Enjoyed it, I had met some of the characters before, nteresting plot.
Wonderful read. Unexpected happenings leading to gear, danger, and love. Love the highlander theme. Unusual twist to find true love.
The story is interesting, characters are likable. I would have liked the relationship between the two main characters to develop more before the end of the story. There was plenty of excitement and danger in the story. It seemed to end too quickly, with barely a kiss between the two. And the biggest mystery of the story, why she is being hunted, is left unanswered. It was a pretty good story, but could have been better with the character’s romantic emotions more developed, especially toward the end.

I loved the characters as I read other books in the series
A stubborn Scot buys a kidnapped Norwegian woman at auction. He feels a connection and tries to protect her. Dalla, Norwegian woman, resists his help and tries to escape in the wilderness of Scotland with no knowledge of how the survive.
Their trials and tribulations are interesting reading. I recommend this for a light read.
This is the second book in the series that I have enjoyed. I look forward to reading the other ones!
