An Unexpected Sequel (Paranormal Talent Agency Book 4)
By: Heather Silvio
5 out of 5 stars
The story An Unexpected Sequel (Paranormal Talent Agency Book 4) by Heather Silvio is an entertaining book to read. I have loved this series ever since I read the first story. I love books that include the paranormal and this story is a good example of why. I loved reading about the characters of Robin Landon and Jackson McKee. Robin is a witch who has been ordered by a demon to kill Jackson. She refuses the order. When she meets Jackson there is an attraction. Is it just him being protective or is there something more between them? She turns to the Paranormal Talent Agency for help. Will they be able to save Jackson? Read this book to find out what happens. This story had me hooked from the very beginning and I didn’t want to put it down until I had read the final page. I grew to care about Robin and Jackson with each chapter that I read and I wanted their plans to succeed and for them to find happiness. I also loved that the characters from the previous stories make an appearance. The story includes romance and will have you wondering what will happen next. The author does a wonderful job in creating a story that makes you feel like you are right there with the characters. It is a story that I would highly recommend reading.
An Unexpected Sequel (Paranormal Talent Agency, #4) by Heather Silvio is an awesome story that I have read. This is book number four in this awesome series. I highly recommend this story to everyone who loves reading about cozy mysteries and paranormal romances in their stories.
I received a free copy of this book via Booksprout and am voluntarily leaving a review.
It is my.opinion that these stories should be read in order. AN UNEXPECTED SEQUEL is the 4th book in the series and there are threads and characters rom the previous stories.
Each book in the series is a short, quick read and while the first three felt light and whimsical, this story was just a little bit darker. I think we are being given hints of what is to come.
This almost like chapter books for adults and as such has held my attention throughout.
This was an unexpected surprise. I liked that the author took this series and spun in around. She changed the perspective and I felt it was fresh and new again because she did that. This was a short easy read that quickly enveloped me and I fully enjoyed it. It’s a great addition to this series and I can’t wait to see what happens next.
An Unexpected Sequel by Heather Silvio a four-star read that will surprise you. This is number four in the Paranormal Talent Agency series; I don’t know if you could read it as stand-alone as I have read them as a series and loved the all as such as they build and develop and cross over. This has been a great series as its funny and quirky and will surprise you as you read it with its with and humour. They are quick reads, but they have enough in them that you aren’t left feeling like you missed something. Robin was a great character and it was nice seeing her again and getting to know her story.
This is a quick read where we get to see all our friends from the past books. This one is focused on Robin. Remember her? She is a minion to a low level demon. She always has done what she has been told. Except this time she doesn’t want to….what will happen to her?
This isn’t my first book by this author or in this series. The writing is spot on with her other stories. The characters are good continuations along with a bit of fun. The story flows nicely and it’s fun to find out about secondary characters. Im glad Robin got her story. I always wondered why she became a minion. You can easily read this as a stand alone or start at the beginning of the series for some Paranormal fun.

So I love this series and although this one might not have been my favorite so far I still completely enjoyed it. For some reason it didn’t have the same feel I’ve come to love in the other books but the story was just as good and a great continuation.
This part featured Robin, the owner of another talent agency who we met in book one when Catherine first came to town and inadvertently became the face of the paranormal talent agency. It was absolutely unexpected when I started reading and realizing this book was Robin’s story and it was definitely nice to get to know her a bit better and my dislike for her disappeared quickly, but there is still another player roaming through this series and it will be interesting to get to know her better, I feel like there’s a softness underneath it all and I could be completely wrong and the background story that has been looming throughout may or of course may not be a part of her story. I love how this author is handling each one of these characters, I fell pretty quickly for Jackson and am curious how the future will play out for him and Robin and also her talent agency.
This is a great series, I love how each book is a quick read making it easier in the future to sit and read the whole series back to back in a short amount of time and I will definitely do that.
Can not wait for the next.. Loved it!
