When Mikaela Campbell, beloved wife and mother, falls into a coma, it is up to her husband, Liam, to hold the family together and care for their grieving, frightened children. Doctors tell Liam not to expect a recovery, but he believes that love can accomplish what medical science cannot. Daily he sits at Mikaela’s bedside, telling her stories of the precious life they have built together, hoping … hoping against hope that she will wake up. But then he discovers evidence of his wife’s secret past: a hidden first marriage to movie star Julian True.
Desperate to bring Mikaela back at any cost, Liam knows that he must turn to Julian for help. But will that choice cost Liam his wife, his family, and everything he holds dear? One of Kristin Hannah’s most moving novels, Angel Falls is a poignant and unforgettable portrait of marriage and commitment, of an ordinary man who dares to risk everything in the name of love.

This is one of my top 5 favorite books! Love the journey.
Angel Falls isn’t a complicated story. And it’s not even the author’s only story about a woman in a coma. But I couldn’t help being drawn into the feelings of the characters, their choices, the impact of those choices, and the wisdom that came from eventual understanding. Hannah writes with a grace and beauty that plucked at my heart so many …
I enjoy all of Kristen Hannah’s books and this one was very good as well.
I liked it, good book. Characters were believable and I felt sympathy fir them
I have read several Kristin Hannah books but this was a disappointment.
The plot and the characters were predictable.
Not one of her best. Predictable.

Angel Falls by Kristin Hannah
Starts out with a young boy whos surprised his mom by saddling her house and it’s Halloween. After the accident the kids accompany their dad Michael-a doctor to the hospital til they know more.

This is a wonderful story about love, family, devotion, and tragedy. What a husband is willing to risk when his beloved wife falls into a coma and he is coping with taking care of his children alone, taking care of a ranch, grieving and caring for his wife, and risking everything to try to bring her back. Inspirational, romantic love-story about …
I got caught up in the story of a man who would go to any lengths to “wake up” (in a coma) the woman he loves although he doesn’t know if she really loves him.
I didn’t like the profanity. It was unnecessary.
Another great read by Kristen Hannah! Lose yourself in this wonderful book.
Needed a whole box of Kleenex!!! Very good descriptions!
I enjoy Kristin Hannah’s style and her way of introducing characters to us. On a farm surrounded by thick woods near a small town we find a doctor and his family, when tragedy strikes. Through the voice of an injured soul we hear part the story. the rest of the story comes from immigrant hardship, youth spent in privilege, and dreams fulfillled …
I am a big fan of hers but this wasn’t one of my favorites…an ok read but not as wonderful as some of her others
This book pulls you in. Couldn’t put it down. Have tissues handy.

A nicely written relaxing book to curl up with; and have a cup of tea.
Not her best
After reading some of her other books, this one was disappointing although I did finish it.
