I absolutely loved this novella. Love getting to catch up with characters from the series & get excited about the characters coming in future books. Can’t wait for all these tattoo guys to get their HEA’s. Thanks Nicole for all your amazing stories, I love them all!
The holiday party’s in the world are epic and a big affair. This is like a wine sampling of all of the frame to come! It’s not a full on Novel just a scene into the lives of several lesser characters. Nicole does a fabulous job of wetting your appetite because there are a lot oh angsty gut churning relationships coming out of this book!!!!!
Oh, the tangled webs that the unique Adamson, Monroe and adopted family members weave. This is a wonderful teaser to the drama that now exists with the extended family through their businesses and careers and how these new faces add to the love and friendship. I love that we got multiple viewpoints as each struggle with attending the annual Monroe Christmas event as each deal with the changes in their lives. There is so much that isn’t said and feelings being denied. Excited where Nicole Dykes will take us on these next journeys as they all find their place in love and life.
Interesting little snippet of what everyone seems to be going through in the aftermath…. I’m totally ready for the next chapter! I can’t wait to see what these crazy people get up to next.
Nothing makes me happier than getting to spend the holidays with some of my favorite characters. This is a fun, quick holiday read that gives us a peek into the lives of some of our faves.
I highly recommend reading this.

“I absolutely loved this book which I knew I would! I have read every book I’m the Monroe and Adamson series. This one definitely gets you in your feelings. At one point I kinda wanted to be mad but didn’t know who I was mad at or happy but didnt know which I’m one I was happy for!! I am so glad that Nicoe wrote this and brought characters from the other 2 series in and added new ones. I can’t wait to see where everyone’s story goes and who they end up with. Gah!!! I need more like yesterday Nicole!!!!
It’s that time of the year again when Brooke Monroe has her annual Christmas Party! She invites anybody and everyone. The Adamson family are there as usual to join in the holiday festivities. Chris Adamson invites workers from his tattoo shop but they reluctantly agree to attend. I guess wearing a tuxedo doesn’t really thrill them.
Brooke wants everyone to have a good time but not everyone feels the same way. Some feel a bit uncomfortable when ex’s show up with someone that’s new in their life. With this conflict of interest it seems to add to some drama.
I always love reading Nicole’s books. This book just left me “hanging”! I really hope that her next book will help “tie-up” some of those loose ends!
Even though this is a quick read, it definitely packs a punch with the tension. This is the aftermath of Evie’s book and you get a little glimpse into Chris’s tattoo shop. There’s some happening here and it’s gonna make for some really good books to come or at least I hope so.. Ty is heartbroken and honesty my heart went out to him. I just wanted to give him a hug throughout this book. The tension between him and Jay is incredible(sounds weird saying that lol). There’s a story brewing between two of the characters and it was just nice to get the gang back together again. This is a cute book that will have you loving the Adamsons again and wanting more to read from Nicole!!
Nicole does it again!! I absolutely love the Monroes and Adamsons, but this book gives you a look into some of the other characters from their books. I enjoyed being able to see into the other characters and feelings, emotions and what not in their lives. I’m really hoping Nicole will continue writing books with these other characters so that we can see if they get the HEA’s and what not. Def 5 STAR read!

I absolutely love when we get bits from the whole gang and this novella has me EXTREMELY excited for what is to come for this world Nicole Dykes has built for us!! I cannot wait for more!!!

I absolutely love these little holiday novellas Nicole writes! Getting a little taste of the families and friends christmas, as well as little sparks of what is to come in the future writings is wonderful. If you love the Monroes, Adamsons, and the gang from the tattoo shop, you will love this!!! I can not wait for more from Nicole! Thank you for writing another wonderful Christmas story!
This was definitely not your typical Christmas novella. It was so much more. Yes, this gave us the chance to catchup with our favorite families from this author. We saw some heartwarming moments and felt some angst for others we are waiting to see get their happily ever after. Or at least I’m hoping they get a happily ever after. The thing is even in their happy ever after they have those moments. These families aren’t your fairy tale families. Just because the book reads, “the end”, it is never really “the end”. It’s just the end of the book just like they’re real people and not characters. They still have very real circumstances that affect them. Just like everyone in real life does.
Also we were introduced to a few new people which is always intriguing and keeps us hopeful that they will become extended family (which translates into new books) for devoted readers as well as new readers.
I can’t wait to see what the future holds in store for us. In the meantime, get cozy and enjoy this holiday read and all the feels it brings.
Absolutely LOVED this short Christmas novella. Getting a glimpse of what each character is feeling will have your heart pumping. So many possibilities to come!!! I truly can’t wait for Ty’s story. I’m rooting for Morgan more now than ever. Jay and Frankie…LOVE! I just want to see them happily together Rhys, Blair, Sean, Melody….so many feelings swirling.
Loved it! This book gives you a glimpse into the Adamson’s point of view at an annual Monroe Christmas party. Now I want more! Short, but so insightful…especially if you are immersed into the two families’ drama. Can’t wait to read what’s next!
Nicole never ceases to amaze me, I love her more with each book she writes, and An Inked Christmas is no exception!! This little story packed so much in yet she also manages to almost make you throw your kindle because there are things she leaves hanging….for later….damn her!!! LOL I love Christmas, and the fact that one of my favorite authors is writing about it, and giving us a little glimpse at how everyone is doing just makes me love her more!! I love the Adamson’s and I love the Monroe’s….I’m sure with everything that Nicole has coming we will see more from these amazing families…y’all don’t just want to read this book, you’ll want to read them all!! Oh, and 2020 is gonna be one hell of a year, and can’t wait to be a part of it with Nicole!!
