If you haven’t started this series, the time is now!
Book 2 in this series & I have to admit to really enjoying this read. I liked the main characters right from the start & enjoyed the interaction between them. This book had a nice balance of light & dark & the inclusion of characters from the Bad Boy Alphas series worked nicely. This book is a standalone, HEA read so don’t feel you have to have read book 1. My only negative is that I’m astounded at the freedom that these characters (high school kids) have without being questioned by their care givers. But then again, maybe I’m just old & out of touch.
A shifter and a human thrown together by circumstances beyond their control. Sloane walks into The Wolfe Ridge Body Shop looking into getting a clean title for a car she stole to cover her dad mafia debt. Not knowing that she would run into her wolf Bo. The wolf of her dreams. Against Bo’s better judgement he ends up falling in love with the human “princess” from Cave Hills. He protect which he loves, all against Wolf Pack law. Sloane ends up falling in love Bo, even though she does not need ties to rough sides of the streets. She had enough of that from that life from the days with her father. Can her Wolf Knight save Sloane from her dad’s sins? Can a human and a Wolf mate for life?
Action packed, sexy, fun, emotionally thrilling adventure filled with exciting charters, witty dialog, heart racing twists and undeniable passion. Was a great red from beginning to end. Really enjoyed this exciting journey!
Sloane is a almost 17 year old car thief. Her dad was embezzling and apparently he was leaving her clues and letters that she destroyed and did not read that his former partner wants to have. Her dad has met his untimely death while in jail and now he wants what belongs to him. So Sloane start stealing cars because she’s left with no money and she staying with her on. That is her story. Bo, is a alpha wolf. He is a basically equivalent to a homecoming king or of that level on the football squad. The problem is his brother who was helping Sloane so cars is now in trouble. She is the only want to help him or can’t help him find his older brother before the cops do. Maybe this is the reason why his older brother hates humans. Because Sloane is a human and not a shifter. I’m not sure if Sloane did more harm than good in this book. But Twists and turn in various unpredictable scenes occur as these to try to save each other and the day.

This was a fantastic shifter romance. I liked that it wasn’t a super focused of it. What a great story. I loved Sloane and Bo. Bo was absolutely swoon worthy such a hot and sweet wolf. Sloane was great. I loved the sass and attitude she gave, it made for awesome chemistry between the pair. I’d really like to read more about the other alpha-holes! Five stars. Full of action romance and great sex.

Alpha Knight is the second book of Wolf Ridge High. This book has an alpha teenager and a courageous overzealous female lead who takes no prisoners.
Bo and Sloan are from two different worlds, which makes sense since one is a shifter and the other is a rich girl from the good side of the tracks. Sloan is in need of money and decides to do something so outrageous that nobody sees coming. But when Bo’s brother gets wrapped up in it and Bo has to bail Sloan and his brother out of trouble these two become extremely close.
I highly enjoyed Alpha Knight and can’t wait to see what is next.
I can’t say enough about how much I love this book and the Wolf Ridge High series. Bo is a good guy, trying to do the right thing for his pack and his family. Sloane comes at him like a wrecking ball and turns his life upside down. She’s wild and reckless but everything she does is to protect the people she loves. Bo is so sexy and alpha, but sweet and amazing at the same time. He’s everything Sloane never dared to wish for. Renee Rose has this teenage angst thing nailed and I can’t wait to read about the rest of the alpha-holes of Wolf Ridge.
Sloane and Bo are an unlikely pair. Sloane is from a rich family, and Bo is not. They hate each other but are still attracted to each other. A good bully read although not as good as the first book. Still a great read.
*I received this book for free in return for an honest review.*
Wow, just WOW!!! That almost says it all about this amazing entry in the Teen Angst series our beloved Ms. Rose has blessed us with. If you are a fan of Renee, you will LOVE this book. It’s action packed from beginning to end with adventure, romance, intrigue and mystery. Bailey and Cole make an appearance and it looks like Rayne may be getting her own story soon! A+++
Sloan is a fallen princess stealing cars and Bo’s brother is helping her when he goes missing. Bo is a football player for Wolf Ridge High trying to protect his mother and brother. He blames Sloan for his brother’s troubles and is determined to make her pay. The extent of Sloan’s troubles don’t come to light for some time. This is a quick, fun and steamy read.

