Rehearsals, leotards, and textbooks—that was my life. Dancing is all I’ve known until Liam admits his true feelings, and I’m thrown into a world I know nothing about. Secrets and betrayal have proven that Liam isn’t the man I thought he was. Though I’m struggling with the truth, deep down I’d still do anything for him. Saving our relationship is his top priority, but keeping him safe is mine. … but keeping him safe is mine. Corruption and power are their game and Liam is nothing more than a pawn. Playing by the rules won’t end well, but I can’t let him fight them alone.
Our happily ever after is right around the corner, but then it crashes and burns, threatening to destroy us. Giving up on the love of my life isn’t an option, but I might not be able to save him.
ALWAYS YOURS is book 2 in the Liam & Maddie duet and must be read in order.

Liam & Maddie go through a ton of shit in their conclusion. So many twists and turns, so much action, wow, I wasn’t sure how it was all going to end, but by the end, I was just glad they were still standing and finally able to be together for good.
Although I can’t say that Liam and Maddie are my favorite couple in this series, I enjoyed their duet as a whole. It’s super fast-paced, steamy, and more than a little suspenseful. And the best part is Thomas, whose story is coming next. Can’t wait!
Maddie and Liam may have become my favorite book couple ever!!! Their conclusion was everything I could have ever hoped for. Liam is in a hell of a mess. Maddie and all Liam’s loved ones are in the crossfire. The story is like a roller coaster you ride and watch through your hands and fingers, not sure of what’s coming and if you can handle it, which is my favorite kind of story!!! The ending is epic!! I feel like I’m losing a group of friends with the ending of the roommates series. So sad to see them go but so thankful for their wonderful stories!!!
I love me some Liam & Maddie! Hard!!!
This is the conclusion to their on the ‘edge Of my seat’ duet!
Highly recommend this unrequited love story!
There’s twists and turns throughout and I fell in love with their Friend Tyler!!!
Seriously. Read this smoking hot, intrigue full book!
Kennedy Fox
Romantic Suspense | Series should be read IN ORDER
This entire series is EPIC. The emotions, the twists and turns, and the suspenseful aspects that nearly rip out your heart are all remarkable. Kennedy Fox can write sweet romances to absolute perfection and seeing that they can also write darker, more suspenseful novels blows my mind! No matter which type of book, they are all deeply romantic and falling for these characters is as easy as turning the pages. There isn’t much I can say about this book because everything has the potential to be a major spoiler, but I can say this- Kennedy Fox SLAYS the romance genre. I started reading their books about a year and a half ago and haven’t been able to stop since. They quickly floated to the top of my favorite authors list and with every book written I am shown WHY they are such favorites. I always find myself deeply immersed in their stories and have a hard time putting any of them down. This one ESPECIALLY was a roller coaster ride filled with BIG BANGS. What. A. BOOK!
Ladies, I highly recommend reading this series. I think it’s best to read them in order from start to finish but you can read the individual duets on their own if you wish. Be warned though if you do this there are potential spoilers (in terms of romance) that will come about. This is the final book in Liam and Maddie’s duet and probably the most suspenseful of them all. Don’t be surprised if you’re a big ball of anxiety when reading- I know I was
Always Yours is the conclusion to not only Liam and Madelyn’s duet, but also the end of the roommate duet series. Liam and Maddy’s is an emotional story full of twist and turns. With action, intrigue, suspense and danger I didn’t know what to expect with each chapter.
Liam is just as caring, protective and loyal as in Always Mine, possibly even a little more at times, and Maddy is just as sweet, sassy and stubborn as in the previous titles.
The connection they share is undeniable despite the hurt and heartbreak that they have shared.
What a ride was the conclusion of this story, I was on the edge of my seat the entire time, Kennedy Fox sure knows how to hook me into their books!
I received a copy of this book from the publisher/author to review for Stephanie’s Book Reports.
