The first time I saw him, he entranced me and offered to help me forget my broken engagement. The second time was on a blind date with no last names and undeniable passion. The third time, I was eight months pregnant with his baby he knew nothing about. This time he’s not letting me walk away so easily.
I loved Carina and Ian so much!! Ian, that dirty talking sexy man. Carina is a strong beautiful independent woman. Their story is filled with hot steamy scenes, emotional parts, and funny. You really can’t go wrong with a Fiona Cole book.
Oh my, this story left me wanting an Ian of my own!!!
Carina the successful, smart, and beautiful is reeling from a major breakup when she meets Ian for the first time. Little does she know that a chance encounter with a handsome stranger will change her whole world..
Ian is a successful business man who happens to be sinfully handsome, mix in his alpha tendencies and he’s impossible to resist. Ian had the best blind date in history, only to be ghosted afterwards. After spending the last 8 months looking for his mystery girl luck is on his side when he runs into Carina in the least likely place.
I’m so in love with Ian’s character. His willingness to change and step to plate when Carina needs him is beautiful!! I love how Carina is so strong and take care of herself personality. Cause let’s face it women now a days have a hard time asking and excepting help. So I love that this story shows that.
Overall fantastic read. Definitely 5 star worthy!!
From power house in the board room to super mom at night, Carina is force to be reckoned with. When that baby turns her world upside down, she needs Ian. We all need an Ian. Let’s face it ladies, who doesn’t want a successful, persistent, God to take care of us and help raise a baby? Yup, it’s a Panty melter!
Fiona Cole won me over with Another! The surprise pregnancy trope isn’t one I go looking for — it’s probably in the category of least read for me. However, I’ve enjoyed the Voyeur World immensely, so I decided to go ahead and grab it. And I’m SO glad I did — I absolutely loved Carina and Ian’s story!
“I’ll make you happy, Carina. You deserve it.”
I was so intrigued by Ian Bergamo when we met him in Savior, and he stole my heart in this book! A hero that was so incredibly sweet and funny but had the perfect amount of alpha. And it wasn’t the “mean type of alpha”— it was the determination he had in wanting to take care of Carina and their baby. His willingness to step up and show those around him just what type of man he wanted to be. He also had his work cut out with Carina Russo. She was a force to reckoned with – a woman who was ready to take back control of her life. After seeing how broken she was left as a result of Lovers, I couldn’t blame her for the walls she built up to protect her heart. However, the moments they would begin to crumble were some of my favorites and experiencing the fight she had within herself made her a heroine to be admired.
“Are you sure you don’t miss my kiss?” he asked just before his lips pressed to the corner of my mouth. “Tell me you don’t dream about our date, about being together. Tell me you don’t remember how good it felt.”
I’m saying it, Another is one of the most heartwarming stories I’ve read ALL year! It’s a book packed full of intense emotion, hot scenes, and characters I couldn’t get enough of. Ian and Carina were irrevocably made for one another, and I highly recommend you giving it a read!
What an incredible surprise pregnancy that started with such an original meeting story line. I have been waiting for Ian’s and Carina’s story and holy heck this did not disappoint in the least. This book had so much fun banter written in it and the sass (or foreplay in this case) between these two characters was such a delight to read you couldn’t help but get caught into their web of tension. This book did my heart and mind so much good and I am already plotting when I can start a re-read as I loved it that much
Can your heart melt with heartwarming emotions and get impossibly turned on with devilishly dirty passion at the same time? The answer is a resounding YES after finishing Another by Fiona Cole. I am feeling so many extreme emotions at the same time. And I am loving each of it.
Carina is an amazing woman. She is stunningly beautiful, smart as hell and can stand strong in face of every challenge. But even the fiercest person needs someone to lean on sometimes. What started as a sexy Christmas gift of erotic photo session with a stranger, turns out to be Carina’s biggest challenge. A surprise baby. Now she is adamant and stubborn to do it on her own. But the father, Ian would not back down. And he is determined to make her own along with his daughter.
