My life changed when I posted an ad on Crescent Cove’s Facebook Wanted page.I wasn’t looking for a used car, but what I was looking for counted as a need too, right?BABY DADDY WANTEDSingle, personable woman seeking a man for the purposes of procreation. I wouldn’t mind if he looked like Chris Pratt, but that’s not required. No further interaction with the child is required, unless desired by … No further interaction with the child is required, unless desired by father-to-be. Child will be created the old-fashioned way, assuming both parties agree. Contact V at goodtothelastdrop.
I wasn’t expecting much, to tell the truth.
For a week, I got no bites.
No licks—or clicks.
Nothing.
Then I got a reply.
We started to email. Text. Maybe almost…sext.
He was sweet. Funny. Suddenly, the idea of doing the naked make-a-baby rumba with him seemed like more fun than function.
Then I found out who he was.
He found out who I was.
And tomorrow, I’m going to see him at work.
Author’s note: The hero doesn’t start out as a single father, but he’s on board with adding his cream to her coffee. Baby Daddy Wanted is a standalone romantic comedy with a HEA ending and no cliffhanger.

Seeking: guy with whom to make a baby, in the conventional way…
Start with an embarrassing personal ad, written by a well-known woman (Veronica) in a small town, but accidentally posted in the town’s FB page. Add in a whole lot of innuendo-laden comments from nearly every male in town, but none from that one sweet, shy, delicious guy (Murphy) who Veronica wouldn’t mind hearing them from… and you have another winner from Taryn Quinn.
Veronica and Murphy know each other from around town, and harbor “secret feelings” for each other. When Murphy decides he has to reach out, even if it is somewhat anonymously, the sparks start to fly. Watching their relationship grow was lots of fun, and Cari and Taryn’s writing always leaves me smiling. Baby Daddy Wanted is the fifth book in the “Dirty DILFs” series, but can be read standalone. This is an adorable story, with an HEA ending, and lots of steam. Baby Daddy Wanted is definitely worth the read!
This book was sent to me by the authors for an honest review. To me, this is the best book so far in this series. Murphy and Veronica were perfect together. Since the baby bug seems to have hit town, Veronica has decided she also wants a baby. Only problem is, she doesn’t have a guy in her life. She posts an ad looking for a guy who would be interested in helping her with her goal. However, the post did not go to where she had intended it to go. It went to the town facebook page, letting the whole town what her plan is. Murphy has had a crush on her since she moved to town but has been too shy to let talk to her. He is shocked when he reads her ad but he thinks maybe he can use this to see if he has a real chance with her. Everytime he goes to where she works, he still gets tongue tied. He ends up chatting with her online under a username she wouldn’t be able to trace back to him. They grow closer and start flirting big time. She has no clue who it is but enjoys the emails and chats. She also feels guilty because she is interested in Murphy but thinks that he doesn’t care for her. When she discovers who Cabin Fortress is, she is hurt and mad at first but then is excited that gets both. Murphy is happy that he if finally getting his dream girl. He is just afraid that she only wants him for one thing when he wants the whole package with her. I loved their emails to each other at the beginning of the chapters. Murphy is the perfect guy. He isn’t a playboy and isn’t cocky and the way he treated Veronica was so sweet. I’m looking forward to the next book to see if it will be as good as this one.
Baby Daddy Wanted is the 5th book in the Dirty DLFS series. I loved this book! V’s and Moose’s interactions are great. Moose has had a crush on V for a while and V just wants to have a baby. Sweet Sexy Romantic Must Read.
This is a fun, sweet read with a perfect bit of heat! I loved Murphy, quiet and shy, strong and loyal to the bone. Vee is funny, a little quirky and strong enough to do things a little differently. They are a great mix and I really enjoyed others in the book as well. I’ll definitely be checking out other books in this series!
I received a copy of this book and am voluntarily leaving an honest review.
Veronica (Vee) and Murphy (Moose) have known each other for a while the attraction was always there but they never let the other one know about it but when Vee accidentally places a baby daddy wanted ad on the towns Facebook page Moose knows he’s going to loose her if he doesn’t do something, he doesn’t like it but hey what can he do….
This story has it all, a shy guy that is hot AF and doesn’t even know it, a beautiful girl that is ready for motherhood even if she can’t have the man she fantasizes about, a secret that keeps Vee guessing for a while, and a great story line that grabs you right away with the two lovable characters that have you rooting for them right from the start.