An Unexpected Sequel by Heather Silvio is the fourth book in the Paranormal Talent Agency series. This book can be read as a stand-alone book however there are recurring characters in each.
As with the other books in this series this is a great fun read. I love the world the author has created with this series. The stories are all great but all have that sense of fun and entertainment about them.
The characters were so likeable and engaging. I find it so easy to get involved in their stories, to become invested in the outcomes.
Heather Silvio really does know how to write a great book and this is one series I can definitely recommend!
An Unexpected Sequel
Paranormal Talent Agency
Book 4
By Heather Silvio
This story continues with a little romance, comedy and murder. I can’t believe this suspenseful story made me LOL. So not what I expected, but happy nonetheless.
Years earlier Robin made a deal with the devil. A vengeful devil of a woman. Robin has turned her down, when asked to commit murder. She just can’t and won’t, as it is not for her. When she refuses to kill Jackson, the devil hires someone else. Now she is also being hunted. What will she do? Can Robin and Jackson survive being hunted and murdered? Or will they fight back? Only reading this story will answer the questions.
Heather Silvio has done it again. She made me laugh, cry, and kept me up all night. This story is short but mighty. Her characters are funny and entertaining. Book 4 has caught me by surprise. I loved this story and can’t wait to read more in this series. I’m looking forward to book 5. Well done Heather Silvio well done!!!
An Unexpected Sequel by Heather Silvio is the fourth book in the Paranormal Talent Agency series. I recommend that you read the other books in the series first because there is an underlying story through the series. This book is about Robin Landon, a talent agent, who also is a demon’s minion. Robin has been asked to kill Jackson Mckee by the demon but Robin is unable to kill another.
Like the other books in the series, this is a fun, quick read. I really enjoyed learning more about Robin and how she fits into the story. Also, it was fun to get her backstory and how she came to be a minion to a demon. I look forward to reading more in this series.
A great read about command. Robin Landon is a witch bound as a minion to demon Barbara Knollman and has done her bidding for five years. But when Barbara orders Robin to kill cameraman Jackson McKee, Robin struggles to carry out the order. When she refuses, Barbara hires a replacement killer and ups the deadline. Turning to reluctant allies, she comes up with a plan. Can she stop the killer before its too late and stand up to Barbara?
A great read. Well developed plot with twists and turns that I just couldn’t put down. Well developed characters like Robin standing up for herself but anxious underneath or Jackson as kind and caring but with more to him underneath. Great cast of supporting characters like the sarcastic Evie or the supportive Catherine. A wonderful villain in Barbara manipulative and powerful that will send shivers up your spine. It was great to see her step out of the shadows from the last three books and beome even more dangerous and wonderfully written..
I loved the visual detail throughout the novel like with the office with the high back chair and the desk lack of colour against the bright red of Barbara’s eyes contrasting perfectly. Or with Jacksons house with its wooden floors and comfortable furnishings for a homely feel. Or the scenes with magic later on full of colour and energy so vivid its as if youre actually there.
A great example of building upon the sequel with the addition of new fantasy creatures like the witches and the demon given the respect they deserve and true to their origins adding a sense of magic to this world and wonderfully written. I also liked the use of Barbara having premonitions, adding something new to the figure of the demon. The use of the linguistics of acting was a lovely touch and helped the reader understand. The combination of realism of offices and film sets and the fantasy of demons was combined perfectly and made for a captivating read. Overall, a great read and I would give it five stars.
An Unexpected Sequel (Paranormal Talent Agency Book 4) by Heather Silvio. This is the 4th book in the series and should probably be read in order to get the full entertainment. Its the continuing story of Robin Landon, who owns Landon Talent Agency. 5 years ago Robin made a deal with the Devil, literally. When the Devil orders Robin to kill Jackson McKee a witch who is a camera man, she refuses. To help her beat the devil she enlists the help of her enemies former members of the Paranormal Talent Agency. Not only does she want to save Jackson because she’s attracted to him but because she’s tired of doing what the Devil says. The crazy messes Robin and her friends get into cracked me up and the chemistry between Robin and Jackson is HOT! This is probably one of my favorite Paranormal books I’ve read!
