When Mikaela Campbell, beloved wife and mother, falls into a coma, it is up to her husband, Liam, to hold the family together and care for their grieving, frightened children. Doctors tell Liam not to expect a recovery, but he believes that love can accomplish what medical science cannot. Daily he sits at Mikaela’s bedside, telling her stories of the precious life they have built together, hoping … hoping against hope that she will wake up. But then he discovers evidence of his wife’s secret past: a hidden first marriage to movie star Julian True.
Desperate to bring Mikaela back at any cost, Liam knows that he must turn to Julian for help. But will that choice cost Liam his wife, his family, and everything he holds dear? One of Kristin Hannah’s most moving novels, Angel Falls is a poignant and unforgettable portrait of marriage and commitment, of an ordinary man who dares to risk everything in the name of love.

a bit sappy.
I couldn’t stop reading. Loved it…would recommend to friends and family.
A
After reading “The NIghtengale”, I couldn’t wait to get absorbed in another Hannah novel! Boy was I wrong! This was like getting absorbed in a cold, wet sponge! The characters were stereotypical, the plot was flat, and the setting was saccharine. I kept reading to see if something more interesting would happen, but alas, it didn’t. Ms. Hannah …
She Tells a great story
Quite good
I wanted to find out how this story played out, but it wasn’t a book that called my name. Storyline too simplistic with characters that were ordinary.
The author wrote this book so well that you didn’t ever want to put it down and do a tour around the house or an errand. I kept coming back to it and back to it and back to it and was please every step of the way character development was great the pace and timing of events we’re really spot-on and I can certainly recommend this book for people …
Very good
This is an outstanding book that is a story of the dedication of love. Kristin Hannah never disappoints.
I had totally loved her book The Nightengale and looked forward to reading this. I honestly couldn’t believe they were written by the same person. Very simplistic. Not worth the time.
I isn’t want this book to end. Different story from most books.
Not my favorite from this author. Found it repetitive and a bit dull.
Really enjoyed
I absolutely loved this book! I highly recommend it. It held my attention and give me lots of food for thought. Characters were believable and the whole book just tugged at my heartstrings.
Good story. Liked Nightingale better. Could have left out some of the bad language.
Not quite as good as Nightingale but definitely worth the time.
Kristen Hannah is my favorite author. This book was all that I love and more.
Predictable plot. Limited effects of head injury and extended coma. Unrealistic. Also, husband character too superficial and self centered to be real. One dimensional character.
Heartwarming story and characters demonstrates how powerful true love is. I thoroughly enjoyed it.
