All bets are off in this heartfelt romance by New York Times bestselling author Jennifer Probst.Happily single, Harper Bishop trusts in only one passion—her rescue farm and healing her thoroughbred, Phoenix. Her dream is to lead him to the Triple Crown. But how unreachable is it without experience or help? A handsome new guest at her family’s B&B has what it takes to make it come true. And … make it come true. And with his irresistible brogue, warm smile, and soothing touch, he’s a major distraction.
After a bitter betrayal, horse trainer Aidan O’Connor has fled Ireland for a vacation in New York’s Hudson Valley. When he sees the horse with the fighting spirit, he’s inspired with a new goal: to train Phoenix to win. He’s also facing an unexpected new challenge: his feelings for Harper.
How can she dare to open her heart to a man who’ll be there only long enough to break it?
So Harper and Aidan agree: try to keep it professional, and focus only on Phoenix and the finish line. But along the way, they could also learn a few lessons in love, trust, and taking chances. And, as painful as it promises to be, saying goodbye.

Emotional, compelling and great story telling! This is what I’ve come to expect from Jennifer Probst and she doesn’t disappoint with All Roads Lead to You, Harper and Aidan’s story.
As an animal lover who was raised in upstate NY and had horses this story was especially dear to me.
Animals have pure souls and Harper Bishop runs a rescue farm while her family runs a B&B, and is happy in her life saving as many as she can and hoping to heal her thoroughbred horse, Phoenix. She knows in her heart he is capable of winning the Triple Crown, but she lacks the experience to get him there.
Irish horse trainer Aiden O’Connor travels to the states after a betrayal that makes him question his future. While staying at the B&B he sees Phoenix and his path suddenly becomes clear. But it’s not without obstacles or challenges.
The bond Harper and Aiden share with not only Phoenix, but all the animals was magical, yet real.
Both characters are strong, determined and know pain and loss. Neither are looking for a relationship and fought the chemistry that was obvious. Both agree to work together and keep everything professional, knowing this is temporary and Aiden will be headed back to Ireland. Along the way however, things changed allowing for a friendship and trust to build – and love.
Be prepared for tears, because this is an emotional story that pulls at your heart. Grab your favorite drink and settle in for a must read! Five stars all the way!
This is the final book in the Stay series and what a great way to finish and round off the series.
All Roads Lead To You is an emotional read with strong characters who you can’t help loving.
Harper Bishop runs a rescue farm for abused and neglected animals of all sorts, shapes and sizes and one of her rescues is a thoroughbred horse named Phoenix. Harper is focused on getting Phoenix healthy and trusting humans again which may in turn lead the horse making a comeback to the racetrack but she doesn’t have all the skills needed to train a racehorse, lucky for her one of the guests at the family B&B is a Irish trainer on his holidays. Aidan Connor is trying to work out where he wants to be and what the future holds for him and helping out with Phoenix could be the perfect distraction as he works his life out………
This book has all the feels, it’s emotional, it has characters that have depth and it’s a captivating read with some adorable lines as we get to know all the animals at the farm. This book is beawrutten and I highly recommend it for all romance lovers.
3.75 stars–ALL ROADS LEAD TO YOU is the third instalment in Jennifer Probst’s contemporary adult STAY erotic, romance series. This is rescue farm owner Harper Bishop, and Irish horse trainer Aidan O’ Connor’s story line. ALL ROADS LEAD TO YOU can be read as a stand alone without any difficulty. Any important information form the previous story lines is revealed where necessary.
Told from dual third person perspectives (Harper and Aidan) ALL ROADS LEAD TO YOU follows horse trainer, Irishman Aidan O’Connor as he looks for his next challenge. Having left Ireland under mysterious circumstance, Aidan finds himself in New York’s Hudson Valley, at the Bishop family B&B, where his future is about to change. Enter animal rescuer and rehabber Harper Bishop, and the woman with whom Aidan will fall in love. What ensues is the professional and romantic relationship between Aidan and Harper, and the potential fall –out as neither one is looking for a permanent relationship beyond the present.
Harper Bishop struggles with Phoenix, a difficult horse whose abusive past has left him skittish and broken. Meeting Aidan O’Connor finds Harper reconsidering Phoenix’s future, as well as her own future with the man with whom she will fall in love. As Aidan begins training Phoenix for a run at the Derby, Harper begins to let down the walls surrounding her heart.
The relationship between Aidan and Harper is one of immediate attraction but neither one is in a place for romance or love. Aidan has been burned by his former partner, and lover; and Harper’s past doesn’t allow her to trust the ministrations of a man who is only in America for a limited time. The $ex scenes are intimate and passionate, without the use of over the top, sexually graphic language and text.