Rehearsals, leotards, and textbooks-that was my life. Dancing is all I’ve ever known, but when Liam’s problems turn everything upside down, I’m thrust into a world I know nothing about. Secrets and betrayal changed the man I’ve fallen for and he isn’t who I thought he was. Regardless, Liam is all I’ve ever wanted and though I’m struggling with my emotions, deep down I’d do anything for him. When Liam admitted his true feelings, things finally fell into place. Now they’re falling apart. Saving our relationship is his top priority, but keeping hi alive is mine. Corruption and power are their game and Liam is nothing more than a pawn. Playing by the rules won’t end well, but I can’t let him fight alone this time. Our happily ever after is so close I can taste it, but then it quickly crashes and burns, threatening to destroy us. Giving up on the love of my life isn’t an option, but in the end I might not be able to save him.
I was so excited to have this book in my hands. If you haven’t read Always Mine then you need to read it before diving in to Always Yours. Always Yours pick up right were Always mine left off. This book did not disappoint. I swear if I could have physically jumped into this book then I would have been kicking some serious butt. I am so in love with Maddie and Liam and they have such an amazing story to tell. I don’t really want to give any of the story away but this book is everything that you were waiting on. There is romance and a ton of suspense and some seriously heart stopping moments. This books amazing and you don’t need to miss in. In this midst of Maddie and Laim is also Tyler and man did I fall for this guy. I so can not wait to have his story in my hands.
Always Yours brings the end of these amazing standalone duets to a close. Kennedy Fox has given us several couples from a group of friends and I’m so sad to know that it ends with Always Yours. I’ve grown a bit of an attachment to them all. Always Yours was definitely emotionally taxing. I felt compelled to read on from start to finish within barely a day. Kennedy Fox has always been that way for me though… it doesn’t matter if it’s their hilarious RomComs or their sweet and swoony love stories, I can’t stop reading! However, there was something special about Liam and Maddie’s story. This ending felt like a serious doozy!
I have a serious obsession with suspenseful romance stories. It’s the intensity of the situation combined with the intensity of love… it feels almost suffocating and that’s just what I got from this final conclusion. Seriously, I felt as though I was on the edge of my seat with Victoria, she made me crazy with her games and obsession to mess everything else. I felt like this was a deluge of secrets, of information, of just plain unpredictability collapsing all around me. I was completely enamored with the way these author duo kept to their true sweet and sexy story while adding a seriously sharp-edged danger feel to it. This has to have been my favorite duet out of the four couples and I don’t usually pick favorites out of a group of friends. It’s like picking your favorite child.
I can’t help but recommend all of these books…. All four couples are books to be read! But, if I could only listen to one, it would be this duet. Maddie and Liam’s story has a little bit of everything, plus fantastic writing from a writer duo that seems to really excel together. They created something really beautiful with this entire 7 books series. See if your heart handles the pulse-pounding action and the sweet and sexy love story all woven together.
I received an ARC of this book with the hope that I would leave an Unbiased Opinion. I was not required to leave a review, positive or otherwise, and my opinions are just that… my opinions.
This was an phenomenal conclusion to this amazing duet! I have been eagerly awaiting this one after Always Mine left off and this talented duo certainly did not disappoint me. I devoured this within a few hours as once I started it I couldn’t put it down!
I loved Mason and Sophie’s story but Liam and Maddies’s was oh so much more!! I loved this couple and even though I honestly wanted to punch Liam in the balls for the situation he had put them and especially Maddie in but I loved how much he loved her, his heart was in the right place.
Kennedy Fox are such a talented duo together, their duets are simply gripping and clever with their twists and turns, mixed with their addictive characters. Each duet from them surpasses the last.
There is so much I want to rave about regarding this book and duet but I don’t want to spoil your enjoyment so the only thing I will say is READ THIS NOW!!
Whoah, what an ending to the Roommate Duet Series! This conclusion to Maddie and Liam’s story was a wild ride and my heart was in my throat with every single twist and turn this story went on. I loved every single second of this emotional roller coaster!
How do you move beyond your past when it keeps threatening your chance and hope of a future? Things have gotten even more complicated and dangerous for Maddie and Liam. Watching them, as well as everyone else in their lives, navigate every obstacle in their way was intense, painful, and extremely emotional, but in the end completely worth it.
