns, nefarious acts, violence, and surprises. The characters are strong and a perfect match; the chemistry between them is instant and off the charts. A riveting read and is strongly recommended!

The story of Natalie and Asher is full of revenge plans, mystery, surprises and love. There is a lot of adult interaction between Natalie and Asher, but also trust and protection of each other. Natalie is a relastate agent that comes to a small town to sell a mantion. The problem is Asher, the neighbour is acting like a crazy person and scares all the buyers away. Natalie gets angry and go to confront him. That is how she gets involved with him and his revenge plan against the casinos owner, the man he believes killed his sister. There is a lot to the story of Natalie and Asher, but I enjoyed it, it captured me!

This book will keep you on the edge of your seat the whole time you were reading it. It had everything – drama, romance and plenty of heat. The story was fast paced and engaging. You had to know what was going to happen next. Asher and Natalie were wonderfully written. I have read several books by this author and I can’t wait to read more.

In this book we meet Natalie Whipple and Asher Wade. Natalie just wants to sell this house but the neighbor isn’t making it easy. Shooting his gun when prospective buyers come around, having his dog bark. It just makes people not want to live near someone like that. So when she has finally had enough figures since she can sell this house it is her job anyway she might as well lose it with a bang and tell off the rude neighbor. What she finds however when she gets there is a totally different story. Asher isn’t looking for a new woman and the realtor that knocked on his door. Well she is a knock out but she is not the one for him. He is here for one thing and one thing only and that is to make sure his sisters killer is 6 feet under himself. What neither suspects is there is something that will draw them to the other. Will it be the things that saves them or will it them that will be 6 feet under when the dust settles?
This is an amazing story. It does have its ups and downs I really want to tell you about. However I don’t want to ruin the story for any other readers. I will say this book will have you on the edge of your seat from the first word to the very end. I would highly recommend it to anyone and everyone.
This book pulled me in and kept me entranced till the end. The feelings of love, hate, and pain coming out in waves making you want to cry while you read. This was such a beautiful book! I loved the characters wholesomeness!

Natalie and Ash first met when she was showing the property for sale next door to his. With a bang. She loses the sale. As the story evolves, the characters and story line kept me reading to the end. The supporting characters were as well developed as Natalie and Ash. I won’t give away the ending because it is worth reading.

The storyline was well written and the characters were so well rounded that this book was a very enjoyable and entertaining read! Natalie and Asher were a fun couple and the chemistry between these two kept me turning the pages until the very end!
When realtor Natalie comes to Salma’s Hope, she finds that selling a home with a crazy neighbor and the cloud of a jerk boss is a headache. This quiet town has many secrets and before long, she is caught up with her neighbor Asher in the tangle. I really enjoyed this read. It’s sexy, very sexy. Also, filled with mystery and danger.

Loved this exciting story!!
Natalie is just trying to sell a house before her jerk of a boss fires her. Unfortunately the crazy neighbor next door, Asher, is making things rather difficult. His lawn is a messy jungle, there’s random gun fire and a dog barking constantly. When she goes to talk to him she finds a very handsome man that may be a little crazy, but she’s not giving up she will sell that house. Asher has things from his past that he’s dealing with, he doesn’t have time for the sexy real estate agent at his front door, but he can’t stop thinking about her when she leaves. This is a great read and I highly recommend it!

What worked for me:
-trigger free
-it does not take long for the sex to start and once it does, it doesn’t stop
-I enjoyed the twists and turns
-there was some laugh out loud moments
What did not work for me:
-Natalie’s seemingly cold-hearted teasing of Asher was over the top

The chemistry and sparks that fly between Natalie and Asher are super hot and intense. I thought the story was both entertaining and fun. There is an abundance of chuckle to yourself moments as the story unfolds and plenty of sharp, witty barbs fly with each interaction these two share. Drama and danger are paired with tension and emotions to help create a book that will have you fully engaged before you are done reading chapter one. I quickly fell for both these characters that were so much mor than what you initially saw. I thought that this was a really, really good read and I look forward to more from this series.
Pain from the loss of family and the knowledge of foul play with the perpetrator being one who used to be a good friend close to the family growing up is hard enough. Add in being a war veteran and I would have a hard time trying to come up from the depths. But Natalie was able to pull life back into Asher and help him find peace and justice fir his family.

Revenge with love found
Bad Boy Rebel is the first book that I have read by Skye Darrel so I was not sure what to expect
Natalie is a real estate agent who needs to sell a home but the neighbor keeps running everyone away from. So she is quite literally at the end of her wits with this one and about to give up. However, she will be telling the neighbor off first because there is nothing to lose at this point.
Asher is an ex-military man who is in town for one reason only. He likes his weapons and his dog but not much else, as he is a man on a mission.
Neither Natalie nor Asher are looking for anything but as we all know when you least expect it you will get hit upside of your head and in this case they both do, even as the banter between them is filled with sharp wit that makes you laugh as you read it. These two definitely know how to fight but the question is whether they know how to love.
I am mixed on this book. On the whole I think the story was an interesting concept and definitely had some great moments while reading it. But it could have been executed a bit better and tightened up in areas. Some of the dialogue and actions of Natalie and Asher seemed not to be authentic, at least from my POV. But I did enjoy the story and will be picking up another book or two from Skye Darrel to see if I can connect better with another.
I received a free ARC of this book in exchange for my honest review. My opinions are all my own.
