Baby Daddy (Forever Daddies Book 1)

This book is a great read. The characters are interesting and you find yourself drawn with the plot. The book is both steamy and emotional. The story line keeps you reading until the end of the book. The Belle and Michael story is another fantastic read by Victoria Snow!

This was a good story to read. I liked how you saw the story from both sides. The characters were very well written and it was enjoyable to see how they overcame their differences and grew as people. Victoria Snow always writes fantastic stories with great characters and outstanding story lines.

Annabelle, Belle, has always been full figured. She was the fat kid in school that everyone made fun of, so she is on the shy side, but she doesn’t like bullies and will stand up to one in a split second. She is at a company party when an intern is being assaulted by a drunken man. So she sticks up for the girl and tries to get the guy to back up, which he doesn’t. First she punches him in the knows and then kicks him between the legs. What she didn’t know is that the owner of the company saw the whole thing and is totally enamored with her. He takes her to the family bathroom to doctor her bloodied hand, then have a few drinks and then can’t help kissing her. He then invites her up to his hotel room to continue. She admits to him that she has never been with a man and he takes care of her. In the morning, she can’t figure out how to handle things. She doesn’t know how he feels about her, is she a one and done, plus she works for him. He did ask all along if this is what she wanted and that her job did not depend on her answer. She gets scared because he is handsome, rumured to maybe be engaged to an actress, and a billionaire, where she is a full figured gal who is only 22 and kind of plain looking. As she leaves, she runs into some co-workers in the elevator and they realize that she is coming from the penthouse where the owner is. One of the people in the elevator is a gossipy woman. She knows that everyone will know about it within days and her job will be finished. When she gets home, she submits her resignation and moves to the other side of the city within the month. After getting a new job and a new apartment, she finds out she is pregnant. She is afraid that if he knows, he will force her to abort it or take her baby away. She has no family so she decides to keep the baby and not let him know. Now she has a family again.

Michael is the billionaire owner of his company. He likes to have parties for his employees to reward them for such good work. There he sees this curvy goddess defending a small intern from a drunken man. He can’t take his eyes off of her. He loves a women with soft curves to grab a hold of. He can’t stand skinny women, but that is all that he seems to find. After a fantastic night with his goddess, she is gone. When he tries to get her address from his HR department to send flowers to her, he finds out that she quit so he can’t get her info. He doesn’t understand what happened. He thought it was all consensual and she knew that her job wasn’t in jeopardy by being with him one way or the other. He spends even more time doing charity work, actually doing things instead of just donating money. Years later, picking up garbage in the park, he comes across her with a small boy who must be her son. He thinks that either it could be his son, maybe she lied about being a virgin and was already pregnant or she got pregnant shortly after being with him. When they run into each other again at another charity ball, they can’t stay away from each other. When he takes her back to her place, her son needs to be rushed to the hospital. He ends up stepping in to get him a bigger private room and then a huge birthday party at the hospital for him and all the children in the hospital when he has to stay for a week.

They were both insecure with how they felt about the other and not knowing how the other felt about them.
