This is my favorite of the series so far!!! Foxfire is neurotically hilarious and enjoyable and Tank ALMOST managed to displace Jackson as my favorite hero in the series (which is quite a feat!). A very fun and sexy ride!

I was granted an ARC of Renee Rose & Lee Savino’s “Alpha’s Challenge: An MC Werewolf Romance (Bad Boy Alphas Book 4)” via Booksprout; I recommend this book to others based upon its own merits. All opinions expressed within this review are uniquely my own & freely given!
Until next time… Happy Reading!
I loved this book. It was a quick read. I have not read the other ones in this series and that was okay. Foxfire is a spitfire of a person. Tank is the perfect match for her.She pushes all his buttons, which is hilarious. I personally don’t like the whole, spanking, calling someone Daddy but it wasn’t overly used in this book especially the Daddy part. For some reason that just annoys me and makes me think the person has Daddy issues. Sorry digressing. Overall this book was great and I really want to know what group this is. I will just have to read more in the series to find out.

Loved it.
There are so many reasons why you absolutely have to read this book! There are stories that you read where you have to wonder if you are reading a first-person story and if these people actually exist in real life. If Firefox is a real person, I would love to live in her world. This character is addictive and she drives this highly addictive story. She is funny, quirky, smart and independent enough to keep the story fun all the way through it. The plot itself is well constructed, it builds in depth and intensity. The story flows so smoothly and naturally that you forget that someone just made all of this stuff up! As to the romance in the story, you will love both Tank and Firefox and their whole opposites attract kind of vibe that they have going on. They have a thing that is just the right blend of spicy and sexy fun. I read it straight through and could not even think about putting my Kindle down until it was over. Buy it, read it, and you’ll see too, Firefox needs a fan club, and I want to join it.
When Tank showed up at Firefox’s house, Firefox thought he was the pizza delivery guy. Until he barged past her wanting information about how much she knew about his pack. Seems Foxfire’s best friend had a bad date with the Alpha and Foxfire took it personally and got in the Alpha’s face about it. You know, best friend defending best friend kind of thing. Tank was just suppose to get information and report back. His wolf had other ideas. This was such a fun book. It had it’s serious underlying plot and then a few smaller ones throughout the story, but the personalities in this were absolutely sexy, charming, alpha, and mischievous. This is the fourth book in the “Bad Boy Alphas” series and they just seem to get better and better each time.
Scorching hot, sexy, fun and emotional romantic adventure filled with danger, mistrust, uncertain loyalties and thrilling passion that will not be denied…. highly entertaining.
He is tasked with finding out just how much she really knows about their kind and she is a sexy, strong and independent female. … Tempers flare, witty banter is exchanged, sparks fly…. highly enjoyed every heart pounding twist and so looking forward to more.
4.5 stars
This is the fourth book in the series and it can be read as a standalone but reading the prior books will give you a better understanding of the characters. You are just going to love this cute little fox aptly named Foxfire. She is a woman who does what she wants and to heck with what anyone else thinks. That is until she gets a surprise at her door by the name of Tank. He is a wolf shifter that Foxfire mistakes for the pizza delivery man and the mayhem begins. As Tank is trying to speak with Foxfire, she is unwittingly calling to his inner wolf as she replies with her quick wit and spirited retorts. Due to their discussion, she misses a call from her mother who is in trouble. Shortly thereafter, a mobster arrives to try and kidnap Foxfire but Tank is having none of it. The two embark on a journey to get some answers. It is one wild ride filled with angst, drama, love and learning what it means to be accepted for who you are and being comfortable in one’s own skin. I recommend this book and look forward to reading more from these authors.

A really good shifter romance.
This book is so good! It’s not only hot but it will have you giggling throughout it.
Foxfire and Tank are just too good together! There were times when I had to put the book down because I was giggling too hard to read. And there were also times that I thought my kindle was going to melt from the heat these two generated. And as for the heat? There is a bit of BDSM in it, so you have been warned but it is so much more than that!
It is part of a series but it reads as a standalone, no problem.

Werewolves, shifters oh my.
Audio version, and written version.
I’ve read the first book in this series and loved it. But I’ve missed the second and third. But I get the feeling that at least one of them takes place concurrently.
I can’t wait for more of this series, I want to say more about this story but I absolutely hate spoilers, so I won’t do it to you by going into details.