Just like always, this duo has me dying for their next book. The next series of duets, the Ex-Con Duet Series, is sure to be a doozy. I’m so completely in love with Tyler already that I can’t wait to get his story!
Grateful to have received a complimentary ARC copy to honestly review.
This is the second book about Liam and Madelyn. I absolutely loved this ending. It was intense, interesting with nonstop action. Had me hooked from the beginning to the end. I had to know what was going to happen between Liam and Madelyn after Madelyn finds out what she believes is the truth about Liam and his wife. But things go down that put Madelyn in danger and Liam has to play along to keep her safe. But will it be enough? This was an intense storyline. I absolutely loved the chemistry between these two and how this storyline was written. It was enjoyable from beginning to end. I absolutely loved Liam and Madelyn and wanted more from them then what I got. Another amazing book in this series. Highly recommend grabbing this duet.
(Contains spoilers of Always Mine)
Darling, I can’t get enough of the stories Kennedy Fox provides with.
I can’t get enough.
Always Yours blew me away and is a reason why Liam and Maddie are my favourite couple in the roommates series.
It had the drama, the intense love story and the magic of Kennedy Fox. And the suspense in this one…God… it had me sitting on the edge of my seat.
Always Yours was the cherry on top of a wonderful series.
And I’m a tad bit sad that we reached the end.
Remember that huge cliffhanger at the end of Always Mine? Well…it gets even more complex and action-packed. My heart was never able to calm down because of all the suspense and drama. Poor Liam and Maddie. Their love story truly was an adventure. The troubles Liam got himself into in the first book were just as prominent in the first one as it was in the last one. Which just shows that Kennedy Fox thought it through from A to Z.
The love the two main characters had for each other filled my heart with pure joy. It was contagious and had me swooning for them the whole time. These two were fire, intense and powerful and their love was just like that. It grows and flourishes in Always Yours. And that all because of the wonderful writing of Kennedy Fox.
They stole my attention and pushed me straight into a fictional world and that all because of their words. They painted the picture so clearly for me. It was pure joy to read Always Yours.
Are you looking for a romance that will steal your heart forever? Are you looking for wonderful writing? Or are you ready to grow your catalogue of book boyfriends?
Yes? To all of them. Then Always Yours is the book you need. And you can enhance your reading experience by starting with the first duet namely Baby Mine.
You will fall in love!
What an amazing, emotional roller coaster journey for Liam and Maddie. Victoria definitely pushes the drama meter with her games to save face with her mafia family. Is there any hope that Liam can break the hold Victoria has over him? If he can, will Maddie forgive him? Liam hasn’t made the best choices in his life which has him caught in the mafia’s tentacles but when it threatens those he cares about; he will pull out all the stops to break free. I knew Victoria was evil but boy, she even shocked me with her crazy plans. Add in her twisted brother JJ and well, Liam has found himself caught in a crazy twisted web. His greatest regret though is how it is impacting those he loves. This is wonderful to see since Liam saw himself as unworthy of love. He was always loyal to his friends but now he has let love in which has raised the stakes. Maddie is an unbelievably strong and positive force of nature that keeps Liam on his toes while showing him that love is possible. I voluntarily read an ARC of this book and this is my honest review.
Rate: 4.5/ 5 stars
It’s been a couple of days since I finished this baby and wow I still can’t believe this series is actually over. I feel like every new series these two ladies give me becomes better than the last… these three couples wow they were all put through hell… all different circles of it but hell nevertheless. I, of course, and anyone who read this was put through hell right alongside these characters and boy did I grow to love them more with each chapter. I’m gonna miss this world so so much.
Liam and Maddie, I feel like they got the worst circle… years and years of longing for one another and when things started to fall right into place a tornado named Victoria flew over their relationship and put everything on the line.
I love how this book started. The time Maddie spent on the cabin was so enjoyable to me and the reason for that is TYLER! Oh my god, this book was as much his as it was Liam and Maddies and I won’t complain one bit because omg did I love the guy. I cannot wait to get his story and just more of him. He was spectactular, the kind of friend willing to go to the ends of the earth for his loved ones. What he got in the end broke my heart so I can’t wait to see him get his revenge and get his girl. Gah, I already know it’s gonna be so good.
