When Mikaela Campbell, beloved wife and mother, falls into a coma, it is up to her husband, Liam, to hold the family together and care for their grieving, frightened children. Doctors tell Liam not to expect a recovery, but he believes that love can accomplish what medical science cannot. Daily he sits at Mikaela’s bedside, telling her stories of the precious life they have built together, hoping … hoping against hope that she will wake up. But then he discovers evidence of his wife’s secret past: a hidden first marriage to movie star Julian True.
Desperate to bring Mikaela back at any cost, Liam knows that he must turn to Julian for help. But will that choice cost Liam his wife, his family, and everything he holds dear? One of Kristin Hannah’s most moving novels, Angel Falls is a poignant and unforgettable portrait of marriage and commitment, of an ordinary man who dares to risk everything in the name of love.

I loved it as I have loved every book by this author.
A very good read. Kristin Hannah does such a great job of making the characters feel real that you are crying for them and worried about how things will work out. The end made me stop and think about my relationships.
It had never occurred to me before that Kristin Hannah’s novels resemble Jodi Picoult’s. Like Jodi Picoult, this novel has a punning title. Like her, the novel takes place in small-town USA where everyone knows one another. Like her, it is filled with the minutiae of parenting two kids in modern-day America, where smart organizational abilities …
Not the typical Kristin Hannah book. I was disappointed.
Love Kristin Hannah books.
Really enjoy Kristin Hannah books. This one was nicely written including the impact of hanging on to past memories and how it holds you back from moving forward. Mikayla has a riding accident and in a coma loses the future and wakes up in the past. Through healing she realizes what she has been missing out in her in present life.
This story is very unique. It shows the power of love, family, and sacrifice. The author writes this so well, that I can completely immerse myself in the story and empathize with the characters.
Kristin Hannah is one of my favorites (except for The Great Alone)
I love Kristin Hannah but this one was a little sappy for me.
Classic Kristin Hannah. Once you start, you can’t stop!
All of Kristen Hannah’s are great!
Kristin Hannah’s books are a non decision they all great. A slice of living that one can relate to.
OK, predictable. Not her best.
I have enjoyed Kristin Hanna the past several years. But this book seemed like something she just dashed off. Not deep nor a typical Hanna book
Twists & turns, keeps you guessing the whole time.
Not her best
I learned many things that Alaskans have to deal with to live in the last pioneer town!
Anything by Kristen Hannah is a wonderful read.
Not much substance
A wonderful love story with some things I didn’t see coming. I loved the story – it really gripped me. (Reluctant to say much for fear of spoiling the wonderful surprises in the story). Second book I’ve read by this author and will surely read more. She’s a wonderful story teller!
