Ms. Christie is one of the all-time greats. If you’ve never read her work – I strongly recommend this one. If you’ve read some of her books but not this yet – I strongly recommend this one.
This was the first book I read as a youth that I stayed up all night to read. Always a favorite.
The first Agatha Christie book I ever read. I thought I ruined it by skipping to the end to see “whodunnit”. I then read the book properly and convinced myself that I must have misread the ending. Only to be thoroughly supreme NY the ending anyway.
Specifically within its genre this is a true five star book. It’s an old classic of crime fiction and socially is very much of its day, but as a master class in raw, intricate plotting it is as relevant now as it ever was. There is plenty of thinly disguised social commentary and a driving storyline that successfully wills the reader to ignore any …
Any book by this author is great
A true classic. This and Murder on the Orient Express are both must reads for mystery fans even if Agatha Christie/British classics aren’t your cup of tea.
Agatha Christie keeps you engaged and guessing.
I believe that it was renamed to be politically correct, and used to be called, “Ten Little Indians.” Interesting twists and turns throughout the story.
I have read many of Agatha Christie’s books and seen the plays based on several of the books. Even though you can surmise the progress of the story, you still can be lead astray by the clues you are allowed to see.
What can you say, but that she is still the best mystery writer.
This is one of two of my favorite Christie books. Its a terrific read.
Such a fun read. Definitely kept wanting to pick this up to find out what happened next.
One of my absolute favorite books to date. I had to read it for an English class in high school. The teacher kept warning us to not read ahead but I couldn’t put the book down. I just had to know how it ended. I never saw that surprise ending coming either. I need to reread it again!
i enjoy agatha christie
written a long time ago. period piece now
Mysteries don’t get any better than this book
An all-time favorite !
As with all Agatha Christie novels, this book will keep you guessing. Creepy, fast paced with great characters. A really great read
Insanely well written. Informational and interesting. I couldn’t put it down!!
One of Agatha Christie’s best!! It is the original story about a group of people locked in together, and they get knocked off one by one. Many movies have been based on this book because it is so good.