I am totally, irrevocably and hopelessly in love with Ian. My heart and panties had no chance in face of his charm, sex appeal, caring and protective gestures and bossy personality. He is THE dad. God my heart skipped a beat each time he claimed Carina with his words and his body. The chemistry is explosive to say the least. At first it is constant battle of wills between Carina and Ian. Which is more of Carina’s attempt to hide her attraction. Their love making scenes are oh so deliciously dirty, filthy and deviant. And when they share the soft, tender and sweet moments, those are even more beautiful. Carina’s insecurity from her past and Ian’s vulnerability about having a real family created tension which made the story more intriguing. I can say no people deserved Happily Ever After more than these people. Like any stupid arrogant man Ian will make mistakes and Carina would lash out but they will work out everything.
Another by Fiona Cole was a powerful story of finding love and acceptance. I connected with Ian and Carina instantly and deeply. This passionate, swoonworthy and soul-stirring love story gave me ALL THE FEELS!
Received ARC for Honest review
Another is the first book I’ve read by this author and it was absolutely fantastic!! I happened to see some amazing (and hot) teasers on Facebook and became very intrigued. Then there were a few giveaway opportunities so decided to put my name in. I was ecstatic to be one of the lucky ones to actually win!
This story of Ian and Carina kept me turning the pages until the very end. Since I am still a newbie of the Voyeur series, I did not read the previous books where these two had initially met, but it did not take away the awesomeness of this book. I loved Carina so much, she was such an amazing heroine; she is strong, independent, and even after such heart break (that had happened in Lovers) she was able to move on and remain partners at work and close friends with her former fiance. My heart hurt for Carina with those scenes between her and Jake. It was because of this she had built a wall around her heart, but with the appearance of Ian, the wall started to crumble.
Ian on the other hand had this playfulness, he was easy-going, fun, arrogant and sexy as all get out, but with the way he was brought up, there was this vulnerability that came through that completely melted my heart. After the initial shock of seeing Carina again after eight months and the result of their passionate encounter, he was all in and determined to be a family. When he was in “baby-daddy” mode, talk about swoony. I loved the way he would talk to little Peanut and the things he did for Carina, that it put him on my list of best book boyfriends ever!
The unique blind date, complex characters, hot and steamy scenes, banter between Carina and Ian and the ultimate happily ever after definitely made Another a 5-star read.
This story was so, so good. I’ve been waiting on this one since Lovers and I will say I wasn’t the least disappointed, more like elated!
Carina is a character that is little hard to love. She’s comes across arrogant and a bit bossy and totally sure of herself. But this story shows her vulnerability much more. She was very hurt by her fiance and it’s hard for her to open herself up to anything. But then Ian comes along.
I just want to point out how hot that blind date photo shoot was right here and now.
Ian is such a playboy. But once we delve into his story, he’s just as vulnerable as Carina was. So many disappointments in his life and women seem to be his only vice. But I saw such a little boy side to him as well. I loved his way of changing directions with his jokes and antics though. Once Carina hit his radar, he’s was really smitten. I also loved how he stepped up his game, took responsibility and executed the situation flawlessly.
This couple was so hot and sexy that the pages just burned up. Ian was quite the dirty talker we expected and Carina was bashful in ways I never would have guessed.
I loved this story and can’t wait for the next in this series. It’s going to be fantastic and a little more delicate to pull off.
Fiona knocked it out of the park again. Carina and Ian are so perfect together. And little Audrey couldn’t be more adorable. I can’t wait to learn more about these characters.
4.5 stars for – Another – by Fiona Cole! This book features characters from the Voyeur world and while I highly suggest reading those books – Voyeur / Lovers / Savior – prior to reading this book it is not at all necessary to do so. Just keep in mind a few small spoilers may come up if you choose not to read the previous books first.
Ian Bergamo founded his company with his best friend and his business remains the sole focus in his life. He prefers to keep his personal life strictly casual enjoying hookups and flings when the need arises but never entertaining the thought of more. Until a gift given to him by friends changes his life forever.
Carina Russo is just out of a years long relationship and in need of a change. She is no longer the woman she used to be and can’t seem to find herself again. Her well meaning aunts send her on a blind date with a man that ignites her blood and infuriates her in equal measure. Their chemistry was off the charts and their casual hookup led to so much more than they both bargained for.
This was a super sexy romance about forgiveness, healing and falling in love. I absolutely loved Ian and can’t wait for more books from the Voyeur World.
Another.
Another. Another. Another.
