The Like Us series is a true series, one continuous timeline, that follows a family of wealthy celebrities and the people that protect them. You must read Books 1 and 2 before reading Alphas Like Us.

I devoured this book. The story was excellent and everything I needed it to be. Emotional, sexy, and loaded with wickedly fun banter. I cannot wait to read more of this series.
Audible Review:
Overall 5*
Performance 5*
Story 5*
I never wanted it to end.
Nooooooooooooo! <------- My exact reaction when the audiobook ended, although I think I need a few more ooooos. Add in the fact that I was throwing my head back against the headrest like a toddler having a tantrum and I'm sure I was getting more than a few looks from my fellow commuters last night. I know this series isn't ending, but with the focus moving off of Maximoff and Farrow, at least temporarily, I'm now in a period of mourning. I love #Marrow so much! I had no idea when I started this series how deeply and completely I would fall. But man did I ever! Fall that is. I am head over heels for these 2. I don't want to ever say good-bye to them! (Whiney toddler tantrum mode in effect.) Alphas Like Us is more emotional than the previous 2 books. So many tears at different points! Mostly happy tears, but some *hit you right in the feels* tears, too. Moffy and Farrow love each other sooo much and you could just *feel* it. Ugh, is it wrong how much love *I'm* feeling for fictional characters??? But I can't help it! Seeing how much they cared for each other, how they weren't afraid to show it once they were finally able to be a "regular" couple, they are just so sweet and funny and freaking adorable. How can you not love them! I could go on and on and on about my love for this book, about my love for this series, about my love for Maximoff and Farrow, but I'm guessing you'd get a little sick of it. So I'll just say that these 3 books have cemented a place in my all-time favorites. #MarrowForever J.F. Harding and Alexander Cendese are Maximoff Hale and Farrow Redford Keene. They are so perfect as their respective characters! Every time there was a chapter change and Alexander would say "Farrow Keene" I was saying it right along with him- I don't know why, but it just felt right. I want to go back and listen to these books all over again. I foresee them being in heavy rotation in my car.
The Like Us series is extremely entertaining, and Alphas Like Us is no exception. There are so many dramatic and intense moments, but the love between Maximoff and Farrow is strong and steady. I love their banter and the connection between them. All the characters are wonderful, and loving the characters make it easier to follow along when the plot becomes extremely dramatic and over the top.
The audiobook was well done and extremely enjoyable to listen to. I love the narrators and thought their performance was absolutely perfect for the book.
Ok how can you not love the Cobalt, Hale and Calloway families. But the icing on the cake is the love that Farrow and Maximoff have in this story. They are tested in such a manner that it left me in tears, pulling over on the side of the road to compose myself. The audio narrators hit it out of the part with this one.

The supporting characters stole the show for me. I am obsessed with Sulli and Jane, I can’t wait for their books. (They deserve all the happiness in the world.) We got a lot of teases with them and their future partner and it was everything. Their books might actually kill me.
We also learn a lot more about characters we haven’t seen much from in the past books, like Ben, Winona, and Beckett. (I’m suddenly a Beckett stan??) We also get a lot more scenes with the core six here. Fans who have been starving for those close family scenes between the cousins and parents will be very happy with ALU.
The only thing standing in the way from more stars is the main couple. Moffy is absolutely precious, but three books later and Farrow is still very meh. His “IDGAF about anything” and “the rule don’t apply to me” attitude just isn’t for me.
Leading up to the release the authors had been really quiet about the plot, and now I can see why. I feel like I can’t say anything else without spoiling something. I’ll just say if you liked the previous two books, you’ll definitely like this one!
Hopefully we’ll eventually get books from Charlie, Beckett, and Luna as well, and the rest of the bodyguard team too *cough, cough* Oscar.
Omg…I am so in love with this series. Alphas Like Us is the continuation of Maximoff and Farrow’s story and the 3rd book in the Like Us series. This story was engaging, charming and will have you totally engrossed. I was again hooked on this story from beginning to end and couldn’t put it down. The twists and turns, the family dynamics, the deepening relationship between Moffy and Farrow and all the drama had me entertained and totally in love with this group of characters.
