London and Finn where off the charts. I thought this book was great and would definitely recommend. London was a very strong character who had been through a lot and just wanted to make her own choices. Also what she went through with her family, specifically her brother, made me really feel for her. Finn loved and supported London but also wanted to take care of her. I loved how they worked through their own issues and came together. It was also very steamy!! The romance is off the charts on this one. Great read . I cannot wait for Carter and Quinn’s books!!
AUDIOBOOK REVIEW: 5 STARS
What did you like best about this story?
All The Way is the kind of story I love to read. It has the best kind of romance, the perfect amount of drama and a plot twist I didn’t expect at all. London and Finn complement each other in so many ways. Their relationship started in the worst moment of London’s life but it was actually a perfect timing for her because Finn was a great support for her. The drama in their relationship was combined with the drama in London’s family, making this story a lot more interesting.
Who was your favorite character and why?
Both London and Finn were great characters. I loved how they were to each other, how their relationship grew and how the fixed their differences. They are a mature couple after all.
What does Abby Craden & Joe Arden bring to the story that you wouldn’t experience if you just read the book?
Abby and Joe did an amazing job with their narrations. I loved the soft voice of Abby matching London’s personality and Joe made a sexy and manly voice perfect Finn. Their performances made the whole story so much better, the romance more romantic, the sex more erotic and the emotional parts deeper. There was a part by the end of the book, that kept me by the edge of the sit and I could enjoy it more thanks to Abby’s narration.
Would you listen to All The Way again? Why?
Yes of course. First, I loved the book and second, I wanna get details from the secondary characters that I’m sure will have their own books… I’m particularly eager to read Finn’s brother and brother in law’s books.
Would you recommend this audiobook to a friend? If so, why?
Absolutely. This audiobook is perfect for all romance book lovers, that will want to have a true love story, with an awesome heroine, a sexy hero, and a beautiful HEA!!!
100% recommended.
All The Way is just what you need in a swoon worthy hit!
Talk about sexy, smart, engaging and oh, so dlightful.
Yes, it has a little of it all thrown in for that Proby charm to come alive and keep you grinning till the end. Seriously her books never seem to fail for me!
I’m not new to Kristen books, BUT I must honestly confess that it was quite long time since I read her latest book… ok, I knew Kristen writting, so All the Way needed to be good book, right? I don’t watch on blurbs too much but this time I did a little exception because I was very curious what Kristen left inside…
When I started to read it I thought : ok …Marta maybe It’s been a while since You and Kristen have a date but, come on let’s dive in !
Now I can blame me, myself and I…. maybe Kristen a little too because since page no 1 I couldn’t stop reading and put this book down…. My day was sooo short… Finn and London shamelessly steal my time but in good way.
London’s story from the begining break my heart, Finn captivate me with his commanding style… But as The Beatles sang : All You need is Love
Yes, I know someone could say… what???? All love stories looks similar to this one… but Ladies and Gentelman… every love story depends on author’s writting style… So Yes, yes and yes ….that’s Kristen Proby baby… ! for sure this book is great one !
I had my eye on All the Way as soon as I saw the gorgeous cover. I can’t even lie. Of course, I also adore Kristen Proby’s books, so I was interested in seeing what she’d give us next. If I’m honest, it didn’t grab me quite the way some of her books have in the past, but I still enjoyed it. I went back and forth on my rating for this book a few times. It seemed like more than a 3 star book, but not quite a 4 star book. (Darn you, half stars!) But after reflecting for a few days, I decided to bump it up to 4 stars.
All the Way was a quick and steamy read. I liked both Finn and London and enjoyed following their story, as unconventionally as it started off. There was a great push and pull between them, with him wanting to help/fix everything and her determined to do it for herself. They had tons of chemistry and I liked how things progressed between them. I especially appreciated that London wasn’t a doormat when Finn had his more overbearing moments. He was a good and swoony guy overall, but he did frustrate me sometimes.
I enjoyed the romance and some of the familial aspects of this book. Finn’s niece Gabby was a great addition to the story and, through her, we saw another side of Finn. Plus, she and London struck up a bit of a friendship I think both of them needed. The entire situation with London and her brother was baffling to me. I mean, obviously they didn’t have a relationship. But why initially? I get that he was an addict, but I feel like there was some backstory missing. His presence in the story felt merely like a plot point until nearly the very end when the truth was revealed. He wasn’t a good person, but I wish I knew more about how they got to the point they were at.
