I believe in love at first sight.
Now I know soulmates exist.
Nothing has ever been easy for us.
Every fight, every struggle, has been worth it.
I’m stubborn, but what woman isn’t?
She’s hard work and I love the overtime.
He’s frustrating and unpredictable. I hope he never changes.
I love driving her crazy. That’s half the fun.
Lou’s sexy curls.
Honeybee’s pink nose.
He still looks at me … unpredictable. I hope he never changes.
I love driving her crazy. That’s half the fun.
Lou’s sexy curls.
Honeybee’s pink nose.
He still looks at me like I’m precious and unflawed.
She treats me like I’m the center of her world.
Our future will be full of happiness.
Despite everything, we’re two of the lucky ones.
I took the bait.
She was a lucky catch.
He is the wind in my sail.
She’s the anchor that grounds me.
The wake our love made is beautiful.
Every day I thank God for her.
No matter the hurdles, we’ve jumped them side-by-side.
No matter the obstacles, we’ve made it through together.
For better or for worse, I’d do it again.
I’ll love and protect her all the days of my life.
We made it.
We always will.

Y’all..I have really loved reading this series…
I think the first book was my very fav and I feel it’s cuz to me it has the most angst…the drama gets me every time. But not to say the second and third were not up there..they were so freaking good too. They ended the way I wanted them to end. Which of course makes me happy and that’s why these types of books can rip those hearts right in two while reading..lol and of course why I get twitchy eye while reading lmao
This series will definitely stay with me forever..5 Amazing Stars!!
In October of 2014, I read the book Bait. I joined the support group, I bitched about Mo and all the pain she put us thru.
Several months later, she followed it up with Sail, and I could almost see where Blake and Casey’s salvation was…I could almost smell it.
I “patiently” waited for Anchor…and only asked a few times if it would be released “tomorrow” (I was definitely worse with Sail). Maybe because I was worried about what she would do…what trials would Blake and Casey have to go thru to finally get their ending they needed?
I. Loved. Anchor.
Watching Casey and Blake find their ending, get thru all the troubles Betty and Lou created for themselves, and get to their ending – flawless!
Beautifully written, expect to shed some tears, and prepare to #DropAnchor
I was in “Hook, Line and Sinker” in Bait.
I could not wait to Sail away again with Casey and Blake.
Anchor…did not disappoint!
I loved the conclusion to this voyage.
I loved the character growth, especially Blake. I wanted to smack the hell out of her at first, but she stepped up, got her shit together and made some decisions I actually approved of.
Casey continues to be top shelf. From his crazy curls to his tender heart.
I will drop Anchor with these two any day.

My Review:
I can only imagine that M. Mabie is naughty fun to be around, and she has certainly brought her A-game with Anchor. I found this book to be perfection. After torturing her characters with an all-consuming passion and the worst of luck through the first two books, she has finally turned them into united allies and written them a fun and playful love story that is my favorite kind of book – sassy, sweet, and steamy. The writing was crisp, smart, humorous, and sensual. I enjoyed every word on every page and was highly entertained throughout. I doubt I would ever tire of reading about this resilient, mischievous, and vibrant couple. Ms. Mabie’s levity and clever wit kept me smirking, her sensual scenes had me gasping, but she squeezed my heart, stung my eyes, and stole all the breath from my lungs with the very moving letter from Casey’s mother. All the books in this series have been exceptionally well written, but Anchor is by far my favorite.