This is a well written book and a great addition to the series. The characters are strong and the story moves quickly and smoothly. I loved watching Tank and Foxfire’s bantering as well as their developing romance. The authors do a great job bringing a story filled with drama, twists and turns and of course plenty of steam! It’s a fun , exciting read and I would definitely recommend this book / series.

Tank has a duty to his pack. Tank is a all hot yummy male. Tanks duty is to investigate Foxfire. Foxfire doesn’t know that she’s a shifter. I enjoyed reading this book. I loved the storyline and plot. I received a free copy of this book via Booksprout and am voluntarily leaving a review.
Really liked the book. If you like funny, steamy books, this one is for you. Danger, sex and intrigue is rampant throughout this book. The characters are easy to get behind and support. Loved the ending as it went a little past the story to really give the ‘first story’ closure so it did not leave you wondering what happened to the couple in their life or their pack. Where this book is a stand alone book, it connects to the other books in the series with the ‘second story’ and by using some of the same characters.

Book #4, Bad Boy Alphas. Renee Rose and Lee Savino are perfect, creating magic like no other!
Foxfire Hines isn’t afraid to fly her freak flag. With rainbow-colored hair, a snarky, take-no-prisoners attitude, and a personality to match, she’s no shrinking violet. When her best friend, Amber, is stranded during a date, Foxfire ends up rescuing her. To say she’s pissed at Garrett, the object of Amber’s affection, would be an understatement. And Tank, a member of Garrett’s “gang” showing up at her door instead of the pizza guy? Seriously? Demanding she tell him anything she knows about the Werewolves MC when she knows nothing is more than a little overkill. Does paranoid ring a bell? Not to mention that Tank’s alpha male vibe ticks Foxfire off in record time. Can anyone say “incompatible?” But Tank’s there to do a job, and he won’t take no for an answer. Unfortunately, things never go as planned. Tank’s not what he seems, and Foxfire soon finds out exactly what the Werewolves MC really is. When things go sideways in every way possible, Foxfire and Tank end up as a team, searching for answers to questions they never knew existed. As the two go from adversaries to wary friends to possibly more, everything that can go wrong does. Just when it seems Foxfire needs Tank the most, everything blows up in their faces. There are so many unknowns, so many twists and turns. Nothing is as it seems. Can anyone be trusted? When Foxfire finds herself in mortal danger, she soon finds out she’ll need a lot more than luck to get her out of this one. Will Tank be there to save her? Even if he is, what can he do across such incredible odds? To find their way out of this mess is going to take a gigantic leap of faith and trust like neither of them has ever known. The question is, can they find it?
Renee Rose and Lee Savino are beyond amazing. I’ve read nearly every book each of them has written. Individually, they’re superb. As a team, they’re truly the dynamic duo! This fourth book in the Alpha Bad Boys series is their best yet. There’s nothing about this book I didn’t absolutely love. From the breathtaking settings in the southwestern United States to the individual backstories and unique lifestyles of each character, I loved every second of this book. The relationship between Foxfire and Tank is the heart and soul of this story, but the other characters are charming, quirky, and unpredictable. Without them, the story would be incomplete. The emotions run the gamut of utter disbelief, bafflement, panic, joy, wonder, and, the all-powerful love of family, friends, and pack. Foxfire’s a true spitfire. Tank is a dominant alpha male. This partnership, much less any relationship, shouldn’t work. But Ms. Rose and Ms. Savino are truly superstars who weave magic into their stories. This story is beyond incredible, and I give it my highest rating without hesitation. Congratulations, Renee Rose and Lee Savino! You’ve done it again!
One final note. Please be an informed reader and consumer! This is an ADULT book. It contains explicit language and sexual scenes. If you don’t enjoy this genre, think hard before buying any book you know you won’t enjoy. There are book synopses and reviews available on Goodreads and all booksellers’ websites. Use these resources. DON’T LEAVE A NEGATIVE REVIEW WHEN YOU KNOW YOU WON’T ENJOY THE BOOK. It’s not fair to the authors. They work extremely hard to provide a quality work product. If you know you’ll object to the book’s subject matter before you buy it, you’re doing yourself and the authors an extreme disservice.
Thanks for reading my review and happy reading!
SHIFTERS DON’T MIS WITH OTHER SPECIES