All that said, I did enjoy this sexy little read. The Martha’s Vineyard setting was painted so brilliantly I felt like I was right there with them. The characters were interesting and mostly likable and relatively easy to root for. I think All the Way kicked off the Romancing Manhattan in a strong way. I’m looking forward to seeing where the series goes next.
FAVORITE QUOTES
“You can’t control the storm, London. It’s going to happen whether you’re scared, or not. But you can calm yourself in it. That’s the trick.”
“I love you, more than I ever thought it was possible to love another person. It seems that you came crashing into my life in one big, magical storm, and I can’t remember what it was like before you.”
4 Stars, all the way!

Intriguing, steamy, and amorous All The Way by Kristen Proby is the first book in and a great start to the new Romancing Manhattan series. It is a quick and captivating read.
London Watson, an acknowledged Broadway actress, is devastated after losing her parents in a fire. Not only did she lose her parents, but she was injured in the process. Having to cope with the loss of her parents and her job due to her injury, she decides she needs time to heal. After being left with the family’s vacation home and needing time to come to terms with her new reality, she decides to escape Manhattan for the quiet of Martha’s Vineyard.
Finn Cavanaugh, co-owner of a successful law firm, likes to take time away from the courtroom and flee to his home in Martha’s Vineyard. When his troubled niece is sent to spend some time with him, he finds it hard to enjoy his time away from the stress of the city. That is until he realizes he has London as his neighbor. He first meets her while reading her her family’s will. That was not the time or place to show his interest for her, but having her as a neighbor is the perfect opportunity.
Proby did an excellent job with the plot, she kept the book interesting and made me want to keep reading. This would have been a 5 star read for me if I could have connected with London’s character a little more. Despite the fact that I very much enjoyed reading this book, the characters fell a little short. The chemistry was undeniable, hence all the steamy scenes, they just needed a little more developing. Nonetheless I am very excited to continue to follow this series, and see what she has in store for us next!
From the beginning of this book I have enjoy it. A lawyer Finn who oversees a will of two siblings who’s parents has passed away. London an actress that has hurt herself. Once the two come together it’s an explosive connection. A read that you don’t want to pass up..
All the Way is the first book in Kristen’s new series Romancing Manhattan. Loved this book! The characters are both strong, independent and driven. Finn Cavanaugh is a corporate attorney, he is a handsome, dominate man who is used to getting what he wants without being arrogant.
London is a famous Broadway performer who is fiercely independent with a competitive streak. London grew up in a wealthy family which came with a lot of benefits but life wasn’t all roses. London’s father was a controlling man and her only brother has a mean streak.
Life’s circumstances bring these two together and there is an instant attraction. Finn and London have great chemistry and enjoy one another.
4 out of 5 stars
Finn is a corporate lawyer who worked on London’s parents’ will as a favor. London’s parents were killed in a house fire that severely injured her leg and made it seem like she would never work on Broadway again.
It turns out that Finn did the favor for her parents because he lives in the summer house right next to them which London discovers when she goes there to recover and rejuvenate. The story was sweet – Finn definitely loved London from the get go – and engaging with enough drama and questions to keep you entertained and on the edge of your seat.
I enjoyed this story of Finn and London, but I couldn’t quite get as invested with them as I did the Montgomery clan from Seattle. The Montgomery Family just stole a piece of my heart that I don’t know if any other fictional family will be able to come close to.
Overall, I would give this story a chance and hope that everyone can enjoy it!!

ALL THE WAY by Kristen Proby is the first book in the Romancing Manhattan series. We are introduced to London Watson and Finn Cavanaugh. London’s parents have perished in the fire that left London injured. Finn is not only their estate lawyer, he is also her neighbour at the family beach house where London has gone to rest and recuperate.
Sadly, I was not able to connect with either the story or the characters. I felt the story was told in a perfunctory, clinical manner. There is insufficient character development; Finn and London spend much of their time bickering about who will pay for things (rich people problems) and having sex. I truly did not understand the attraction between them.
There are a couple other minor storylines that focus on London’s drug addict brother and the mystery of who started the fire. These are also dealt with in a token manner and frankly, a coldness on London’s part.
