This was so enjoyable with characters from Amish to Worldly Blue/Purple hair. They really packed a colorful group of people together. This is a refreshing read. It kind of starts out a little slow but when it starts to stumble over itself it is quite amusing. Did I forget to mystery. Perfect to vacation of a get away at home.
I love Amanda Flower
Very enjoyable and fast moving.
thoroughly enjoyable
Great murder mystery with in an Amish setting!!
I am a fan of Amanda Flower’s writing. She has a good flow throughout her books that moves the plot along at a good pace. Her ability to combine plot and characterization is excellent. I look forward to the next installment of this series.
The pig is a delightful and original addition to the characterization of Juiliet; much better than a cat.
Enjoyed reading this. fun light weight mystery with engaging characters will read more from this author
I liked this book. It highlighted how, inspite of years of training and aiming for the “perfect job”, sometimes family events show us what is really important.
fun characters. Actually learned some interesting things about the Amish culture
Entertaining. Keeps the reader guessing
I loved this book! Bailey and her best friend from New York Cass were the fit that everyone wants. The deputy that keeps rescuing them is realistic and her grandparents were delightful but real and down to earth. Stayed up way late to finish this book and waiting for the next.
Very good story, made me want to read the sequel right away.
Take a top New York chocolatier, her ailing Amish grandparents, a murder in her grandparent’s store and a cute country policeman seeking the truth…mix them all together with some skillful writing, and you have this delightful read!
Loved, Loved this book!!! Wonderful characters, great story!!
Good story but the narrator almost put me to sleep. Flat affect and very little expression. I’ll read other books by this author but in an actual book and not Audible. Too bad because the story was well plotted and should have been more entertaining.
Loved it. It is a great cozy mystery.
Very sweet. Good little mystery. Hope to read more.
Cant wait for the next one in the series to come out!
This was a great read. Kept me interested. Didn’t want to put it down, but sleep was needed. Love this series
Although I enjoyed this book I did not think the actions of the characters were consistent throughout the story. Their reasons for some of the actions they took seemed a bit contrived.
