He’s fashion royalty. She’s a gorgeous techie. During this fake engagement, practice makes wicked passion in this steamy read by A.C. Arthur! App entrepreneur Nina Fuller’s having a hellish day. And it just got worse. So much worse. She just ran smack into someone tall, dark and delicious. And so, so hard. A man whose smooth, tantalizing voice slides across her skin, stroking her libido. Making … libido. Making her want things she’s not allowed to want…
Which is a problem, since fashion exec Major Gold isn’t just a dish of mouthwateringly hot proportions. Known as the Fashion House Playboy, he’s the one who can make Nina’s newest accessory app a roaring success. Or not. But Major wants something else from Nina. An arrangement that means they could both get what they want.
Provided, of course, Nina is willing to spend the next six weeks pretending to be his fiancée.
Nina is a woman who knows exactly what she wants–and that includes Major. His touch unleashes a sexual force unlike anything she’s ever known. Explosive. Addictive.
And when it comes to tempting Nina, Major is definitely not going to be good as gold…

A fake engagement that’s as good as Gold!
Nina Fuller is on her way to pitch her fashion accessory app to the men of RGF when she bumps in to one of the hottest men she’s ever seen…and inadvertently feels him up! Major Gold is the tech brains behind RGF and he’s intrigued by this new app but even more so it’s bold and beautiful creator. Recognizing their instant attraction and connection, Major suggest the help each other out for six weeks. RGF will use her app and she’ll pretend to be his fiancé, what could go wrong?
I loved the meet cute so much, it was classic and funny but with an extra steamy twist. Nina and Major lowering their guards and getting to know each other while also giving Nina some much needed female support was wonderfully done without making it feel rushed. And the exploration of their chemistry and physical attraction was sexy and emotional, the email Major sends is both adorable and makes you want to smack him!
I’m so ready for Maurice and RJ!
I received an advance copy of “At Your Service “for an honest review from the author.
Whatever A.C. writes whether it is romance or paranormal it is hot and is a page turner and keeps me interested from beginning to end.
Nina comes New York for an interview for a fashion app that she has created and on her way to the interview unbeknown to her and Major the interviewer they bump into each other in the hallway and there are instant sparks.
What was supposed to be a one-day event turns into a 6-week event which includes Nina being Major’s fake fiancée’ to launch a bridal fashion line for publicity. Nina decides to accept the offer because even though she has 2 younger sisters Angie and Daisy and the responsibility of caring for father lays solely upon her and if everything goes well for her, she will be able to put her father in a long-term care facility.
This was an awesome read and I just purchased book 1 Major’s sister fashion executive Riley Gold and I am also looking forward to reading RJ and Maurice Major’s twin brother romance books. It also would be nice to read about Angie and Daisy Nina’s younger siblings finding love.
I really enjoyed this story. I knew from the moment Max and Nina first met that this was going to be a page turner. Although they are thrown in to a fake engagement, there is nothing fake about their chemistry. A.C. Arthur never disappoints with giving you a good story line while bringing the heat. I recommend this story and I can’t wait for the next installment.
** 4 1/2 stars **
I knew from page 2 that this was gonna be a scorcher of a book and a heck of a story.
Nina and Major are like FIRE together, both in business and the bedroom. They both have hang ups about relationships and I enjoyed watching them muddle their way through this relationship
I also like how Nina was took charge of both her business and her life. She didn’t compromise herself or her morals and took time for herself.
This the second book in the Fabulous Gold series and if the rest of the series is like these first 2 books, I’m gonna run out of stars.
There was also a surprise mention of another A.C. Arthur family with connections to the Golds in this story and it brought a smile to my face.
I voluntarily read and reviewed an ARC of this book.