An Unexpected Sequel (Paranormal Talent Agency #4)
By Heather Silvio
4 stars
This is such a wonderful series to read and book 4 was no exception. I find myself easily hooked into the stories and whatever the characters are getting up to. This story is about Robin and Jackson and I thought that they were great characters to read about. Robin had a job to do and I could tell as soon as she set eyes on Jackson there was no way she would be able to follow through. I was definitely rooting for them the whole way through. Once again I loved seeing characters from previous books pop up in this one – it gives the books in the series a nice link with each other. A great read splattered with some mystery and romance! As always I look forward to more from this author again in the future.
An Unexpected Sequel – Heather Silvio
5-stars
An Unexpected Sequel by Heather Silvio is a phenomenal paranormal read! It’s the 4th book in the Paranormal Talent Agency series, a series I would highly suggest. Though they can be read as standalones I would suggest reading each one as they are all incredible!
Without a doubt Heather Silvio always manages to take me on a wild adventure, one with many twist and turns and shocking detail all while still providing plenty of humor. Though this book is short the storyline itself still felt well rounded and not rushed and I loved everything about it.
I look forward to reading more from this author in the future and I would absolutely recommend this book and series to others.
Murder, intrigue, another fun and engaging read. Silvio continues to weave a fantastic story that enters this universe seamlessly. I have thoroughly enjoyed this series and this latest installment is no exception. Definitely will recommend to others.
An Unexpected Sequel (Paranormal Talent Agency Book 4) by Heather Silvio is a
paranormal mystery, with the supernatural, murder, intrigue, suspense and danger and romance. It is a short story but it has a well developed plot with twists and turns that I just couldn’t put down. The characters are well developed with a great cast of supporting characters which feature in the other books. This book is not quite as light as the others but I enjoyed the women who get together to solve paranormal mysteries and their sometimes humorous antics. This short story is well written and kept me entertained and engaged throughout.
Robin made a deal with the demon lording over Las Vegas but when she is asked to do the one thing that goes against her own morals, then she has opened herself up to a world of danger. Knowing she is not liked she goes to the only people who can help her and the fun begins.
This is book 4 of the Paranormal Talent Agency and follows the story of Robin Landon.
Robin has been a minion to the demon woman Barbara for years after signing a pact with her. Robin does anything Barbara tells her until Barbara asks Robin to kill someone.
The person she was killed is Jackson and Robin cant understand the reason why so she refuses to do it. Then starts an adventure as Robin now has to help save Jackson and herself from Barbara.
Its full of adventure, secrets, and romance as the story unfolds.
An Unexpected Sequel (Paranormal Talent Agency Book 4) by Heather Silvio

The thing I love about this series is that the books are fun to read including this one. I was a little surprised that Robin Landon got her own book. Her character wasn’t well liked in the previous books. As a demon’s minion, what is there to like? She’s on the wrong team. In this story, you realize that there is more to Robin. She’s a person with feelings who finally grows a backbone and refuses the order to kill Jackson McKee. Obviously the demon is not happy and puts a hit on Robin as well. Trying to keep herself and Jackson alive, Robin swallows her pride and asks Catherine for help.
What follows is another fantastic story filled with mystery, mayhem and romance. Can the girls keep them alive? Will they find the hitman? Will Robin have her happy ending? You have to read to find out.
I enjoyed this book which is the fourth book in the series. I suggest reading this series in order to help your enjoyment of this series. This is a well written, engaging story. It is about Robin who five years ago made a pact with a demon. What will happen when she refuses an order to kill someone she has growing feelings for? She finds herself turning to the Paranormal Talent Agency for help. The characters bring a story of mystery and romance, I highly recommend reading this book.
