The author has brought us a cast of characters that resemble people you know. Chelsea returns to her hometown after being left at the altar. Her aunt, Miss May, convinces her to work as interior designer for the family orchard. Of course, there’s a murder that the women need to solve because the police force is inadequate. Can’t wait for more stories with these people.

Book 1 Apple Die
Cute little cozy mystery. I like apples and it takes place In NYS. I am from NYS so nice to have one in my home state.
Be left at the altar literally, move back home and start a new life. Can you do it? Then have to deal with a “murder’ on your property. Chelsea has a lot to tend with. she has help from her Aunt May and Teensy (Aunt May’s friend).

If anyone figures out the plastic world from Salazar, let me know, please.
What did I miss in Apple Pie that she is attracted to Wayne. I am not seeing the romance so far. Maybe next book will be better. Chelsea deserves better.
Also as an upstate New Yorker, what kind of apples does Miss May grow? Which varieties? Cortland? One of my favorites. Jazz? I may have missed it if in Apple pie book.