While not quite as good as the first volume (Alpha Bully), this was a very good addition to this series. Sloane and Bo meet under rather unusual circumstances, when she is working with his brother Winslow to clean up for sale a car that she’s stolen. The reasons behind this Cave Hills High School “princess” jacking cars are something that doesn’t become know to Bo for quite some time. And they really precipitate almost all of the action in the book.
The fact that Sloane is stealing cars as a way to try to get out of the trouble that she’s in is one of the main things that I did not enjoy about the book. Despite being told that the money she’d earn from doing so isn’t enough to cover someone else’s debt that she is being forced to pay, she continues on with this dangerous and pointless course of action. Sloane also refuses to seek help from anyone in her life, even though there are people around that she could probably trust and who might even be able to help her. Bo also, once he discovers her secrets, doesn’t ask for help from his or a nearby pack, or from any of a number of (some rather powerful) adults who might be able to assist them. Instead, he takes on his own dangerous attempt of trying to earn some money that they both know will not be anywhere near enough. Shortly thereafter, in spite of knowing what Sloane is probably thinking and things that may have led her to abandon him, does nothing but wallow in his hurt, leaving her alone in this dangerous situation for an extended period of time. Even the ending, while it appears that they have made it out of their predicament freely, does not entail a resolution that necessarily guarantees their long-term safety. Really, I often just wanted to smack one or the other of them upside the head!
Aside from those annoying plot points and character flaws though, the remainder of the story is actually quite good, and the writing itself superb. Despite both of their efforts to hold the other at a distance and keep their feelings in check, Bo and Sloane fall hard and fast for one another on a variety of levels. Their physical attraction is strong and powerful, while the emotional connection that they form is meaningful and substantial.
There aren’t an awful lot of sexy time scenes in this book, but the ones that they do share are quite hot. Again, while there are, as in the prior book of the series, instances of power-exchange and punishment, there’s a strong vibe of implied consent that runs through their interactions. Bo evens asks Sloane on more than one occasion if she’s okay with things that have transpired between them, just to be sure; and he leaves her with various options to protest, or even to get rid of him should she actually be so inclined.
There are a few peripheral characters mentioned in the book, although not many who come in to play very much at all. Some of the players from Alpha Bully reemerge, and some of the same events are covered. But overall there is not a lot of interaction with any of them. There is, however, serious implication that there will be future stories in the series starrring other members of the Wolf Ridge High alpha-holes clique. And I, for one, definitely look forward to reading them!
Renee Rose once again delivers an amazing shifter romance. Sloane is human-in trouble with the mafia thanks to her father. Bo is the shifter whose brother is helping her for his own gain-until he gets caught. And then the games begin! Loved this and couldn’t put it down!
I love Wolf Ridge High- and need so many more books!!! That being said I thought Bo was wonderful- so dislike/hate his brother, but he’s awesome. And Sloan – she’s just trying to make the best of a very bad situation, though she really went about it the wrong way. I love them together- I wanted them to get together faster, but it’s high school, so I understand . Love that each book is truly a HEA stand-alone and cannot wait for more!

I am seriously liking this off shoot of high school romances. They are so interesting and this one is no different!
Bo is an Alpha Knight for sure. He is just what Sloan needs and they were great to read about. I loved everything about there story from the stealing cars, to fake boyfriend, to Bo being there to catch Sloan before she gets herself in too deep. And I loved how Bo rode a motorcycle! Also love how this one ends!
This is another good read from one of my favourite authors Renee Rose. This is the second book but is a standalone and I will read the first one now. A very good and interesting storyline. Good characters will keep you invested in the story. Look forward to the next book from Wolf High.

Good story, worth reading.
This was a good read from Renee, a PNR/NA/bully read with a very engaging storyline from start to finish.
Sloane is caught up in some bad business from her father who was jailed for embezzlement before he killed himself, the mob guys think she has the key to what they want, but she has no clue to what they are after. She’s a human and was a spoilt princess in times gone by, now she is left with nothing and is just trying to keep the mob boss as bay. Her only choice it so pay them as much as she can, and so she starts to boost cars to pay them off. The difficult bit is cleaning and selling them on, so she goes to the garage in Wolf Ridge and asks Winslow to help and they agree to split the profits. Winslow’ brother Bo knows he’s up to no good and tries keeping an eye on things.
A sale goes wrong and Winslow gets shot and disappears. Bo is on to Sloane like glue. He doesn’t like her, being human and a bratty princess and he knows she was involved with Winslow and the cars, so is hoping she has info. He has no idea of just how big of a mess Sloane is in.
This was a quick and enjoyable shifter read full of angst, romance and suspense. The attraction and chemistry between Bo and Sloane is sizzling. I loved Bo and his protective and loyal shifter ways, trying his best to hate Sloane but unable to keep his lust for her under wraps. Hot sizzling scenes, witty banter and an entertaining story line makes this a recommended read.
A great, great book filled with love, stolen cars, drama and a desire on fire.
Wow! What a ride. Stealing cars. Car chases. Fights. mafia hitman. Sleazy Mexicans. Threatening to be sold by sex traffickers if Sloan doesn’t give the mafia man his cut. She never read any of the letters her father wrote her from prison. She just threw them away so she has no clue where to find what the mafia man is looking for. Bo is afraid Sloan is going to get his brother in trouble for fencing stolen cars so he is on her like white on rice. But then things change. Instead of him being so mad at her for involving his brother in her car stealing scam, he is falling for her. Bo will do anything to protect her and he does. But now his feelings have grown and he is in love with her. She is in trouble and he’s going to find her, no matter all the trouble she has caused him. An awesome read. I could not put it down. You could just see Bo falling in love with Sloane and Sloane falling in love with Bo. They are only 18, but they both know what they want and they want each other. A fantastic ending.
Alpha Knight by Renee Rose is book Two in the Wolf Ridge High Series. This is the story of Sloane and Bo. I have read the previous book which added to my enjoyment of this one but I thought you could make it a standalone book if you wish to do so. Bo is part of the jocks who run the School. Dark and dangerous and Sloane has come on his radar but he keeping her close until she serve her purpose…or will she ever? This was a great bully dark romance. I really enjoy this author’s writing and her alpha males with the strong leading lady.
