This is not a book for the faint of heart.
It’s an allegorical tale of a world of socialism.

This is one of the books I’ve read more than once. It is written in such a way that almost anyone can enjoy it. Students in grade school, junior high, high school, college, and adult. The political overtones are quite obvious, but very true. It should make us look at many modern day societies and wonder about the future. It is a classic.

One of my all time favorite books. I think a copy of it has lived in my purse for years lol. The animals fight the farmer off the land and take over the running of the land. Slowly you see how a government is formed and how the heard goes along with it without even knowing or understanding. Not a happily ever after story but an amazing read.

The classic re-writing of the Russian Revolution using animals. Who can forget the pig chant “Two legs bad and four legs good”? It is so ironic how that and the animals end up.

Animal Farm is a tragic tale, but the humor comes in depicting the Soviets as pigs. This is not only an historical allegory, but a warning about how government promises can go so terribly wrong.

This book is one of my primary motivations in becoming active in Conservative politics. It is an excellent demonstration of the World the Left would condemn all productive, enterprising people to labor in to salve their moral consciousnesses. It is a fundamental part of why I regard the Left and government as Parasites!

This is happening even TODAY. In the USA, Hollywood elites and especially Washington D.C. elites have laws that they do not have to follow. One set of laws for the common man and one set for them. They are above the law. The hypocrisy is staggering. History keeps repeating itself. It may be an allegory, but it is played out in real life.

A classic–and worth the time to read it (again?) given current events.

When written originally it was a tale to make citizens beware of communism. However in the Trump/ Napoleon era it is a very scary allegory. Read it and weep!
