I swear Rachel Rhodes is trying to keep me on my toes. She definitely has my suspicions up the entire book. I kept looking for trouble in all the wrong places! Regardless, trouble finds you!
It’s easy to appreciate friends and family. I found myself falling into old habits. It’s easy to justify behavior and argue for the “right.” Its human nature. Rachel Rhodes puts us in a situation where doubt is inevitable because trust is easily stolen.
I would apologize to some of the characters for my judgement but I think eventually they will forgive me. I only had Emma and Ally’s best interests at heart.
I almost want to catalogue this book as a romantic suspense waiting for the trouble to hit. But its sweet, sexy and waiting for you to decide!
Wow. What an amazing story. I absolutely enjoyed listening to this audiobook from start to finish. It really had me hooked.
WOW. What a ride! This book starts off at a pretty good pace and has a few twists that you may or may not see coming. What a great listen.
This is all twisty and turny! I didn’t realize it would also have some drama and suspense. I really was sure so had figured out what and who…but then I was blown out of the water!! I loved that! So obviously the story was amazing! The characters were fulfilling. I got all caught up in Max’s issues hoping he stays on the straight road.
I did listen to this on audio. Katlynn Millions did great! She is easy and pleasant to listen to. The author did a great job bring me into the story and keeping me guessing the whole time.
Awkward in Trouble (Awkward Series, Book 4) is orchestrated in a realistic way. This authors writing style is clever, drawing you in with its many tiers of relationships. Sweet & sassy humor swirls throughout the narrative. A novella size audio that will make punchy without all the superfluous fluff. A montage of complex characters, bit of mystery, subterfuge, astonishing twists and
amorous play. The narrative is a confectionery of dramatics with sultry moments that splashdown on the pages. Ending with a epilogue that is a polished ending.
Katlynn Millions narrates this series so fabulously. Her intonation is intoxicating and I could listen all day long without stopping.
I loved her performance and the way she portrays the characters.
Looking forward to seeing what’s next for this author.

Working really hard to bring a life in for her and her daughter, but life has away of throwing curveballs. This read grabbed me from the first page to the last and had me on the edge of my seat. The Narrator done a fantastic job. The Author has done a great job at world building and bringing out the Characters so well. A definite must Read.

Awkward in Trouble
Awkward Series, Book 4
By: Rachel Rhodes
Narrated by: Katlynn Millions
Awkward in Trouble sums up this novel to a “T”! Rachel Rhodes knocks is out of the park with this story of redemption, deception and second chance love. There is so much in this one, I don’t even know where to start. Emma, a divorced mom, begins dating her client, Greg. Megan, her best friend is dumped by her married boss. Oliver, is obsessed with Emma and Max is her alcoholic ex-husband. Put all these characters together, and we have a wonderfully written story. We get to watch Emma and Greg begin their path of love, Megan unravel as her life is obsessed with jealousy and rage, Oliver be there for Emma in her time of need and not and Max find his way to a new life. It’s full of awkward moments, yet I was so entranced with the story and the outcome that I just had to finish. The characters are so easy to understand and I loved the interaction as Emma really came into her own. Add in how cute her daughter Alyssa is and it’s just a wonderful listen. Katlynn Millions brings it all to life with her amazing performance. This is one you will get lost in and enjoy.