I have to admit the bond between Moffy and Farrow was so intense, the trust, loyalty they displayed and the way they both leaned on the other was heart-warming and made it obvious they were perfect for each other. The inclusion of the family members and the security served to make this story so much better. Alphas Like Us was another excellent addition to this series and I absolutely loved it. Deserving of a 5 star status I would highly recommend this novel to all lovers of MM romance.
The audiobook was narrated by J.F. Harding and Alexander Cendese. These two just bring this story to life and they make you even more invested in the novel if that’s possible. Their narration was excellent and I loved listening to them.
A must read!! Listen to the audiobooks in this series. They are simply phenomenal!! 🙂
Oh my goodness, this book truly had me crying so many times, it also had me laughing so hard. Maximoff and Farrow have been through so so much, but they are stronger together which just makes it beautiful. Loved this book with every fiber of my being.
I love everything of this series…keep them coming Misses Ritchie!!!
It doesn’t happen often but this series gave me the biggest book hangover ever!!!!!
ALPHAS LIKE US was more than I could have ever hoped for. The bond that Maximoff and Farrow have is one of a kind and I adored and devoured everything about them from beginning to end.
To describe this book/series to someone that has never had the pleasure of reading a book by this author couple is like describing something that’s already perfection in every way.
What makes these books, but especially this couple so amazing is that they, from the very beginning, worked on their relationship. Their trust, faith and unwavering loyalty to each other is heart-warming and incredibly sexy. For me, Maximoff and Farrow were the ultimate couple. The same as Rose and Connor were. Two halves that belonged together in a way that was undeniable and tangible. They were so much better together than alone.
After three books, I still don’t have enough of Maximoff and Farrow. They easily made me fall in love with them, and made it very hard for anyone that will come after to top their amazing relationship.
Aside from the main couple, this book was full of fantastic scenes between family members, their dynamic and deep love for each other. Having such a huge family is one of the things I adore about this epic series. At the end of each book, the reader feels like a being part of this amazing and highly entertaining family. And it’s hard to say goodbye. It’s no secret that I adore this cast, and can’t wait to read the next book. These books honestly get better and better with each installment. They are hard to put down, addicting, and utterly fascinating.
ALPHAS LIKE US can not be read on its own. It is NOT a standalone and should only be read after reading DAMAGED LIKE US and LOVERS LIKE US. It’s one continuous storyline that must be started at the beginning.
Damaged Like Us is the perfect first book in the new Like Us series. I had very high expectations and Krista and Becca met all of them with this book. With many new series, there often is a huge amount of information being thrown around in the first book (which can be confusing at times). However, I was really happy with the way the authors handled everything. There are many new characters, but they were introduced in a very smooth way. Right from the beginning I was looking forward to catching up with the Addicted series characters (I love them so much), however the kids, who the focus will be on in this series, stole my heart. Each and every one of them are so unique and awesome. I just can’t wait to get to know them better.
Damaged Like Us focuses on Maximoff (Moffy) and his new bodyguard Farrow. I just loved their banter so much. Also the attraction was off the chain! This book was everything! It was emotional at times, hilarious, sad, SEXY and so much more. The make-out and sex scenes got me all hot and bothered (which doesn’t happen that often). But there was just something special about Moffy and Farrow’s chemistry. I just love that Krista and Becca take the time to really develop the story and characters. Both were done perfectly and I wouldn’t change a thing. I also adore Moffy and Jane’s relationship. I am dying to get my hands on the next book. If you love unique plots and characters, and love to be surprised then I highly recommend this book. Krista and Becca will take you on a beautiful, emotional, funny, but also rocky journey. The authors are one of my all time favorites, and I will read anything they’ll write.
Alphas Like Us was freaking fabulous! I love how much Maximoff & Farrow’s relationship continues to grow and we get a front roll seat! Even though this was the third book about the couple, I could continue reading even more about them! It was highly entertaining, hilarious, sexy and it literally draws you in from the first page.
