Kimberly Kincaid kicks off a new series with Back To You and it’s absolutely fantastic. A definite 5 star read.
I loved every word of this second chance at love story. I was glued to the pages while reading because I needed to know what happened next and how these two fabulous characters in Charlie and Parker could overcome their past history to make a brand new one.
If you love emotional, second chance love stories that is perfectly mixed with an adrenaline filled setting then do not look any further than this book. This story will take you on a roller coaster ride of emotions that will leave you exhausted by the end, but in a oh so good way.
Add in side characters that will leave you wanting to hear their stories, I’m saying it now, Kimberly Kincaid just might have started her best series yet

A new series called A Remington Medical Contemporary Romance series and it looks like it is going to be one I will be reading. This is Parker Drake an intern who after six years is getting a second chance to become a doctor and surgeon Charleston Becker his ex-wife’s story. A well-written book that kept me turning pages. I Recommend this book.
Charleston is back at the hospital where she started her internship to cover her best friend’s, Tess’s, maternity leave. The very last person she expected to see was her ex husband Parker. He’s one of the new interns. This book is fantastic! I loved how it would go back and forth between the present and the past, it was an excellent way to explain their love and why it all fell apart. This book is a fantastic must read!

Parker Drake was on the right track to become a doctor but things fell apart for him six years ago. Now he is a EMT and loves it. He still plans on becoming a doctor. Charleston (Charlie) is Parker’s ex wife and a surgeon. She is filling in at the hospital for her friend Tess, who is having a baby. She didn’t realize she would have to work with her ex husband Parker. The couple can’t forget about the good things between them or the attraction. Will they risk their careers and hearts for a second chance? A wonderful read and the start of a new series.

Back to You is Book One in a brand new series set around Remington Medical, by Kimberly Kincaid. I am a big fan of all things Kimberly Kincaid and have been so excited about this new series.
My attention was immediately grabbed from page one with the story of Parker and Charlie. She and Parker together were undeniably perfect together. They’re story is a complex but an extremely emotional one and watching them slowly work their way back to each other was beautiful.
This second chance romance had everything I look for in this particular trope. Super sexy chemistry, emotional and heartfelt moments, and the satisfying reunion I wanted from the very first page. The plot is engaging and the action is non-stop. The main characters are complex and likable, as are the side characters, who I foresee will have their own stories in the near future. I loved every moment of Back to You and can’t wait to see where Kimberly Kincaid takes us next with the Remington Medical series.
This is the first book in the new series and is Charlie and Parker’s story. I really enjoyed getting to know these two they were good characters that you cannot help but like and root for. I am a huge fan of this authors books and this one did not disappoint it is a well written really good second chance romance.
This new series grabs your attention from page one with the story of Parker Drake and Charlotte/Charlie Becker.
Six years ago they were interns who fell in love. Their love started with fireworks and ended up in tragedy, loss, misunderstandings and heartaches. Parker left the internship and became a paramedic, never forgetting his dream of becoming a doctor. When he gets a chance to do his internship at Remington Medical, he never expected to come across Charlie.
Charlie had left town, and became a surgeon in Nashville, but is back at the hospital where it all started, as a favor to her friend Tess. Tess, an ER physician, asks Charlie to cover her shifts while she is on maternity leave.
When they meet again and realized Parker was going to be one of Charlie’s interns, feelings run high and the past crashes back. A truce is made by these two. They are older and wiser and want to move forward. But will history come back to haunt them, or will they be able to get a second chance at love and life?
The plot is engaging and the action non-stop. The main characters are complex and likable, as are the secondary characters. Characters that I foresee will have their own books in the near future.
For those that have read Ms. Kincaid’s Station Seventeen books, you’ll get a chance to visit with some of the characters of those books and “see” how they are doing.
Another winner from this very talented author.
I was entrusted a copy of this book. The opinions expressed are solely my own.
In Back to You, Kimberly Kincaid branches out from her Station Seventeen series into a Gray’s Anatomy type medical contemporary. Familiar faces make appearances as these worlds are clearly connected. I was hooked from page one and wanted more time to just keep reading. I loved Charlie and Parker and can’t wait to see where Kincaid goes from here. I’m definitely going along for the ride.
I voluntarily reviewed an ARC of this novel.
So. Six years after a pregnancy, marriage and divorce, both Dr. Charleston Becker and her ex husband Parker Drake are at the hospital where it all began and ended.
This time around, Charlie is the attending and the boss of new intern (again) Parker Drake. The man that walked away from her when she needed him the most.
It’s gonna be a lot of work to get back in her good graces.