Taryn Elliott and Cari Quinn have come together to give us a heartwarming story of two people finding their way together, maybe not in the most conventional of ways but in a way that worked for them. This story had a lot of laugh out loud moments, some tender sweet moments, and plenty of hot and steamy moments as well. This was a great addition to the series, but don’t worry if you have’t read them yet they can each be read as a standalone. Happy Reading!!!
**I voluntarily reviewed and Advanced Readers Copy of this book**
Love this series so much but absolutely this one is my favorite. Murphy is absolutely swoon worthy and love Veronica’s Moxy. Awesome character and relationship development and loved to her about their fur baby Latte.
Absolutely adorable!!! Murphy is so kind hearted and giving. Vee is super sweet and funny. Two extra special people trying to decide to make a baby. Who could want more. I LOVED this book!!!!!
i absolutely love this book! Vee and Murphy are to shy to talk to each other in person. so Murphy creates a secret identity to talk to Vee. I love to have a Murphy in my life. He is so sweet and thoughtful and wants to make Vee happy in whatever she decided. who wouldn’t want a guy like that.
Murphy and Vee….Vee and Murphy, no matter how you put it these two are meant to be in so many ways. Their quirky shyness about one another makes you smile like a giddy teenager witnessing you fumble through your first crush. The excitement of their chats and emails makes you feel butterflies in your stomach for when they discover that they are talking to each other. So many things about this book made me blush and my heart swell with happiness. They are the perfect couple. As always, you can count on Taryn Quinn giving you the sexiness within witty banter and hit as hades leading ladies and men. Crescent Coves’ residents are wedging themselves in my heart and making me want to love. The strength in Vee is refreshing and Murphy is the epitome of a man who loves his woman and would do everything to make her happy! You won’t be disappointed with this part of the series! Each book keeps getting better and better and the depth of the characters and what they bring to the table is quintessential Taryn Quinn! I loved it!
Ok its finally here and I am so happy. I loved this one. I have been waiting it seems forever for this one. It is written really good, it has a fantastic flow and the characters chemistry is off the charts. This will be one of my favorite series and I will for sure be reading this one over again. I look forward to the next book in this series. Thank you to the writers for another great story.
Check this one out and the rest of the series. I do recommend this one and all the others before it.
Time for another visit to Crescent Cove where if you don’t want to get pregnant, don’t drink the water or go to Brewed Awakening lol.
This time it’s sweet baker, Veronica, or Vee, who is ready for a baby. tired of waiting for her Prince Charming or Knight in Shining Armor, she’s decided to forgo the relationship part and skip right to the baby making. By making an ill advised Facebook post, she brought all sorts of unwanted attention upon herself, bless her heart.
Murphy, or Moose, is the quiet hunk interested in her, but too shy to do anything about it, until reading that post. Vee is interested in him, too, but is also too shy to do anything about it. Murphy creates an alter ego who is a bit more social and engages Vee in some online banter in response to the post. Vee is torn between her feelings for Murphy and her growing feelings for her online friend.
Murphy was an interesting character, and a bit different from many male leads. He has baggage and, although successful, has a serious lack of self confidence on a personal level. He’d found fault with his physique and made himself over into a well built male. Vee had baggage of her own as her mother was a seemingly uncaring rolling stone. This colored her views on herself and worthiness for love.
It was fun watching as she discovers that her Murphy and her online man are one and the same, and then watching their relationship grow. It was quite amusing as the whole town knows of Vee’s post and assumes that she’s just using him for his swimmers, as he puts it. They brought out the best in each other. He comes out of his shell and his confidence grows, as does hers.
I love this series because we get to revisit with couples from the previous books and get a look ahead to who I hope are in upcoming books. I can’t wait to read Macy’s story. She’s my favorite. We got to see another layer of Gideon, too. I know we’ll have to wait for them, but I’m looking forward to the next one.
Oh my goodness! This book was just precious! How have I missed the previous ones in this series? It didn’t make a difference and I wasn’t lost in any way, Veronica (Vee) has placed a Facebook ad looking for a baby daddy although she placed it in the public Cove page instead of the singles page and she is now the focus of all the gossip of young and old in town and now getting a cup of coffee and pastry has turned into an event. Murphy (Moose) has it bad for Veronica but he has always been a little awkward around her and shy and now this just makes it worse. He would give anything to volunteer for duty but he cannot seem to string two sentences together around her. Murphy starts messaging Veronica using his business name so she does not know who he is and over a few weeks they become close but when she figures out who he is all bets are off and so are the clothes. These two are perfect for each other and watching them fall was so much fun. This story was full of sass and sexy times and humor and I definitely recommend it. Oh, and make sure you download the epilogue at the end, it is absolutely splendid!
