Sera has no memory of her life before. Before captivity, before experiments, before the only lifeline she had was the voice of a boy in the cell next to hers. Before G. G wishes he could forget everything before Sera brought him back to life. Forget his memories as a ruthless mercenary on an alternate version of Earth. Forget that he was part of an experiment simply known as Alpha. Now on the … Alpha.
Now on the run from their captors and in need of an antidote to save his life, G and Sera’s clock is ticking. And they’ll have to gamble everything on the bond they forged in captivity if they want to survive.
The Infinity Division series is best enjoyed in order.

Having read this awhile ago I neglected write this so read again I did. Every once in awhile it is nice to jump into a YA for the difference in it for example. I had read the one before this so I was not too lost. The characters have their own agendas we follow in here. This had a bit of sci-fi in it which I do not read too much any more. It does have romance in it. You do have to follow closely or you could get lost due to the twists. Sci-fi lovers will adore this one.
I know I say this a lot because sometimes words just fail you but—- OMG!!!!!! The Infinity Division far exceeds my preconceived notions for this series. This series is an unsung hero in the YA sci-fi realm. I laughed, I cried, and I hurt. I’m not sure whether my aged heart is just so sensitive or even as a teen I would have been touched by the powerful emotions- but either way, I’m a mess.
Alpha maybe the end of the line but it will never be far from your mind. Like many other YA series before it, it sparks the mind and opens it to possibilities but the true making of a long lasting love affair with a book…the characters. These characters aren’t a 2 dimensional being. They are living breathing flawed people. They are family. They become the readers family and that right there makes them eternal. I, along with others , will share my love for the flawed revenge plot that led to mass murders and drastic plans to save a girl from utter termination through out the multiverse. I have already shared my love with my teens and hope that they too will pass on the mind opening courage, love, and tolerance.
Alpha is a beginning. Remember that when you get to “the end”, it has only just begun!
Alpha by Jus Accardo is Infinity Division book 3 and the final book in the trilogy. Sera, G, and Dylan have been through a lot and see a lot through different versions of themselves. If you have been reading the Infinity Divisions books, which you should do before reading this one, Alpha is a satisfying end to the trilogy. Overall I recommend Alpha by Jus Accardo. The dynamic and complex charachters are matched by an equally complex world. Nothing is easy for them, but you know that somehow they are going to make it happen.
(I voluntarily reviewed an advance review copy of this book I received for free from the publisher via NetGalley in exchange for my open and honest review. This does not affect my opinion of the book or the content of my review.)

Armed with new chips and a final mission, the infinity gang is set for their greatest task yet in Alpha by Jus Accardo.
After finally finding Ava, or Sera as she likes to be called, hidden away in a cell in Cora’s facility it seemed as if the chase was over. Dylan had finally found the girl he’d been looking for, but what he didn’t expect was for another version of him to be there also. G, what the other Dylan likes to be called, and Sera have become test subjects for Cora’s latest projects. Neither of them has any memories from their previous lives and are very surprised when Dylan comes in wanting to take Sera away, She fights against him in hopes of staying with G, but Dylan is too quick. Soon they’re transported to another earth, and Sera finds that she has to attempt to get along with him, or he’ll hurt the one she genuinely cares about.
G isn’t about to let the girl he’s been pining after for who knows how long slip through his fingers. Sera was the only one that could keep him grounded while they were locked up and he swore that he’d be with her once they got out. Using Noah to track him, they go after Dylan in hopes of ending this thing once and for all. The frustration of losing Sera and not being able to pinpoint Dylan gets to G, and he finds it gets harder and harder to control his anger. He knows that Cora did something to him, pushing him to the edge of his breaking point and trying to get him to lose control, but he won’t give in. They both think that they’re free from Cora’s control. They left her behind on another earth. Little do they know that she’s about to make all of their lives a little bit more interesting.
In this final chapter of The Infinity Division, all loose ties are finally put together as Sera and G’s stories unfold. I would give this last novel 5 out of 5 stars. Accardo indeed has found the recipe for making a tremendously compelling book. The emotions are palpable, and you find yourself wanting to root for all the characters at times, despite what their motives might be. The stories and characters enter your heart, and you’ll find that you have a difficult time letting them go once you close the book.
