Auctioned to the Convicts (book 1 of Prison World series) is a steamy reverse harem romance with an enemies to lovers trope set on a prison planet where women are scarce and love even scarcer. Hanna’s story continues in Protected by the Convicts.

When Hannah tried to save her sister she was sentenced to level 5 she was told that she would become a part of a unit she was to have 4 men an she was to do whatever they want because they would own her. Hannah is emotionally scared when the community decided her mom needed a third husband there was always tension around the house.Hannah hoped she could pick the right men so they could be a family an be happy. So when she was auctioned she was shocked a really mean and violent looking miner won but they were told they could challenge for her.All the men wanted her but no one offered to fight for her so when she was pushed down on her knees the man was going to force her to do as he wanted in front of hundreds of angry sexually frustrated men.Hannah challenged him at first they said no but all the men said let her fight. Then out of the crowd came a gorgeous military man he said he’d take her place in the challenge his name is KyLi ,he was injured from the guards beating him on the shuttle .But he won the fight but was injured he may die. When the head said that they had to be a unit four men one woman Kyli said she should choose but he wouldn’t share her.Hannah chose the chemist named Sirsie and the Dr.named Vaughn and then the engineer named Ren all the men were loners and even though they wanted the beauty they didn’t want to be a unit. But the boss said they were a unit and if they caught about it he’s just give her to the first unit. There are so many twists and turns to this story will keep you riveted until the very last page and leave you begging for more.I love the way this amazing author brings the characters to life before your eyes and makes you feel their emotions and their pain.I can hardly wait to see what’s next by this multi talented author.
Captivating Reverse Harem Prison Story! The first in a new series. Awesome characters and steamy scenes! Hannah was wrongly accused and convicted and sent to a harsh planet with dangerous convicts. She is forced to choose a unit of 4 men along with herself. It is her goal to get the 4 men she chose to work together to build a family, not just a unit. Lots of conflict with the personalities of each men and how Hannah builds a relationship with each men.
This is Julie’s first reverse harem novel and it is amazing. The book drips with suspense and hot guys. With scenes that sizzle. My only criticism (and it’s minor) is that two of the lead males names sounded girly. Hard to take a big burly guy seriously when he’s called Ky’Li (Made me think of Kyle Minogue) and Sercie (made me think of Cersie Lannister). Other than that it was fraught with danger and these guys aren’t cute and kind guys. They are hardened criminals. Such a good read. I can’t wait for book 2.
I received a free copy of this book via Booksprout and am voluntarily leaving a review.
Hannah is being sent to a Level 4 prison planet where she knows that she’ll have to be in a mating unit with 4 males. On the transport she witnesses one of the males being beaten by the guards. There’s a connection between them, but she doesn’t think she’ll ever see him again. When she is brought out by the director & shown to the convicts she realizes that she is not going to get to pick the unit of men, but she’s being auctioned to the highest bidder. Once sold, she hears that the winner can be challenged, she figures death is better than what the winner would do to her so she challenges him. However, the convict from the transport that was beaten takes her place in the challenge & wins her. He lets her choose the other 3 & once chosen they have no choice but to form a unit even tho those chosen have been solitary for a reason. She has to come up with a way to get them all to work together as a cohesive unit because what one of them does affects them all.
This was not one of my faves written by Julie. I thought the characters could have been more developed. Each of the men had their own issues, but I felt like they were mostly shallow. I can understand that they had to be all about themselves, but I just didn’t connect with the characters like I normally do with one of Julie’s stories. The story has a cliffhanger so I’m hoping the next chapter for Hannah & her men will have me enthralled.
