From Wall Street Journal and USA Today Bestselling author Ryan Michele comes a brand new spicy contemporary romance series full of propositions and proposals.Stay-cation, that’s my kind of vacation. Only this year, my brother isn’t having it.He has this great idea that we should all take a family vacation together. Not any vacation, no, we were embarking on a week long cruise. An all expenses … An all expenses paid trip for us all.
A vacation that has one stipulation: bring a plus one.
What do I do when I find myself minus a significant other?
I lie, of course.
One lie led to another, and suddenly the only answer is him.
Mason, the man, the myth, the legend. Okay maybe not to everyone but he certainly has taken center stage in more than one of my fantasies.
This whole thing is absurd, he works in my building. This could end so very badly for us both with the no fraternization policy. Yet, here we are sailing away.
Maybe it’s the alcohol, or too much sun, either way I find myself getting lost in my simple proposition.
The problem is we will soon return to shore.
When the anchor drops where will things settle for us both?

Ryan Michele did a great job on anchored Love, it was a great story, the plot and characters were strong. It was written well with many feelings.
Mason and Everly were made for each other, they may have a few hitches but they were perfect for each other. Their connection, the chemistry was strong. It was sexy and sweet. They were great together. I enjoyed their journey.
This was a great story. Thank you, Ryan Michele. Great work 🙂
A fake boyfriend to the rescue
Everly is happy for her brother Drake when he gets engaged. However, when him and his fiancée gift everyone a cruise to join them for their wedding, Everly isn’t sure where she’s going to find her plus one. Trying to ensure her mother doesn’t set her up with a blind date from Hell for the week long cruise, she lies and says she has a boyfriend
Mason has known Everly since she was a kid and when it becomes clear she needs a plus one to her brother’s wedding, he takes the opportunity to spend more time with a woman who drives him crazy in the most lusty ways
I loved Everly and Mason’s story, it was sugar sweet and had me smiling ALOTI received an advanced copy and I willingly leave my honest review
Second book in this series,
…swoon worthy and fast paced.
A perfect book to fall into,
…interesting and intriguing characters.
Imagine the hot guy you’ve known for ever and have the hots for agrees to be your pretend boyfriend!!! What could possibly go wrong? Did you just make the greatest mistake of your life or will all your dreams come true? This book was fun, flirty, and fast which makes it the perfect beach read. After the utter chaos in life it’s nice to read something light.
Anchored Love by Ryan Michele is amazing. Ryan knows how to write amazing stories. Mason and Everly story is wonderful. Everly has to go on a family vacation for her brother and she has to bring a plus one and does not want her mom to set her up on a blind date for the week. Mason has know Everly for years and he agrees to go on vacation with Everly and it is the best week. Will Mason and Everly be able to leave each other after their week together? Ryan does a phenomenal job like always. Make sure to one click.
Everly needs a date for a cruise or her mom will set her up with another blind date. She is attracted to a coworker who is also her brother’s friend. The development of their relationship is amusing and fun to see. Good Read.
What a SWEET STORY!!! A light-hearted read with it all..brother’s best friend, fake relationship, office romance, secret crush, pushy mom, a wedding, and a cruise. Anchored Love is a fun sexy slow-burn romance. The chemistry is off the charts and the family dynamics definitely keep things fascinating. Love the way the storyline flows and how each character in this book is as intriguing as Mason and Everly. I really enjoyed this book, love the HAE, and hoping for more of this great series.
Ryan keeps upping the bar… Anchored Love is a great story with a hot alpha guy and a strong independent sexy lady. I laughed, cried got mad and happy all while reading Anchored Love. When I started reading, I did not want to put it down.
What was Everly’s brother thinking… planning a cruise wedding requiring a plus one, really… why does everyone need a plus one.
Everly has been able to find every loser add the ones her mother throws into the mix and it brings “loser” to a new level. Why does she have to bring a plus one… who does that today, who can she find to go with her for the week and it not be a total disaster.
Mason is Everly’s brother’s childhood best friend and a manager at the financial institution that he and yes Everly work. He has worked hard to get where he is today in his career and is up for a new big promotion. And did I say he is HAF, and Everly has crushed on him since they were kids.
Could Everly and Mason go together, could they be able to pull this off or will it blow up in their faces… Give Anchored Love a read. I really like how Ryan gives details, so you feel like you are living it with the characters.
Ohhhhhh I love Everly and Mason’s story! These two were the cutest ever! At times throughout the book I kinda felt bad for Everly, with all the blind dates she had. No one I repeat no one wants their mom to set them up on a blind date. These two just needed a push in the right direction and then holy did they ever get it right after that.
Love Mason and Everlys intense emotional broken heart stopping love story
Ready for more
This was a fun, light and sexy read. Everly and Mason were great. The meddling mom annoyed me but that’s life, right? And it added to the story. If you like the fake relationship trope this book is definitely worth your time.
This book is so sweet! I love Mason and Everly. Everly tends to over think and I love that he didn’t give up and pulled out all the stops to get her to see how perfect they were for each other!
***4 Stars***
If you’re looking for a quick spending the day at the beach kinda read, then this baby is for you. It’s funny, sweet and smexy read that’s low on angst, but has just enough drama tossed into the mix to make you growl (at least it did for me) and keep turning the pages to see how everything works out for Everly and Mason.
I have to admit that I was a bit worried about how I’d end up feeling about Everly when I first met her. I didn’t not like her, but she was in a mood and I could only hope that ‘mood’ wasn’t the norm for her and thankfully it wasn’t. She has a lot going on in her head, and heart, and her family doesn’t always help, but she’s sweet, snarky and has really good heart. Mason is simply a good man. He’s charming and is a lot more observant than one would think and isn’t afraid to put himself out there once he figures out what he wants.
Their journey to their HEA was a lot of fun and quite low on drama, which was kind of surprising and yet refreshing. I say that because there were a lot of reasons that it couldn’t have turned into an angst-fest: the co-worker thing, the fake relationship thing (which did cause a bit of drama) and a few others tossed into the mix, but in the end, it was simply fun. From the way Mason ended up going on the cruise to how well they flowed together to finally getting the HEA they truly deserved, Mason and Everly just worked and I really enjoyed being along for the ride.
This was, ultimately, a fun, character driven romance. There were a couple of characters that drove me batshitcrazy ~ one I kinda wanted to Gibbs smack ~ but outside of that, it was a sweet read. So, if you’re looking for something on the lighter side of the spectrum but with a good dose of smexy, then this is a must click for you!

Anchored Love was another great read. It was a brothers friend /fake relationship story. I really loved Mason, he was swoony and sexy. Everly was sassy and sweet. Mason and Everly had such great chemistry. I loved them together!
This book was a great fast, flirty, fun read! I loved the characters and writing style. Ryan Michele’s books are always great, but this was a nice, light, fun read, especially in the times we are living. I can’t wait to read the next one!