Swoon-worthy read! Between Murphy who’s always been attracted to Veronica, but shy and tongue-tied when he’s around her to Veronica who’s ready for a baby posting an ad on the Towns facebook page for a baby daddy wanted. These two become entangled in a sweet, funny, sexy romance that has the possibility for each of them to get what they want.
I loved Murphy and Veronica’s story. I think it is my favorite in the series so far! I received an ARC copy of this book, enjoyed reading the story and have chosen to leave a review.
This has to be my favorite DILF book! Absolutely in love with Murphy and totally not jealous of Veronica lol. I’m so glad we finally got to see into the True Murphy and not just the knick name Moose. Looking forward to reading more of Gideon… no pressure.(much) lol
This is a great series, and I could not put this story down. Vee and Murphy are a great funny couple. The ad was great how these two were together mad me smile. My favorite thing about the series is getting to check in with other characters from the series. I don’t want to say goodbye to them so each new couple let’s you have a glimpse. Taryn Quinn did not disappoint and always makes me want more.
I’m loving this series!!! This book was funny and sweet with great characters that I couldn’t get enough of. Veronica has tried flirting with Murphy but with no luck. She is tired of waiting for a man and wants a baby. She decides an ad for a baby daddy is just the thing. With the ad placed wrong, the whole town finds out and things get crazy for her. This book had me laughing so hard. Murphy and Vee are so cute – she wants him and he can’t seem to talk to her because his tongue gets all tied. Once the ad was placed Murphy finds a way to talk but it’s through an email and soon these two have communication. Let the chemistry fly.
Sweet Baby Daddy Romance
This is a cute, sweet book with a small town woman who works in the best coffee shops in town looking for someone to father her baby. No strings attached. She meant all of this but she did not mean for it to go on Facebook for all to see. Oh, well what’s done is done so let the games begin. Every male around has responded in various ways and some were pretty hilarious but the one she wanted to respond didn’t seem to be making an effort to help her out.
Murphy was a local guy as well who owned and operated his own gaming business as well as being some man candy for the local women who happened to have hired a handyman service with which he worked part time at. They were both so shy around each other in person you figured that they would never get the deed done anyway.
So sit back and be ready for some laugh out loud moments and one of the sweetest books I’ve read.
Vee is the beautiful baker at the local coffee shop that everyone knows and loves. She posted on social media she wanted to have a baby without having to find a guy to be in a long term relationship. Of course, everyone in the small town knows she is looking for a baby daddy. Murphy is a local guy that happens to want to get to know Vee better, but he has been too shy to talk with her. They end up having chatting back and forth on line and Vee has no clue it’s him. It is a sweet story of falling in love while looking for something else! It is another winner in the Dirty DILF series by Taryn Quinn.
I love this series and Baby Daddy Wanted is a great addition. I am so totally in love with Murphy that I can’t get enough of him. This is full of great crazy characters that bring their all with every book.
When Vee accidentally posted a post on the towns Facebook page everything goes wild. Secretly attracted to each other for a while that post helps push these two great characters together. It’s cute, funny and extremely sexy. I really enjoy.
It took me a little time to get into this story but once I did, I thoroughly enjoyed it. It’s such a sweet, gentle comedy which had me laughing out loud and snorting in several places. I really love Murphy. He is a gorgeous, awkward, cuddly mountain of a man who has admired Veronica from afar for a long time. These authors do a terrific job of giving him just the right balance of confidence and charm, without the arrogance to go with it. Don’t get me wrong, he’s no wimp, just a decent guy who is a little more introverted than the friends and family he is surrounded with. He’s taken top spot as my favourite book boyfriend in this series.
Too tongue tied to speak to her in person, Veronica’s ‘baby daddy wanted’ online ad provides this shy man with the perfect opportunity to swap emails, and for them to get to know each other before his identity is revealed. These two are adorable and once they get over their respective clumsiness around each other, and let their chemistry take over, their relationship is a joy to read. From that point on, they waste no time and, oh boy do things heat up between them. I love the way that Murphy will do anything for Veronica and one look can turn the temperature from simmering to boiling. Although there’s a little drama, there’s no real angst, or terrible misunderstandings that make you want to scream at your kindle, just a delightful relationship building between them. A great cast of supporting characters, with their own quirky personalities, add a lovely family feel to the story and provide first rate entertainment of their own.
Overall, this is a cute, fun, witty read, gently romantic, yet deliciously steamy at the same time. Although this is part of an interconnected series, in my opinion Baby Daddy Wanted can absolutely be read as a stand-alone.