Another book that kills you slowly as much as it does sweetly. Another book that sneaks up on you when you’re least expecting the feels. And Another book by Fiona Cole that is written impeccably well to the point of this book being everything you needed in the surprise pregnancy world.
It has an alpha who won’t quit where his woman and peanut are involved. It has a heroine who’s strong while figuring out it’s ok to need, want, and have. And it has a timeless beautiful love story only Fiona Cole can make as filthy as it is heart warming and wrenching.
Another is one for the books.
I have become hooked on this series, they can certainly all be read as a stand alone however the characters cross over in the books which makes it fun to keep up with them. The chemistry between Carina and Ian is fun, sweet and oh so sexy. I really enjoyed this story.
4.5 stars.
This is my first book by Fiona Cole and I didn’t realise at first that Carina had appeared in another book. Luckily enough there’s enough background that I honestly don’t feel like I missed out on any of her back story so this can definitely be read as a stand alone (although it will make you want to go back and read the other books just to get their stories).
Carina is a strong, independent woman who’s lost her way a little bit lately. Determined to bring the old Carina back eventually leads her to meeting Ian. Carina and Ian have already met once before and the second blind date proves the chemistry between them wasn’t a one off. Things turn hot and explosive before Carina leaves, only for her to later find out she’s pregnant and has no way of letting Ian know.
Ian is hot. Like super, super hot. And sweet. And did I mention he was hot? Because *fans self* he is. He’s delicious. Finding out he’s about to become a father is a shock to say the least but Ian steps up and seeing him been all in just about had my ovaries exploding. Determined to be a good dad he knows he’s got to find a way to work with Carina and he’s definitely up for the challenge of bringing her walls crashing down.
I really enjoyed this book. Carina and Ian are really easy to like and seeing their relationship change and evolve was fantastic. Their story isn’t an easy one, they’ve plenty to overcome and lots of bumps along the way and it had me completely hooked. I couldn’t put this book down until I knew how it ended. Definitely recommend this book. I can’t wait to go back and read the books featuring some of the characters that popped up in this one.
Carina Russo was a strong independent woman, but it didn’t mean her heart was immune from breaking. After being burned, she couldn’t put herself in the position of weakness again, so when Ian Bergamo came into her life, she only wanted physical pleasure. One passionate encounter turned into a lifetime of commitment with a new life growing inside her. Now, he must find a way to be in her life.
Before starting this book, I thought it was going to be intense and angsty. It turned out to be much lighter and funnier than expected.
Ian was the fun one between them. He always found a way to lighten up the situation with his charm. Carina was more straight-laced due to her upbringing and career. I thought they complimented each other nicely.
Even though I wanted more emotional tension between them, the sexual tension made up for it. The sex scenes tend to happen during “inconvenient” moments, which added to add the hotness.
Another is a story of healing and a new beginning. It would appeal to readers who enjoy a sexy story of a second chance at love.
Even though Lovers is in the Voyeur series, it stands apart in a few ways. Unlike the other being angst ridden taboo/alpha-hole stories, Another takes a more relaxed contemporary route. The fact that Fiona Cole can write all the different tropes, and pull them off, is nothing short of amazing!
Another takes the accidental/secret pregnancy and mixes it with a little bit of second chance, which makes for a perfect combo for me. I do love a story with a baby!
I loved Ian. His character in the beginning was cocky, arrogant, and dominating. Not to mention his dirty mouth. As the story unfolds, skips several months, and thrusts the characters, as well as readers, into the insta-family-but-we’re-not-really-together-together, we see Ian add on a softer side with patience, compassion, and so much love for his new daughter. Ian is a man of many sides. During the middle of the story I found myself waiting and looking forward to the dominating Ian making another appearance. But he knew better and played his cards exactly right. And his cocky comebacks are hysterical!!
Sometimes Carina was the take-no-shit woman then flipped to wishy-washy on what she wanted (almost like she was playing a teasing game with Ian), and other times she was just a mess. I’m going to blame that on hormones and the tremendously accurate writing of the author. But honestly, there were a few times she really irritated me. Her eye rolls softened the hard core in charge woman I still wanted her to be.