I was at 30% of this book and everything was really good and I thought to myself if this ended here it would be such a good ending but then again there was still 70% left and knowing these ladies the shoe was about to drop and oh man did it… I anticipated that move because I knew something bad was about to go down. Don’t get me wrong I love when I can figure out what is about to happen ahah and that one move I saw it coming… I’m quite good at picking up hints these days. But it was only that one move, the rest I had no clue what was about to go down and it was so much. I had no clue what I was in for…again. Kennedy Fox really bought the big guns with this duet. Each duet in the series was more suspenseful than the last and with these two the same happened with each book. You think you got the worst in Always Mine? Just you wait!
My heart hurt so much for these two and everything that they had to go through to be together. The times where they were apart or scared about what happened next broke me. But then those sweet moments became even sweeter and I just- I adore them. Tyler. again, was an amazing surprise and I think I might already love him as much as Liam gah *hides*.
Maddie and Liam never had it easy, not since the very first moment they met; their journey had more obstacles than a obstacle course but they overcame them all and got the ending they deserved. These two really were an EPIC ending to the roommates series and I now very much understand why they were the last couple. I enjoyed every single second I got to spend with these three couples, even when I was bawling my eyes out or my stomach ached with anxiety. I’m gonna miss them but I’m sure I’ll revisit them time and time again. AND, I’m so bloody ready for the next series (like usual)!!
„We fought way too hard to be with each other, I’m not letting anything come between us now.”
I need some form of consolation, because my heart hurts at the thought that this is the end of the series. The only thing that uplifts me is the fact that Kennedy Fox ended the Roommate Duo Series phenomenally! I am simply delighted with the conclusion of Liam and Maddie’s story. There was action, tears, suspense and ALL THE FEELS. My gahhh, these two just melted my heart. And although I am a huge fan of all three duets, as well as all the couples in the gang, it’s Madelyn and Liam who have my whole heart.
In Always Yours emotions reached their peak. My heart alternately swelled with joy and broke with pain, because the moment Liam and Mads finally headed towards their happy ending, fate decided to throw roadblocks in their way. The authors brilliantly conveyed every emotion, because during reading I was constantly at the edge of the seat, biting my thumb from nervousness. The anticipation was driving me insane and I couldn’t wait to see how the situation would unfold. I also could feel the strength of Maddie and Liam’s love, their need for each other, their protectiveness and longing for normalcy. I’m obsessed with them, truly.
Liam has my heart. He’s so caring and protective! He will stop at nothing to ensure the safety of his loved ones, even if he has to put himself in danger. He’s also brave and heroic. I’m not able to count how many times I have swooned over this man!
Maddie is such a gem! She’s sweet, sassy, headstrong, totally adorable and funny. But just like her man, she’s super protective over her family and friends. Most of the time she cracked me up, but there were also times when my heart hurt for her, because although she’s pretty laid-back and hilarious, she’s also emotional and she has fears like every other person.
Together they’re FIRE. Their chemistry was so sizzling that I was afraid that my Kindle will burst into flames. But apart from their obvious passion, their love was so genuine and heartwarming. I had tears in my eyes during their most vulnerable moments.
Always Yours is an epic conclusion not only for Madelyn and Liam’s duet, but also for the whole Roommate Duet Series. I got so accustomed to this amazing bunch that I’m saying goodbye to them with a heavy heart. But at the same time I’m super excited for the upcoming Ex-Con Duet. My favorite secondary character is getting his own book! Eeekkk!
“When Liam admitted his true feelings, things finally fell into place. Now they’re falling apart.”
I felt like I was waiting and waiting for this book to release. Though it wasn’t really that long of a wait, it just felt like 80000 years. These characters are just so amazing and I had to know what happened to them after Always Mine.
“Our happily ever after is so close I can taste it, but then it quickly crashes and burn, threatening to destroy us.”