The few bright spots are provided by Shaw and Carter, Finn’s brother and brother-in-law respectively, along with Finn’s mother. Shaw and Carter will be getting their own books in this series.
At 180-odd pages, the book is a reasonably quick read.
“Look at me.” His voice is hard, and I immediately open my eyes to find his brown ones searing into me. “You’re mine, do you understand?” I blink and nod, surprised by the intensity that’s coming off of him in waves…If I’m not mistaken Finn Cavanaugh just claimed me. And it was the hottest moment of my life.~
London Watson has had a few pretty rough months. Her parents were tragically killed in a house fire. That same accident brought her award winning stage career to a screeching halt. And she has a toxic, drug addict brother to deal with. Going to her parents summer home to regroup & heal, she re-encounters Finn Cavanaugh, the handsome lawyer who handled her parents will, and who turns out to also be her neighbor. They bond over his cute but challenging niece Gabby and a whirlwind relationship begins.
Low on angst with a touch of suspense, the primary conflict in this book is the main characters lack of communication. She’s struggling to redefine her life and career after the accident and he just wants to protect her and make her life easier, but they clash in how they go about it. While Finn is romantic and attentive, he’s also pushy and controlling which threatens London’s independence and makes her fight him at every turn. Their push & pull was infuriating, I just wanted to smack some sense into both of them, but I could see why each felt the way they did. Their relationship was not always smooth, but it had a lot of sweetness & passion in their journey to find a way to make their love work together.
All The Way is the first book in a new series and sets up a strong supporting cast for possible future books- protective younger brother Quinn, sassy best friend Sasha and widower Carter trying to navigate the dating world after losing his wife. All have intriguing stories to tell and I look forward to reading them.
Kristen Proby has knocked it out of Central Park with the first book in her newest series! Finn and London’s chemistry leaps off the pages in one of my favorite cities in the world – the Big Apple.
Finn – a corporate lawyer- and London – the star treading Broadway’s stage – meet after a tragic circumstance that sends London careening from the life she knows and the people who care about her. Happenstance has them meeting again months later as her heart begins to heal. What was embers, now flames into a bonfire and then an inferno.
One thing I love about Kristen’s writing is there is conflict, but it’s relatable. You read this and yell, “YES!” because you’ve likely banged your head over similar arguments with your significant other and the conversations between the H/h have you nodding.
And reminding you men ARE a completely different species.

Kristen Proby takes center stage in this incredible romance between Finn Cavanaugh and London Watson as we journey to New York for the beginning of her new Romancing Manhattan series.
After a tragic event happens in London’s life, her life intersects with Finn’s. While there might have been a sizzle at any other time, London just can’t handle anything. Not then. Not after everything that’s happened. Months later, still unable to cope, London flees the city only to find something waiting to spark right next door; Finn.
One thing I loved about this book was the age of the hero and heroine. This isn’t a book where you’re left questioning what genre it’s in. This is contemporary romance for strong women. Women who know their mind and are full of sass and strength.
An overall strong read. Then again, what Kristin Proby book isn’t? #FinnFTW
I love when my favorite authors introduce readers to new characters and fresh story lines in a brand new series, and in Kristen Proby’s All The Way, we meet Finn Cavanaugh and London Watson in book one of her Romancing Manhattan series, and despite the heartbreaking reason for their initial interaction, the next time they cross paths on Martha’s Vineyard, London finds more than just her leg healing, and as she spends more and more time with Finn, he helps her to move forward and devotes himself to loving and protecting her with everything that he is.
Readers bear witness to every part of Finn and London’s burgeoning relationship, and because Proby provides readers with both characters’ perspectives, we gain much needed insight into how Finn and London feel about each other and what they’re ready to do in order to stay a part of one another’s life regardless of where London’s career may take her/them.
I do have to say that I found London’s reactions to some of the things Finn was doing for her…for them a little off-putting. It’s more than clear that London’s an independent woman – one who makes her own money, has her own mind, and does what she wants when she wants to, but in an actual relationship, she doesn’t seem to understand that it’s a partnership and while Finn does have some issues with communicating with her, it’s not just about her anymore and every time she has an attitude with Finn or takes exception to what he’s trying to do for her, I couldn’t help but find her a bit selfish as well as irritating. But Finn and London do seem to find a middle ground, which means that the love that’s developed between them should be able to withstand their bouts of miscommunication and squelch any doubts I may have of these two making it as a couple.