We are reintroduced to Harper’s sister and B&B owner Ophelia Bishop and Kyle Kimpton (A Brand New Ending#2), Ethan Bishop and his wife Mia: f summer ranch hands Chloe, and newcomer Owen; Aidan’s former business partner Colin Flynn, as well as a assortment of townsfolk and busybodies.
ALL ROADS LEAD TO YOU is a story of family, friendship, struggle and promise. The premise is engaging and entertaining: the romance is seductive and captivating: the characters are energetic, cautious and hopeful.
Was so happy to have the chance to read All Roads Lead to You. I enjoyed the first two in the series: The Start of Something Good and A Brand New Ending. This is the story of Harper and Aiden. I love how we were there to read the journey of their friendship. Nice to read about Harper who takes in different pets who need some special care and attention. Aiden was a perfect match for Harper.
What a Finish!
All Roads Lead to You is book 3, and I assume the final book in the Stay series, and it’s another stellar story.
Harper is the youngest of the Bishop siblings and has always felt more comfortable around animals than people. Aidan is a horse trainer who’s trying to make it on his own and overcome a betrayal. They come together to train a very special horse but slowly realize that they are what the other has been looking for.
This slow burn romance kept me anticipating that first kiss and did NOT disappoint! Once Harper and Aidan admitted their desires the sex was HOT but even better the intimacy was profound. Harper’s story about her high school experience was absolutely heartbreaking and Aidan’s response was spot on.
I also absolutely loved the horse racing element of the story, it kept things interesting and at times intense! The Owen and Chloe flirtation and the interactions with Mia and Ethan and Ophelia and Kyle allowed us to catch up with the whole family. And best of all Hei Hei was back and we got to meet Captain Hoof!
Jennifer Probst has become and auto read for me and I can’t wait to see what comes next from her!
I received a complimentary review copy of this book but all opinions are my own.
I have to say that this Stay series has truly been one of my favorite Jennifer Probst series to date and this story, All Roads Lead to You, has been an absolute pleasure to read! I laughed, I cried and I honestly loved every moment! Full of special characters and animals, with wonderfully written words in an exciting storyline; this book is full of heart, hope, and humor with a nice side of sweet and sexy! I adore Aidan and Harper and the rest of the Bishop clan! Aidan and Harper are a special couple for sure. I love the slow burn that led up to them finally giving into their chemistry and intense attraction. Their banter is very entertaining. They knew what they were getting into but they sure got a lot more out of it than they planned! They really are perfect for each other! I love their shared passion for all the animal rescues whether they are dogs, cats, goats or horses and of course the very fickle Hei Hei! The horse rescuing and the redemption of Phoenix was amazing! It is such a great story and left my heart so full.
My heart feels impossibly full and warm after reading All Roads Lead To You by Jennifer Probst. This inspiring and heartwarming story was all about never losing hope, finding trust, surviving all obstacles and coming out on the other side of hell as a better soul. The characters, the story line and the writing was amazing to say the least!
Jennifer Probst is one of my all time favorite writers. And this story emphasized the reasons why. She has this brilliant ability to pull out intense and deep emotions from every line. This story has the unique powers of human and animal bonding incorporated in the swoonworthy and sometimes heartbreaking romance. Aiden and Harper met by chance after Aiden came to stay in her sister’s inn. Harper runs an animal rescue and Phoenix is her pride horse. An abused and neglected horse brought back to life by Harper. And Phoenix can be the exact thing famous horse trainer Aiden is looking for. As Aiden prepares Phoenix for competitive racing to get back his lost reputation and glory, his chemistry with Harper is standing on the precipice. Will the past come to haunt him? Can Harper protect her heart, her horse and her sanity at the same time falling for someone she shouldn’t?
I love the farm with the crazy, sweet, weird and adorable animals! They are the soul of this story, not a simple background. Aiden’s character had some complex layers. I completely fall in love with this gorgeous man with a bit rough edge, unlimited sex appeal, protectiveness and just the right kind of bossy attitude. The scenes where he was interacting with the wounded and terrified animals with care, empathy and confidence melted me every damn time! And Harper is an incredible woman! She has the heart of gold and spine of steele. She can be so strong for the animals who need her help and protection. And she can be so vulnerable with the doubts and insecurities. Aiden is the perfect man for her who cherishes her but doesn’t control her and protects her but doesn’t take the decision away from her. The slow burn was burning up my device for real. The electrifying chemistry was so intense and beautiful. They had to go through some painful and devastating path. My heart almost could not take the heart break at the end! But it was all worth it at the end! The story had a big component of drama and adrenaline rush about the horse racing world which kept me on the edge of seat! I was cheering Team Phoenix all the way. The small town with it’s loving people added another extra level of charm to the story.