The research that’s gone into writing this exceptional romance is awe inspiring. The story floats above a foundation of such detail you, the reader, will lose yourself in another world. The emotion packed interactions, along with the interplay between leading and supporting characters makes this a page turner extraordinaire.
The book’s description gives you a taste of what the story is about without giving away too much.
Easily worth more than the 5 stars I have rated – but it seems I can’t give any more.

Incredible second chance romance based at a hospital. First of all, I loved reading about the doctors and interns and how they deal with the daily life of a hospital and the challenging cases doctors face. I was pulled into the intensity and drama that this provided as this story unfolded. Charlie has become a successful surgeon and returns to the hospital where she had started her residency to fill-in for her best friend Tess as she goes on maternity leave. She never dreams that her ex-husband will be one of the new interns that she has to train. Parker had given up on his dream of being a doctor 6 years ago but also walked away from his marriage with Charlie. But did he really? Charlie and Parker have to navigate working together again and just maybe they will finally be honest with each other about the breakdown of their marriage. This is a wonderful romance for two driven individuals with a passion for taking care of people that had found an amazing love in med school which hit a huge stumbling block. The entire cast at Remington Medical added to the drama and making me want to learn more about each of them. I voluntarily read an ARC of this book and this is my honest review.
**4.5 Stars** I love watching medical dramas and when Kimberly Kincaid announced her new series Remington Medical, I just knew I was going to love it!
Parker Drake and Charleston “Charlie” Becker are divorced and haven’t seen each other in 6 years. When they’re forced to work together after all those years, old hurts and painful memories come rushing back. Not to mention the feelings they still have for each other. Parker and Charlie will have to open up to each other though if there’s any chance of a new future between them. But their relationship isn’t the only thing on the line…
If you love SEXY, second-chance romances with smokin’ hot chemistry between the main characters, great secondary characters, and a storyline that will keep you turning the pages, this one is for you! If you love watching medical dramas, this one is definitely for you! I hope you love Parker & Charlie’s story as much as I did!
I can’t wait for future books in the series!
I voluntarily read and reviewed an ARC in exchange for an honest review.
Book one in the new series. What a start. Great story line. Awesome characters.
Charlie is spending few weeks of her vacation to help her pregnant friend and cover her shifts at hospital. She has to mentor few interns, there is a big problem….one of the interns is her ex-husband. How will she survive this, all the memories, pain?
Loved this book, loved Charlie and Parker.
Six years ago Charlie and Parker were married but it didn’t last and when Charlie’s friend takes time off with her new baby she calls Charlie to fill for her. Charlie didn’t know that Parker was doing his internship and it isn’t long before sparks fly. They realize they still love each other but can they make it work the second time around. Loved this new medical series and the characters.

It was in the second chapter that I was caught and reeled in. My first thought was this going to be an ER episode with the drama, but I was really intrigued as the story unfolds. There is snippets to the back story as to why and how which rounds out the characters and brings the story alive along with the romance. This is a second chance at a dream, but also a second chance at love, although Charlie put Parker through his paces and many would falter, he came out on top.

The book is a good romance read. The story has a good story line, and the story is a well written read. The characters are good, and they have good chemistry. The story is an enjoyable romance read.

Charleston “Charlie” Becker left town 6 years ago after a disastrous marriage ends in disaster. The only reason she returns now is to help her friend while she is on maternity leave for 10 weeks. A few short months at Remington Memorial and she can get back to her own life in a whole different city. A new group of interns coming in throws her for a loop, her past is staring her right in the face and she isn’t sure she can handle it.
Parker Drake left his internship 6 years ago after his life hit the skids. He begged, borrowed and stole to get another chance at an internship, never expecting it would be at his previous hospital. Running late for his first day, after helping an accident victim, he finds himself face to face with his past. And even though she was looking at him with daggers in her eyes, she’d never looked so beautiful.
Charlie and Parker have quite a history between them but they do their best to make sure it stays between them and not the whole internship program. Parker still has the skills he possessed 6 years ago, working as a paramedic helped hone them as well. Charlie has little doubt that he will be a great doctor, can she stay objective given their past?
A great second chance love story, and with a honesty policy in place between the ex-spouses, their second chance has more promise than most. The first in the new Remington Medical series, Back to You is a great start to get us prepped for all the shenanigans waiting for us at Remington Memorial. I received an advance copy of this 4½ star read without expectation for review. Any and all opinions expressed are my own.
This is the beginning of a new series for Kincaid and I have to say that she has not disappointed with this book. I always look forward to her books. You are guaranteed a great read when you open up her books. This is a second chance romance. Can a Sassy heroine & a hot hero make amends and make things work the second time around?
I loved every bit of this book and look forward to the next!
