“Talk about frightening page-turners! I kept reading chapter after chapter. I had to know what happens next! And trust me―the scares just keep on coming!” ―R.L. Stine, author of Goosebumps & Fear StreetThis thrilling debut, reminiscent of new fan favorites like One of Us Is Lying and the beloved classics by Agatha Christie, will leave readers guessing until the explosive ending.“Welcome to … explosive ending.
“Welcome to dinner, and again, congratulations on being selected. Now you must do the selecting.”
What do the queen bee, star athlete, valedictorian, stoner, loner, and music geek all have in common? They were all invited to a scholarship dinner, only to discover it’s a trap. Someone has locked them into a room with a bomb, a syringe filled with poison, and a note saying they have an hour to pick someone to kill … or else everyone dies.
Amber Prescott is determined to get her classmates and herself out of the room alive, but that might be easier said than done. No one knows how they’re all connected or who would want them dead. As they retrace the events over the past year that might have triggered their captor’s ultimatum, it becomes clear that everyone is hiding something. And with the clock ticking down, confusion turns into fear, and fear morphs into panic as they race to answer the biggest question: Who will they choose to die?

It kept my interest and was easy to read. I didn’t think it was that unpredictable, but just not very realistic. There were sme interesting elements to some of the characters, but even the main character did not feel fleshed out t me.
Spoilers!
Read the synopsis, was immediately intrigued. The suspense of it all, the anticipation was all for nothing, because it ends up that the creator of this murder scheme didn’t want anyone to die and only wanted to teach them a lesson. Y’know what? I’m fine with this. This is passable. If this were the only thing that were wrong with this novel I might rate it higher. This book didn’t even stick in my head and leave any sort of impact that I can’t even remember what the main character’s name is! All I know is that it starts with A. So A here decides she has to tell her friends all the destruction she’s caused. She tells Diego and Priya (is that her name?) while they finally get out of the supposed ‘murder room.’ Her friends are not mad enough. She just told them that she trapped them in a room, made them think they could be murdered and made one of her friends murder someone! Priya’s probably going to have nightmares, she killed someone for A, all because A decided Sasha needed to learn a stupid freaking lesson. Her friends are horrified for a minute and then they decide to forgive her. NO! No, no, no, no, no! They should be more horrified by this. Music girl has got to be mad. You know what she should’ve done to the manipulative queen Sasha? She should have dethroned her! She should have found a way to expose her horrible ways and make people see how manipulative she is.
Once I started reading this, I couldn’t put it down! I loved how character-driven the story was. Definitely recommend for anyone who loves books that keep you guessing!
This book is a page turner. However, I was a little disappointed by the end and the reasoning behind the reception. Despite not liking the ending, I liked the flashbacks woven into the present day. The past and the present worked so well together and helped paint a clear picture of the characters.
Extremely well written book, and it shows real people issues. I don’t want to say a lot, because I don’t want to give it away. Read it, it’ll grip you from the start.
Buckle up: this riveting, expertly-plotted YA thriller goes instantly from zero to sixty. You’ll want to devour it in one exhilarating, twisty gulp.
A heart-pounding thrill ride until the very last page. All Your Twisted Secrets has it all u2060— a closed room, a long list of suspects, and secrets worth killing to keep.
Reminiscent of an Agatha Christie, All Your Twisted Secrets will keep you guessing to the end. A page-turner with characters you will love and hate. Simply, a fabulous mystery!
WHAT A FREAKIN GREAT, WELL WRITTEN YA MYSTERY/SUSPENSE!!!
I enjoyed this so much!!! It was perfectly balanced, as far as going back and forth from the present to the past. It showed how awful bullying is and what it does to people. (There is mention of a past suicide. If that’s a trigger, be aware.) The mystery was hard to figure out, but towards the end I admit that I figured it out. I kept guessing all kinds of things. Haha! I love a well written mystery, it’s a lot of fun to try to figure things out. There aren’t a lot of good ones in the YA genre, but I think this is fabulous!!!
