She saw in him what no one else could see. He found in her what he could never find. One moment changed everything but, even with a break in time, their connection could never be severed. In the beginning he may have been her salvation, but in the end she will be his redemption.***This is Book One in the Acts of Honor series, the spin-off series to Men of Honor. It can be read as a standalone. … Honor. It can be read as a standalone. However, I highly recommend that you read the Men of Honor series prior, as characters play recurring roles in both series.

This is an amazing book. We first met Anna and Logan in the Men of Honor series. Anna experienced a happening that no one should experience. Logan was there for her. He loved her. Then, one awful night changed their lives. For four years Logan and Anna were apart. He let her go because he though she’d be better off without him. He loved her the entire four years they were apart as she loved him too. What I found interesting is that once they became reunited we find out that neither of them were with anyone else for that four years. That’s how much they loved each other. The book centers around a bit of mystery and danger. I loved seeing Jaxson, Sawyer, Cooper, and Cade (our Men of Honor) have such big roles in this book. My heartstrings were tugged. Dual point of view. No cliffhanger.
Logan wow !!!
Again i’m kicking myself for not reading this book earlier. It was brilliant. It’s a while since I read another from this KC Lynn but I’m so glad I have finally gotten back to reading her. I don’t know why I stopped reading every book I’ve read has been so so good. Her stories are just so addictive and this book was just the same. Logan and Anna story was heart breaking but sweet. There lives haven’t been easy and there relationship has been a rollercoaster. But there luv for each other is so strong it doesn’t matter what is thrown at them they have each other.
It was so good to get more of the guys and woman plus kids from the Men of Honor series. This spin of series is a great follow up. Jaxson Sawyer Case and Copper are just brilliant again. I luved seeing Jaxson being the protective brother to Anna. It might annoy Logan but she’s need both men in her life. They mean so much to her. Anna and Logan are so good together they really hot together as well. They both being out the best side to each other. They can’t keep there hands of each other it so sweet even when Jaxson is around to moan about it. It’s so funny.
I would highly recommend this book it’s just amazing. Everything about it is brilliant. Second chance romance is just the best. This book is written so well the story flowed so well with the right amount of sexiness drama happy and sad moments. It’s just so good I’m really looking forward to more of this series after what happened at the end of this book. Bring it on.
After reading the Men of Honor series, I was really looking forward to Logan and Anna’s story. For the most part, I was pretty happy with the story.
Fairly well edited.
We first met Anna in Jaxson’s story. She was being held in the same facility as Jaxson, Sawyer, and Cade. As they made their escape, Jaxson made sure to take Anna with them. Since they made it out, Anna and Jaxson have kept in touch. As she began the long process towards healing, she met Logan. They soon became inseparable. However, just as life looked like it would open up for them, a tragedy leads to Logan spending several years away. When he returns, he continues to stay away from Anna – in order to keep her safe and because he doesn’t feel that he is good enough for her. It isn’t long before Anna and Jaxson find out that Logan is back. What secret is he hiding? Will he be able to keep Anna safe? Will Anna let him keep running from their love?
There is quite a bit to Logan’s story. Honestly, I couldn’t figure out why the guys weren’t able to help Logan out of the situation he found himself in. Just because he said to leave things be doesn’t mean the adults in his life should have said okay. All in all, I was very happy to finally read their story. Enjoy.
Very good book
Good book with some twist.
Both of the main characters in this book were extremely likable and I was happy with the ending. Will most likely continue the series