All Roads Lead To You was a sensational, poignant, soul-deep and sexy love story in true Jennifer Probst style. Aiden, Harper and Phoenix will haunt me for a long time. This story gave me goosebumps , tears and swooniest smile!
Received ARC for Honest Review
While the writing is very good and keeps you invested in the story, I couldn’t get into the female character at all. I mean, she’s a strong woman and wants to do everything on her way, she doesn’t want to rely on anyone for anything in her life especially with their B&B but it feels like she could have loosened up a bit. Nobody is that cold strong headed and everyone has insecurities even if they don’t want to acknowledge them.
I’m a city girl and was like this all my life, maybe that’s why I couldn’t get into all this obsession with the horses and races and everything else regarding this story.
Everyone deserves love even if it takes more for some people to find or feel it.
3.5
What a refreshing story! This is my first Probst book so I was not sure what to expect. I felt she did a great job! I can relate to Harper and her love of animals and the desire to be surrounded by animals instead of people. I loved how she was passionate about her work. Harper rescues animals and nurses them back to life but she also sees their potential.
Aidan is in need a break so he head to the states to regroup. He happens to land at the B&B attached to Harpers farm. He feels an instant sparks with Harper. Once he finds out Harper has a horse she is attempting to get race ready he knows he landed at the right place at the right time.
I enjoyed how it took Aidan and Harper to act on the connection they felt. I like how they allowed the relationship time to blossom. I felt that Aidan and Harper’s loneliness spoke to each other. I thought the story was so sweet. I loved the characters and curious to read the other books in the series.
Wow, just loved this one! Jennifer won the triple crown with this one! 5 stars, grab this asap!
Meet Harper, devotes all her time to her horses, and other rescue animals! Of course we get more of Hei Hei, just love that chicken, and of course her family at the Inn! When a new guest at the Inn, Aidan, and Irish horse trainer catches a glimpse in the eyes of Phoenix the horse, he knows this is his next calling, he see’s the fire in his eyes, and tells Harper, he wants to help train this horse to race. Of course this is Harper’s dream for Phoenix, but can she really let Aidan in and let him help her horse?
Follow their story in this amazing book, Jennifer gives you all the feels in this one! I love this series, if you haven’t read the others grab them now and catch up! Also, you will meet a certain rescue in this story, a goat, Captain Hoof, Jennifer makes you fall in love with him! Please follow @goatsofanarcy on Instagram, and check out some of the rescue goats there! I love this one, I also have a fascination with goats so this one hit the mark!
OHHHH MYYYYY!!! Harper’s story was everything I wanted it to be and so much more.
This story had everything. From the broken, yet strong heroine, to the sexy Irish hero. Throw in some animals that will steal your heart and the dynamic of the Bishop Family … like I said EVERYTHING!!
For the first two books in the series, we knew that Harper was going to be tough as nails. It was going to take someone extra special to break through her stronghold. Aiden came waltzing in and went head to head with her from the start and I loved every single minute of it.
I melted every time they had interactions with the animals. I need a Captain Hoof!!! This can’t be the end. Jennifer, you need to do a 4.0 for Chloe!! (I see another 1001 Dark Nights Story there! – hint hint)
This book was such a departure from the usual storylines. I loved all the racing bits and the behind-the-scenes with the animals. SO SO SO GOOD!!
Another fantastic book and series from Jennifer! I can’t wait for more.
ARC received for an honest review
YES! The next book in the Stay series is here – and it is my favourite in the series so far.
I have been waiting for Harper’s story as I have read the first two books in the series, and Ms Probst has definitely not disappointed with All Roads Lead To You.
I have adored the time I have spent at the B & B and farm so far, and this time we get to spend a lot more time with Harper out in the barns. And oh my, if you thought Hei Hei was great in the previous books, you are going to love the Captain – I don’t want to give anything away about them, but they had me laughing and smiling to much.
Then there is Aidan. Well, hello good Irish sir! What’s not to love about you lol. I mean, if Harper doesn’t want you, you can come Down Under and … well…. you know.. down under
As much as I do adore Aidan and Harper, for me this story really was about the animals. I can’t help it, I just love them all and want to hug them and pet them and squeeze them and call them George.
I really would be quite useless on the farm hahah.
I was left smiling as I finished this book. After some emotion filled reads, this was just the thing I needed.
I can’t wait to see what Ms Probst brings us next.
