The highly anticipated sequel to #1 New York Times bestselling author Robyn Carr’s What We Find transports readers back to Sullivan’s Crossing. The rustic campground at the crossroads of the Colorado and Continental Divide trails welcomes everyone–whether you’re looking for a relaxing weekend getaway or a whole new lease on life. It’s a wonderful place where good people face their challenges … good people face their challenges with humor, strength and love.
For Sierra Jones, Sullivan’s Crossing is meant to be a brief stopover. She’s put her troubled past behind her but the path forward isn’t yet clear. A visit with her big brother Cal and his new bride, Maggie, seems to be the best option to help her get back on her feet.
Not wanting to burden or depend on anyone, Sierra is surprised to find the Crossing offers so much more than a place to rest her head. Cal and Maggie welcome her into their busy lives and she quickly finds herself bonding with Sully, the quirky campground owner who is the father figure she’s always wanted. But when her past catches up with her, it’s a special man and an adorable puppy who give her the strength to face the truth and fight for a brighter future. In Sullivan’s Crossing Sierra learns to cherish the family you are given and the family you choose.

I love this series! After being attacked and threatened, Sierra enters rehab as a safe place to hide, only to realize she has issues she needs to deal with first. She moves to Colorado where her brother lives and is instantly enveloped in the small community. She’s strong-willed and stands up for others in need, which lands her with a rescue dog that ends up rescuing her in the long run. Connie finds her fascinating, but isn’t interested in dating anyone. Yet somehow he keeps finding himself close to where Sierra is. I love watching this series develop and the characters grow with each book!
I thoroughly enjoyed this Sullivan’s Crossing book. The setting is refreshing, and the Jones family pretty unique, which has led to interesting twists through the series.
A delightful new series! New Town, New People, life!
My subjective review: Nicely done. Truly enjoyed reading this story. I loved the characters, loved the storyline, loved the suspense, and enjoyed the continuing relationships between the previous Sullivan crossing book.
Another good series to delve into.
I have read and own most of the Sullivan’s Crossing series. I want to live there!
Another great visit to Sullivan’s Crossing with interesting characters and intriguing storyline. The characters could be your friends, neighbors or family members as you’ll see traits of each among them. The well developed personalities help strengthen an already strong well developed plot. While you could easily read this book without reading the first in the series, it will enhance your pleasure to read the books in order. Added bonus, this book is available via audio.
The start of a new series by the wonderful Robyn Carr. As she did with Virgin River, the new Sullivan’s Crossing sucked me in. The characters are like family by the time you finish the book. I hated to see it end – so much that I’m already finished with the 4 books in the series. I hope to read more in the future.
I really enjoyed reading this book.
I always enjoy Robyn Carr’s books. her name guarantees a good read. her characters and places seem so real.
Another great book by Robyn Carr. it’s always a great read when we get to go to Sullivan’s crossing and reunite with the characters from previous books. The story of Sierra and Conrad was a great new chapter to this series. Some good romance and a chunk of mystery and a happy ending I’ll make for a great read

Life can get worse than anyone could ever imagine, but a young woman manages to get herself straightened and strike out on a new life in a place she never imagined. As she is adjusting to the possibilities, she finds love and support in her new home. Just a sweet read withe lots of quirky but lovable characters!
It’s a great book: I couldn’t put it down. A delightful romance with wounded souls. Love that the author’s characters aren’t perfect…and yet has a happy ending.
Great book and wonderful characters.
Very engaging and interesting story line. I really enjoyed the characters.
Well, that ending brought tears to my eyes! Once again, I was not expecting the twist but I knew something was going to happen from the past, just wasn’t sure what exactly. I read this book in 2 sittings (would have been one but swim mom duties called LOL). Smooth writing, great story telling, and a feel-good small town story made this book hard to put down. A great read for your next beach getaway!
