Anything For Love by Lola St. Vil is a fabulous contemporary romance. Ms. St. Vil has delivered a well-written book and packed it with amazing, lovable characters. Winter leaves her date behind and runs from her ex. She manages to dumpster dive into the middle of Wyatt’s attempt to capture a criminal that’s been branching off into narcotics. Wyatt and Winter’s story is loaded with drama, action, suspense, sexy bits and humor. The humor will have readers laughing out loud but there is a spot or two where you might shed a tear. It’s a good thing I read fast because once I started this book, I couldn’t put it down. I totally loved Anything For Love and look forward to reading more from Lola St. Vil soon. Anything For Love is book 1 of the Hunter Brothers Series but can be read as a standalone. This is a complete book, not a cliff-hanger.
Great read! I recommended it to all of my friends .
Well written book that kept me on the edge of my seat. Can’t wait to read the rest of the series.
Loved this book. Once I started reading I couldn’t put it down. Main characters overcoming tragedy and finding love together.
I enjoyed this book very much! Wyatt and Winter are really two characters that are meant to be, except Winter has sworn off men. However, Wyatt being a detective and Winter really upsetting a gang has put her in danger, and the action has started. I recommend this book!
Winter has been recovering from the break up of a Class A jerk. When she sees her ex, and his new flame, while out on a bad date, she jumps ship, right into the dumpster in the back alley. Unfortunately, she interrupts the cops on a sting. Wyatt has no choice but to rescue her from the street thug. From there, he decides he’d like to make her his. Convincing her is the hard part.
Opinion
Told in two points I’d view, this author has a poetic quality about her writing.
The characters are flat out awesome. I loved the intrigue with all that was going on. This is definitely a must read book in this new series.
Many thanks to Bare Naked Words for providing me with an ARC of this book.
Wyat Hunter the detective that helps out Winter ‘the dumpster girl’.
I really loved this story, the foster kids that are helped by Winter, the way she helps out to get some kids away from an gang…
And the story about Wyat his sister Rose
It’s an adult romance read and the writing is an easy read.
So I read a number of other reviews mentioning editing errors and I agree. However, this was my first go with this author and I have to say I wasn’t disappointed. She had me hooked from the moment Winter dived into the dumpster and Wyatt tackled her. Wyatt fell in love quickly, but getting Winter’s story you can see why. Yes, she is insecure, however that isn’t the only thing she is. She is a kind person and puts others before herself. As for Wyatt, he is kind as well and so patient with her. Once they go eat dinner together that first time, they don’t give up on each other. Sure there are some fights, but they are ultimately in it together. So yep, plenty of editing errors but I still found the story enjoyable. I will read Lola again for sure.
I liked the book, but i would not pay $$3 for 200 more pages!