Given the fact that readers have already been introduced to the other two heroes of the series, I can’t wait to see the women Proby puts in their pathways to not only shake up their lives but also provide them with everything these two men never knew they wanted and perhaps even needed.
Bring on Book 2.
4 Poison Apples
All The Way is a story of Finn, a hotshot lawyer, and London, a Tony Award winning actress on Broadway. They met in the most devastating circumstances when Finn was in-charge in reading London’s parents will when they died. It wasn’t the right time for them.
When London flees Manhattan and both landed on the same place escaping the hustle and bustle of the city, Finn decided to try again. This time, London opened herself up. It wasn’t easy. Losing her parents, not to mention the injuries that she sustained when her parents died and not coming back to the stage. It took a toll on her. Coming back to the place where she feels most comfortable with is the start of her healing process. It helped that she had a hottie for a neighbor and his problematic niece with him.
Finn knew he made a wrong moved when he asked her the first time. But he wasn’t making the same mistake again. Bringing her niece down to the beach seemed to be the best decision he’s ever made.
What’s to like? I love strong heroines. Those women who doesn’t need a man to complete them, works their a** off, and doesn’t need someone to take care of them. London is simply that. She’s an amazing woman who have been through hell and yet, she came out strong, with some bruises, but still standing. I like how the story came about. How explosive the two of them are, and how strong the connection is. They support each other, and how London is not afraid to speak her mind.
What do I not like much? Well, both of them are pretty stubborn and needs a lesson or two in communication. Finn is just amazing, and would do anything for London – without her asking for it. So he just does things for her, thinking she needs them without consulting her. Yep, you might want to guess what happens then. Like London, I get frustrated with Finn sometimes. Because it didn’t happen just once.
Overall, I enjoyed reading ALL THE WAY – it’s sexy, and sweet. You’d fall in love with the characters (at least most of them), and hyped up the anticipation you feel for the next one in the series. It’s a great start. It’s Kristen Proby – you can’t really go wrong with her.
I could NOT put this book down!!
I’ll start with the fact that I have been looking forward to this new series by Kristen Proby. I have read all of her work, yet she continues to surprise me! I felt like I was right there with London and Finn. The detail throughout the book is wonderful, you will seriously see everything as the characters do. I have never had the opportunity to see a Broadway show, but reading about London’s past and everything she puts into her art, I feel like I completely understood.
I love how strong London is! She is fiercely independent and stands up for herself. Finn is simply swoon worthy.
Throughout the novel, there is a certain angst going on with the unknown of London’s brother. I loved that it kept me on the edge of my seat the whole time!
I am looking forward to book 2! I am adding All The Way to my re-read list!
I. LOVE. THIS. BOOK!!! Kristen Proby always writes great romance, always. All the Way was funny, sweet and sexy at turn as well as a straight up outstanding summer read and I truly cannot wait to see what else Proby has in store for readers in her new Romancing Manhattan series. I have loved every word I have ever read by Kristen Proby – as a matter of fact, she is one of the few authors who caused me to completely lose my ability to speak in person when I met her at a large author signing in 2017. I read her first book, Come Away with Me shortly after it was self-published in 2012. Kristen Proby is one of my all-time favorite authors, and as such I knew that the story she would tell in All the Way would absolutely meet the have high expectations I hold for her skill. Kristen truly has never disappointed me, so grabbing her books the instant I can one-click them is a no brainer for me.
In the years since I first discovered Kristen Proby, my expectations have grown as her career soared. As an avid reader first, followed by my job as an editor and blogging, I have come to find some hallmarks to her writing. Those include: her ability to draw readers into the story and subsequently keep them riveted from beginning to end; The sheer timeless beauty of her writing; The quality of the stories she delivers; and how she can make the sweetest story also UNBELIEVABLY HOT!!! All the Way absolutely delivered ever single item on this list as it whisks readers away to Manhattan and Martha’s Vineyard in a truly beautiful summer love story. After Tony Award winning Broadway performer London Watson faces life altering tragedy, she heals mentally and physically at her families Martha’s Vineyard home. Finn Cavanaugh quickly sweeps London off her feet and into a world wind romance that had me laughing out loud, crying (briefly) and with so many warm fuzzies that I thought my heart would burst. Readers will love reading this duel perspective love story that ropes you quickly into the story and characters, I certainly did. And the chemistry between Finn and London was immensely hot!
