The arrangement was simple, with only two rules:Rule #1: Don’t fall in loveRule #2: Refer back to rule one when necessaryI thought I could stick to the rules, but with a girl like Fallon, I should’ve known those rules were meant to be broken. We’ve been best friends since we were kids, and she’s the only woman I’d ever even consider for more than a one-night stand. No matter how much I’m attracted … a one-night stand.
No matter how much I’m attracted to her, and I’m pretting f-ing attracted, I know she deserves more than a man who will never commit to one woman.
Then, my father gives me an ultimatum:
Have a baby…or he’ll sell the business my great-grandfather started over fifty years ago to a stranger.
Winston Industries is mine, and I’m not about to let anyone take it away from me.
Too much alcohol has Fallon volunteering to help me with my problem, and our aggreement is born.
There’s just one little problem…everything changes the moment I slide inside her.
To hell with the rules… I’m going to claim what’s mine before it’s too late.

4 Star Review of Baby Proposal (Winston Brothers #1) by Stacey Lewis
Stacey Lewis is a relatively new author to me but what I have read, I have enjoyed. This was a good story and one I quickly became invested in. This book was previously published as The Baby Arrangement and is Fallon and Reed’s story.
I really loved the friendship that Fallon and Reed share. Fallon has had feelings for Reed for some time and is frustrated that Reed is constantly hooking up with one nights stands. His brothers feel the same and have tried to get him to see that Fallon is the one for him but Reed is too afraid to cross the line and potentially ruin their friendship.
When his father advises he will not hand over the company to Reed until he has a child, all bets are off. Will Reed and Fallon finally be on the same page at the same time? Can the feelings that neither have shared with one another bring them together and in turn find love? Will Fallon agree to carry a baby for Reed and in doing so help him save his company?

4.5 Stars for Baby Proposal (Winston Brothers Book 1 ) previously published as The Baby Arrangement
Stacey Lewis is a fairly new author to me but after reading Baby Proposal that will certainly be changing, I need more from this very talented author.
Fallon and Reed have loved each other since the moment they met but Reed is determined not to settle down and that means Fallon watching his parade of one night stands from the house door. The Winston brothers are also determined to make Reed see what is right in front of his nose and open up to his true feelings but it’s his father who throws a spanner in this playboys life by demanding a grandchild could Fallon be the one to help save the business and the family by agreeing to carry Reed’s baby……
This book touched me on so many levels, the characters were easy to live and relate to, the friends to lovers story captivated me, I smiled and I swooned as I joined their journey, I was entertained by this romance that wasn’t without a few twists and turns along the way. This book will appeal to a very wide range of romance lovers and I highly recommend it. Looking forward to more Winston brothers.
A beautiful fast paced best friends to lovers romance. This engaging sweet inspirational story has miscommunication and misunderstandings, with a fatherly grandchild demand. The characters are interesting, well developed and have undeniable chemistry causing plenty of heat. The audible I narration is wonderfully really bring the authors sd story and feelings to life.
Romantic and steamy. I’ve made the mistake of reading the second episode of the Winston brothers series first. Therefore I already knew how the book will finish as all the brothers are present and play a part in both episodes. Actually, it is a good job I did because I would’ve screamed with frustration otherwise. Winston senior gives an ultimatum to Reed his eldest son, to produce a son of his own if he wants to inherit his father’s company. Reed’s pain at the loss of his mother and seeing his father crumble for years from the heartache makes Reed determined never to allow anyone close enough to his heart to leave him so vulnerable. When his parent’s best friends die in a car crash, their orphaned daughter Fallon, becomes part of his family. He loves Fallon from the moment they first meet and she becomes his best friend. Anything else is totally out of the realms of possibility he convinces himself. Since Fallon offers to become his baby-mama, they both fear their relationship might change and neither one of them is willing to give up the other’s friendship. As they both love each other, they spend practically the entire book grappling with their feelings, toying with the possibility of creating something more meaningful between them, fuelled by their incredible attraction and desire for each other. The sex between them, as well as his language is totally hot and steamy. That fact, coupled with his possessiveness, yet conscious denial, cycles the reader through a recurring hot and cold sequence. I felt like shaking some sense into Reed. He is depicted as a very handsome, alpha male who is strong, yet gentle with incredible 6 pack abs. I didn’t like Reed’s character very much, as a potential CEO of a company employing hundreds of people requires a strong character, rather than someone who is insecure, in denial of his feelings and quite frankly who is weak. I liked Reed’s character much better in the 2nd book (Oops baby). Fallon comes across as a very nice person and one is immediately able to relate to her. The plot is good with very good supporting characters. We get a HEA with a cute baby in the end. There were a few (editing or otherwise) errors which could be easily corrected.

A great read, this book did not disappoint. It is well written, with a consistent and well-developed storyline. Friends to lovers, the characters Reed and Fallon are perfect for each other. The author takes us on a roller coaster of emotions, a ride of intense drama, humour, and ups and downs. A compelling read!

This is my first time reading Stacey’s books & I really liked them a lot. This one is about Reed & Fallon who have grown up together and were in love but they were to stubborn to do anything about it so Reeds dad stepped in to help push the relationship along. Reed is due to take over his dads company but in order to do that Dad says Reed needs to produce a grandchild. Knowing he will ask Fallon to help with the proposal this is what finally pushes these two together.

Fallon and Reed have been in love with each other since the day they met, when Fallon moved in next door. Fallon continually has to watch Reed with his one night stands while she sits on the sidelines wishing he would love her like she loves him.
Reed continually is ribbed by his brothers about admitting to himself that he is in love with Fallon and how he should tell her how he feels. Then one day his father calls a meeting and tells Reed that he has to have a baby or he will sell the business to his enemy.
Fallon volunteers to be the baby momma but Reed doesn’t want to spoil their friendship. Before they know it, they have agreed to do it. Reed discovers that Fallon has saved her virginity for him. Once Reed takes her gift, he is determined not to let anyone ever have her. But he almost loses her in the end until his father talks some sense into him.
Fallon is pregnant and Reed realises he doesn’t want to lose her and he loves her and deserves her. They have their happily ever after.

This book was absolutely beautiful. The storyline was spot on. The little twist in the plot gave it an edge. The characters were remarkable and the bond they shared was strong. The love and the passion was spot on. The emotional turmoil the characters went through was unbelievable. The ending was absolutely amazing.
