She wrote about vampires before the market was flooded with vampire fiction, and nobody does it better. Nobody.
I really liked this story … 4 out of 5 stars.

Harris’ books are always fun reading!
I love all her books!!
Love this series!
Little bit funny, little bit mysterious vampire tale. Enjoyed.
I love all the characters.
I read the entire series. I liked it a lot.
Gave this one 4 stars because it starts dreadfully slow. Once it hits stride, it’s a fun read.
Love this series. TV series deviates quite a bit from the books. I like the books better.
I enjoyed All Together Dead. I love Sookie and Eric’s relationship. I am interested and excited to see what comes from their Rhoades experience. I like Quin but I just don’t feel the heat and connection that I feel from Sookie and Eric. Sookie’s life is definitely getting more complicated with the vampires in her life. I am excited for From Dead to Worse to see how she navigates her life since recent changes.
I have enjoyed all the Sookie Stackhouse books and this is the first.
All her books are well written
How can someone write a story about vampires that is, all at once, amusing, violent, moving and intriguing? I have no idea but Charlaine Harris manages it!
I loved the entire series!!
I love all her books on Sookie Stackhouse!!! True blood was great! Love reading the stories!
The whole series was awesome. As a disclaimer I never saw the TV version. I tried but it was too different and I liked the book version better.
Sookie gets to see more of the Vampire world but will she be the same after? The characters are likable and believable. The storyline is fast paced and entertaining. The scheming is unending. Looking forward to the next book!
Loved this whole series very entertaining.
This is part of the Sookie Stackhouse series. I recommend that you read the series from the beginning. So you see how Sookie meets Bill, Eric and the rest of the vampires and also meet some werewolves.