I loved Finn and London. As a hero, Finn is great. He’s career driven but completely open to London and instead of just wanting a one-night stand, he wants it all with her right away. He’s upfront with her and it was refreshing even if he was at times horrible at communicating. London is somewhat narcissistic but in a healthy way since she knows her value as a woman and Broadway performer. She wasn’t weak, and knew her own mind, even if she sought Finn’s input and valued their growing relationship. As characters over 30, the pair knew that they were looking for more with one another and didn’t take the other person for granted. I have to say that I found the sexy times between Finn and London to be as hot as I have come to depend on from Kristen Proby’s stories. As I previously mentioned, the story is told in duel perspectives, so it provided me the ability to really dig deeper into their feelings and see the story in a broader concept, consequently taking the negative connotations associated with Finn’s controlling nature and London’s narcissism more understandable and endurable.
I truly don’t think you can go wrong with anything Kristen Proby has written and loved every moment of All the Way. It was an honor to be given the opportunity to read and review an early release copy of All the Way by the publisher. If Kristen Proby is new to you, grab All the Way now and dive in! You’ll thank me…
Do you know that Classic Contemporary Romance to read on your couch on a lazy day? All the Way is the perfect book for it. Well written, with great chemistry and likable characters. The secondary characters are well developed and so good! I loved Gabby! With a little suspense and a lot of family bond, it’s a good book! I truly recommend this one!
Received ARC for an honest review – 5 stars and can’t wait for future books to come.
Landon Watson is an independent, beautiful and talented Tony Award winning actress that is sidelined from her profession after a fall while trying to escape a fire. She undertakes a new journey to live her new normal while grieving for lost loved ones and healing from injuries. Until she meets a sexy, successful corporate attorney ( Finn Cavanaugh) that challenges her and leaves her breathless.
Finn Cavanaugh was helping a neighbor by updating his estate, but ended up finding a beautiful woman that has him lost for words. Their worlds come together due to tragedy, but after going their separate ways, they are reunited with a little help and begin to acknowledge a strong mutual chemistry. The setting of this book takes place in both New York and Martha’s Vineyard, Massachusetts.
I absolutely loved this book. Kristen Proby is a master of female writing characters that are strong, independent and male characters that are protective, unbelievably sexy that have alpha tendencies. In All the Way, Landon and Finn have unbelievable chemistry and an amazing group of supporting characters- Sasha, Carter, Quinn, Gabby and Maggie- that help build this story from the first page and make the book hard to put down.
Be sure to pick this one up and the other series by this authors well. They are all fabulous reads!!

All the Way is the first book in the Romancing Manhattan series by one of my favorite authors, Kristen Proby. I have read close to all of her books and loved them all. I know when I open one of her books I won’t want to close it. This one was no different.
London’s life was forever changed after a tragic night. She feels lost and doesn’t know what her future holds so she decides to take a break from it all. She goes to the one place that always makes her happy, her family home in Martha’s Vineyard. What she doesn’t expect is to see him again. Finn Cavanaugh. Her summertime neighbor. She wasn’t looking for love, a fling, or anything for that matter but he makes her feel things. Things she never felt before.
Finn wanted her the minute he saw her but he kind of made an ass of himself. He won’t make that mistake again. She is too beautiful. Too talented. Too much of a smarta- to let her get away. He instantly wants to take care of her. Protect her. But she isn’t like any other woman he has dated. She doesn’t need him to take care of her. She can take care of herself. Can he listen to her needs?
I loved this story. London is a bada- who is going through many changes. Finn is a good man who wants London to be happy. Together, their chemistry is scorching. Their banter is flirty. Their story is both beautiful, and infuriating. I enjoyed every minute of it.
Overall…this is a sexy, fun, and addicting start to a new series. I can’t wait for the next book!
Quotes:
“Prove it,” she says, panting hard. She’s thrown down the gauntlet and I intend not only to take it, but to destroy it.
“That might have been the sexiest striptease I’ve ever seen.”
“I bet you can do better,” he replies, his brown eyes shining with fun and lust, and I decide to take that bet.
“I like you, London.”
“You’ll grow on me,” I reply.
