I didn’t enjoy this book much. She was a little much for my taste. She just didn’t listen. Then while he’s unconscious decides to like him? There’s no real resolution to the plot either. Just glad I got this for free.
Could of been a great book, but it left me without answers and ended too abruptly. Every book I read so far in this series abruptly ends. I stopped reading this series. You are left unsatisfied.
An okay story, although it did drag a bit. But there was no sex in this book, which proves it can be done!

The characters were three dimensional and believable and the action n was realistic
Helps to understand that women were seen as possessions @ some times & in some cultures. So grateful equality has advanced in our time & culture.

It starts good, progresses slowly, and the end is not too spectacular, but it’s a nice read.
I loved this story, so much so that I purchased the others in the series and am looking forward to reading them as well. It was a lovely tale, and very pleased with the HEA, it could have been so different!

It was a little thin on character development. You really didn’t get to know the people. It would mention characters, but if you didn’t read the series this book hardly brings the secondary people into the book, just little snippets.
I really enjoyed this book. It was a clean romantic story. I have just started another book by Aileen Adams and look forward to reading it.

I do not not recommend this book. The author spent a ridiculous amount of time trying to explain how the male main character thought, which was, I thought more like a girl from the 20th century than a man from the 17th.
