Nerdy Penelope has never even been kissed. But that was before her hot college roommates offer to be her study buddies…in the bedroom. It’s basically chiseled bodies, piercing eyes, strong hands, and testosterone twenty-four-seven at her house. Now she’s got two virile men giving her a very adult education, and the one thing she’s always been good at is being a star pupil. The best part is she … pupil. The best part is she doesn’t have to choose—she gets them both and can literally do anything she wants to them.
Except keep them.
Author Confession: You know and I know that I will only ever deliver you an HEA, so sit back and enjoy the sweet, filthy love story of a nerdy heroine and two hunky alphamallows. Let me know which one steals your heart more. I bet you can’t choose either.

Super hot and fun New Adult MMF contemporary romance. I loved the relationship dynamics and how they developed in this story as each of the three people come terms with their relationship in their own way. This book was also interestingly put together, with three sections in first person POV, shifting between Penelope, Fletch and Shane. While mostly a fun exploration of their relationship, the story hits on some interesting deeper topics including family acceptance and “coming out” at school.
This was SO GOOD. This MMF relationship progressed naturally and was believable, the characters were well-developed, and the steamy scenes were fantaaaaastic. I immediately looked to see if Brill Harper had another MMF book that I could read because I was so sad when this was over. (She doesn’t yet – number 2 in the series won’t be released until Nov. 14. It’s on my to read list…)
Loved this book!!
This was my first foray in to MMF. I wasn’t quite sure how it would all turn out and I really enjoyed the journey that Harper takes her readers on to get there. And I was surprised by it. She takes her time reaching the conclusion, aided by some truly tenderly erotic scenes.
Unrealistic, and far fetched. All of a sudden lifestyles change in an unusual way just to fit in the story. That said, if I wanted to read realistic, I would stick to nonfiction. This was a little hard to believe, everyone accepted them with few qualms and that was short lived.
This was a super easy and delicious read. It is a menage that is filthy hot in the best possible way and yet retains a super sweetness as the backbone for the romance. Loved it!
Why choose when you can have both. Enjoyed this steamy tale.
Great study in how three people fall in love with the other two. Very explicit and erotic scenes of the triad! Whew! Good characters.
Whew! That was a fun ride!
I really enjoyed this book!
Not what I expected at the end. I would have liked it way more if the guys relationship didn’t change to a bi-sexual one. The dynamic of the 3 was so awesome in the beginning. Was a good read.
I haven’t been reading books that are considered erotic romance for some time. Now that I am reading them again, I found this one to be one of the best and most interesting so far. It is definitely hot! I also enjoyed the storyline. I appreciated that the author included thoughts and second thoughts of each character.
Recommended when you have an afternoon or two and want to snuggle down with a couple of hot dudes.
this was not the normal two guys and a girl and for some reason it really hit me as sweet and real for this day and time, the emotions in the book grabbed me and it felt real
Loved it. Wanted more of it.
Good book with surprising ending
I’ve been a big fan of Brill Harper for a while and this book does not disappoint. If anything, it reaffirms my convictions that Ms. Harper is a great story teller.
The story line is solid. The characters are fascinating and endearing. This book has everything I like in a great story, heat—and lots of it, angst, a few twists and turns, laughter, tears, and the all important HEA. That’s all I ask of a great read.
Truth be told I actually read it twice. I read it when it was first released and loved it. This week I was thumbing through all my books and the title didn’t register as being read. Gotta tell ya, the second read, I figured out by chapter two that I had read it before, was better than the first.
It was a fast read for me because I didn’t want to stop once I started. It was worth the missing hour of sleep.
ARC review audible For honest review . This is a funny and hot read . I love how when Penelope finds that she has to move in with fletch her best friends brother and his best friend Shane that they are all learning something about themselves and each other. Awesome story
An amazing ménage and a moving story that’s fast past griping and at time hilarious !
You won’t go wrong with this book purchase!
You may want to go sit in the snow while you read this one. Oh my. It is hot. I adored the Blue Collar Bad Boys series so I was quite confident I’d enjoy this one too. It surpassed all expectations. Fletch is such an alphamallow, Shane turns out to be the biggest teddy bear, and Penelope is such an adorable nerd. These three are awesome and the heat they give off is insane. This is a true menage, the men are just as much in love with each other as they are with Penelope and the author does a fabulous job of making sure you feel it. Enjoy!!
The Sexy Rocker and the Bombshell…4.5 stars!
Laurelin Paige did a wonderful job with Nick and Natalia’s story. I appreciated that the author did a slow boil when it came to their romance. It starts out in a hot sexy flirtation then just boils over. She writes in passion, sexual tension and lots of emotion. I admit some parts annoyed me with Natalia constantly referring to the hot sexy rocker as a “boy” but I imagine it was her way of handling the age gap between her and Nick. I was rooting for Natalia to grab for happiness and love by following her heart.
Nick Ryder is sexy, hot, and unapologetically alpha male. I loved this story and I can’t wait for the next installment. Close is the first book in a multi-authored contemporary series about the Ryder Brothers and Want by Kayti McGee is the next book. I received and voluntarily reviewed an advance reader copy of this book.