Looking forward to all the bodyguards getting their own books.
Huge 6 stars!
“And hell, if anything feels right, it’s him and me. We’re better than good together. Better than perfect.”
Every time I think Krsita and Becca Ritchie can’t do any better, they prove me wrong. The third book in the Like Us series was better than perfect. It’s what we’ve been all waiting for, and more.
The book starts with a bang, and ends in a completely different way: the ending is peaceful, and serene, and everything feels so complete. Just like the path of Maximoff and Farrow’s relationship. It all began with a boom, and it ends with a HEA. Just like in the first two books, many twists and turns and unexpected happenings put their relationship through trials and tribulations, but unlike the first two books, their relationship feels more solid and impenetrable now. The love they feel for each other is almost palpable, so real and pure. These guys have made my heart burst with happiness, it seemed at times.
“I drink in the way he’s staring at me. As though I’m the only man on Earth, the only person he’d ever choose in the beginning and the end.”
It’s amazing the growth we see in Farrow and Maximoff in this book as well as in the first two. We see their love grows with every new page, their confidence in themselves and each other growing as well. They let go of many fears, and work towards reaching that peaceful stage of their relationship, where they feel completely comfortable with each other. Krista and Becca Ritchie describe their path in the rawest, strikingly and achingly beautiful way. It’s utterly real and relatable, their love for each other so obvious and heartwarming.
I can’t think of any other fictional world that pulled me in as hard, fast, and as completely as Like Us universe. It’s one of the biggest, too, but the way it was portrayed made everything clear, every character easy to place. All of the characters intrigue me so much, and I can’t express how big my happiness is knowing we’ll get to read more books set in the Like Us universe. And although my heart wept with joy at the ending of Alphas Like Us I can say I was absolutely thrilled to find out there’ll be another Marrow book!
I’m completely in love with the book, the main characters, and the huge ‘supporting cast’. It’s the third book, the ending of only one chapter in what I hope will be a series with lots of books, a series in which every character will be lucky enough to experience their own HEA, and that we’ll get to experience that alongside them.
I must urge you all to read this book. It’s imperative though that you read the first two books in the series first. (I really hope you do!) This review might feel all-over-the-place, and for that I must be forgiven: goodbye’s (even temporary ones) make me sentimental. One thing I know – I can’t wait for the next chance to dive in and get myself lost in the Like Us universe!
I took my time reading this. I never want Moffy and Farrow books to end. Their love is like no other. Let me repeat that THEIR LOVE IS LIKE NO OTHER. While I am firmly a #LiLo fan, I think #Marrow is beyond a soulmate kind of love. *le’sigh* Why can’t they be real??????????
Ok, so in this book we see Farrow go through life in the media spotlight after coming out as a couple in Lovers Like Us. Some of the things they go through (I know happen IRL) blow my mind. I can’t imagine life with flashing bulbs, screaming idiots, twitter trolls, etc. Add in the crazy paparazzi.
Farrow has to deal with being doxxed (a new term for me), PSTD from a car accident, and wanting a different career.
I seriously can’t tell who loves whom more and that makes it wonderful.
I teared up at many scenes (in the rain on the highway) but the one that had me almost ugly cry, was the talk between Lo and Farrow on the beach. OMG, totally proves my love of #LiLo. The at the lagoon, swoon………
The scene with the dad/uncles talk was funny as all get out. Makes you love all the men even more.
I’m not sure how I feel about book 4’s topic, but I know the twins will do another great story.
It’s hard for me to write a review for this since it is the third book of a series. But this a series that truly improved as it went along. Book 1-Damaged Like Us was a 3.5-4 Star read for me and Book 2 Lovers Like Us was a 4-4.5 Star read but this one Book 3 Alphas Like US is a solid 5 stars.
The Ritchie twins are wonderful storytellers but their true gift is the ability to develop characters. There is such depth to all of the characters they create and the true beauty of their work lies in the connections and relationships they deliver in their books. Romantic relationships, family relationships, and friendships are all woven together so beautifully in their work and it is what sets them apart from most other authors that I read.