Overall, the story is awesome. It opens with a scorching hot scene, mellows out a little bit with the skipped months and birth, then picks up with a steady push-pull banter between new parents. One of which has a seriously filthy mouth once he gets a green light. (And I still want to know more about the pictures!!)
Want a terrific story involving an accidental pregnancy that leads to a hot romance, this is definitely for you. The chemistry between Ian and Carina is so hot that you can feel the heat through your Kindle. A storyline filled with romance, steam and finding what you never knew you wanted. I cannot wait to read more by this author as she is definitely binge worthy.
The blurb completely sold me on Another and I couldn’t wait to get my hands on this! I haven’t read all the books with these interconnected characters, mainly because there’s certain tropes that I don’t read. But an accidental pregnancy and a man that would stop at nothing to have his baby and baby’s mama all in one place. I simply couldn’t resist.
I didn’t know what to expect, but I absolutely couldn’t put this book down! I read it one sitting and I was devouring every single word.
Carina was in Lovers, which is the book I haven’t read prior to starting this one. I wasn’t confused one bit about who was who. Fiona did a great job re-hashing a bit one what happened with Carina’s past.
The first couple of chapters were sooooo HOT! I gotta admit, I kind of love what they did for a blind date and boy was it the steamiest thing ever. The attraction and chemistry is there between the both of them and I was dying for things to unfold.
I loved Ian wholeheartedly, he was not the hero I was expecting, but had me begging for more like him. Yeah he’s a bit dominating, he’s also such a jokester and I couldn’t stop laughing. It was so different coming from a hero that is a bit of an alpha, but I loved it.
And with all of that going one, Fiona threw in some moments that just pulled at my heart and had me tearing up a bit. I was rooting for the both of them completely and couldn’t wait to get to their happily ever after.
Such a great read and I’m definitely looking forward to reading more!

Fiona Cole
Angsty, sexy, humourous in just the right spots, Another is a book I stayed up till 2am to finish. There’s miscommunication and mistakes. But there’s also growth and devotion. Another is my first Fiona Cole book, but it won’t be my last!
Another is a contemporary, suprise baby, sort of second chance romance from another new to me author. This installent is like an interconnecting part of a series but can be read as a stand alone, as it focuses on the story of Carina, one of the characters from the last book. Most of the characters from the previous ones appeared in this story but I was able to follow along with no problem at all. This story is one of the tropes that I don’t get to read much but is always a delight to read. Just like this book, Another is a light, fun romance with just the right touch of drama and lots of cute baby moments from Audrey.
Carina just got back to her feet after the disaster that was her engagement. Trying to further moved on, her aunt signed her up for a blind date. Only, her date was none other than Ian; the guy she shared a kiss with at a bar. Ian couldn’t seem to forget the girl he found drinking and drowning from heartbreak at the bar. As luck would have it, they met again later in a blind date they were both set up on. Hyper aware of each other and attractions that can’t be denied, their date turned into a passionate night that would affect their lives permanently.
Carina and Ian both have family and personal issues that played a major role in them pursuing a relationship. It was fun watching them bicker and argue in every little thing, which only serves as a kind of foreplay and adds up to the building sexual tension. With all of these, they are also trying to work as a team on raising up a baby. What follows is an epic journey into a happy, crazy, dramatic domestic life. I absolutely enjoyed reading this and I’m excited to read Hanna’s story next!
Another by Fiona Cole
The author writes steamy sex scenes. However, there were few. I got confused too much and had difficulty following the story. The story jumped around almost like the author overlooked where she was at in the story while writing or had forgotten to end one portion before starting another. I liked the male protagonist but could not connect to him. I was not too fond of the female protagonist. Lackluster of romance stopped me from connecting to the characters. With the story hopping from one thing to next without closure prevented me from enjoying the story.
I turned her, and her legs parted perfectly around my hips, making room for me between her lush thighs. Needing both my hands to feel every inch of her, I let her wrists go. Not wasting another second of mere glimpses of her cleavage, I ripped the button of her dress open not caring if it tore.
Her hands moved to her hips, pulling the jacket she wore open and exposing more of her belly. The belly that had my baby inside it. A baby. My baby.
“Oh, my god. Just come to my room. I can’t stand to watch you sleep on that tiny thing one more night.”
“Calm down,” she warned. “Just to sleep.”