The fourth story in the Bad Boy Alpha series will read well as a stand-alone but even better with the other three stories in this series. It will have key people from the previous stories, as well as, a continuing saga in the storyline. The fourth story is about Foxfire, a friend of Amber and Tank, second in command to Alpha Garrett. The story is full of mystery, suspense, danger, secrets, lead to an organization, a free-spirit soul, Sunny, and her daughter, Foxfire. It will also bring some closure even with a bit of sadness. The story has some surprises that you need to read and learn on your own. I will have to say that I loved the chemistry between Tank and Foxfire. As much as I have loved each of these stories, this one is my favorite.
Foxfire Hines, yes, that is her real name, has had to learn to have a tough skin attitude because of being raised without ever knowing her father, and living with a hippie mother who just does her own thing. Foxfire has hair dyed the color of the rainbow; she has a sassy mouth and a feisty personality.
Tank is second in command for Garrett, and he is given orders to find Foxfire and find out what she knows about Amber and especially what she knows or thinks she knows regarding the Pack. It is amazing how this man who can control other wolves, and they accept his role and dominance, is flustered by this crazy little thing with wild colored hair that seems to live in La La Land.
The plot will have Tank barging into Foxfire’s home and start questioning her. She isn’t afraid of Tank, tries seducing him and her mouthing off at him had me laughing out loud at some of her antics. Foxfire is quick-witted, feisty comebacks, and doesn’t seem to be afraid of anything, except toilet snakes. When she gets a message from her Mom that she is in trouble, Tank gets involved after an unexpected visitor that pulled a gun on her. What is it about this girl that has him going outside of the box to protect? Threats to punish her seem to turn her on and make her more daring.
From notes from Foxfire’s father, Johnny Red, come to light, she will learn of a secret compound and will risk everything to try and find him. Other sifters will become involved from Garret’s pack to help in the operation after learning disturbing news in Mexico about someone stilling shifters and experimenting on them. Is this one step closer to having answers? The story will take on a life and death recon operation into this heavily guarded facility.
What happens when Tank and Foxfire become involved, and his wolf wants her, is calling to claim her? His father has warned him about the lure of women and how they can destroy you. “It is important to take care of your animal.”
In the heat of passion, marking her will change things, but he doesn’t tell her what the bite means. What happens when she learns the truth? “It’s one part pure lust, one part shock, one part guilt.”
The story has several scenes full of angst, sexual tension, spankings, and explicit sex scenes. I look forward to the next book in the series, Alpha’s Obsession, due out January 2018.
He likes his ladies a little foxy
This couple is a match made by fate. Who else could pair up Tank, the perpetual black and white kind of wolf, with Foxfire who only sees the world in bright brilliant colors. I really enjoyed the way the characters are brought even closer together and how the authors threw in the parents that shaped these two crazy shifters into who they are today. I really can’t wait to see which couple finds their HEA next and where the authors will take the overlying plot.
Audiobook: Narrator – Benjamin Sands
I love this narrators voice. It’s absolutely perfect for the male characters. A bit too deep for the female, but I’d rather that than for it to sound too forced. This was a very nice listen and I enjoyed the way Mr. Sands added additional characterization to the story.
This was such a fun, sexy story! I loved Foxfire! She was sassy and fiesty, yet extremely vulnerable underneath it all. Tank had preconceived ideas about women and most importantly mates, due to his upbringing. Together that exploded with fiery chemistry that couldn’t be denied.
While this has a lot of fun, witty moments throughout, it also deals with some angst from Foxfire’s hunt for her father as well as that caused by Tank’s father conveying his own opinions to her. It’s a fast listen/read, but it was so well developed with everything you could ask for in a fuller length book that I didn’t realize it was at the end until it was at the end. Lol!
I loved the story of Tank and Foxfire. I found it well written and the story was
compelling. Can’t wait to read more.
Great read
First let me say that I voluntarily reviewed an Advance Reader Copy of this book, but it in no way influenced my feedback. I always leave an honest review.
I loved this story. Foxfire is so funny & sassy with just the right amount of ditzy. And if you think she was a fruitcake, wait til you meet her mother, Sunny. She really got to Tank, the bad ass biker. He didn’t want to be around her but at the same time couldn’t help himself. This story really bad a lot going on with attempted kidnapping, kidnappings, disappearances, and lots of hot sex. I recommend this read 5 Thumbs up.