This duet is so fun but then so heartfelt, and gut wrenching. But I couldn’t put down these books. And this one was no different. I feel like most of this book I was on the edge of my seat or holding my breath.
Liam and Maddie are a rollercoaster of emotions. Though I can’t say much about this book because I don’t want to spoil it, it was perfect. It was the most perfect scene for all of these beloved characters and is wrapped up with a nice little bow. Kennedy Fox always reminds me of why I love romance. They write some of the most fun and heartfelt reads. And they are always packed with the yummiest, steamiest scenes. I probably have drool marks on the pages. A girl can dream about having her own Liam.
“We fought was too hard to be with each other, I’m not letting anything come between us now.”
I loved this duet so much and though I’m sad to see the end of this series come to a close, I can’t wait to see what they have up their sleeves next. They never disappoint!!
The last in the Roommates Series, but before we say our ‘See ya laters’, there are so many things that need to be addressed and answered. While each duet can be read as a stand alone, it is highly suggested, to get the full experience of the series, that they be read in order. This series has it all, heartbreak to new beginnings, right place/wrong time to finally working out and denial and deceit to forgiveness and forever. The roads traveled are never smooth but always worth the rough patches. Liam and Maddie’s story is filled with angst, suspense, deception, heartache, betrayal, manipulation and secrets. It’s the darkest of the series for sure. But, it’s also filled with hope, forgiveness, faith, and love. I love Maddie’s snark and Liam’s ultra-alphaness.
We have so many questions and just when we think it’s smooth sailing, they throw us a curve. When all is said and done, we finally have the answers we’ve been waiting for….and a sneaky suspicion confirmed as to who’s next.
Always Yours is the conclusion to Maddie and Liam’s duet and boy did it keep me guessing especially after the ending of book one. Liam is dealing with the repurcussions of his actions and everyone he cares about is in danger and it’s now time to pay the piper or the viper known as Victoria.
I loved the fast pace of the story it helped convey the sense of danger and unpredictability to the reader. There were surprises I didn’t expect, someone stepped up to help an unlikely saviour. This one easily followed the same path as book one and kept true to the passion and love I felt in the previous story. It was like a game of cat and mouse one wrong move and the result could be deadly. A fitting end to the roommare series.
Always Yours is one wild ride from the very first page to the very last. There are so many twists and turns throughout this story and it will completely suck you in to Liam and Maddie’s world.
The conclusion to Liam and Maddie’s story picks up right where Always Mine ended and is non stop from there. Liam and Maddie’s chemistry continues to grow stronger and stronger throughout this story. The bond and the love they have for each other is enough to keep the two of them going with everything that is going on in their lives.
This book was unexpected and really, it is one duet you just need to read, because I don’t want to spoil a single thing about this story. Liam’s friend, Tyler, may be one of my favorite people ever and I can not wait for his story!
I am sad that this is the end of the Roommate Duet series, but it went out with a bang. Hunter, Mason, Liam, Lennon, Sophie and Maddie were amazing characters to get to know over this series and their bond with each other is amazing. Always Yours is a MUST READ!
Kennedy Fox always writes about romantic couples but the slow burning romance of Liam and Maddie is definitely my favorite. We have watched them flirt with each other and ignore their feelings, which only made their love story even more special. They both had reasons to take things slow, but their chemistry had been explosive since the beginning and it only got hotter. I loved their journey and even though it was filled with uncertainty, their love withstood it and kept me hoping for a happy ending.
What is true love? Listening to each other, undeniable chemistry and asking for forgiveness. Liam and Maddie were drawn to each other from the moment they met and she became his world and he wanted to be with her forever. They found true love and it only got stronger as the years went by. Their coming together as one took time, but it was inevitable and filled with passion and excitement for the future. Maddie would always love Liam even when he was thrust into a dangerous world of lies and deceit. The deeper he fell into their clutches, the less confident Maddie felt about their future. She waited so long to be with him, spent so many nights dreaming of him, and not having him by her side would be unbearable. Can she find the strength to stand by her man while he worked to rid himself of the danger that surrounded him?
