All bets are off in this heartfelt romance by New York Times bestselling author Jennifer Probst.Happily single, Harper Bishop trusts in only one passion—her rescue farm and healing her thoroughbred, Phoenix. Her dream is to lead him to the Triple Crown. But how unreachable is it without experience or help? A handsome new guest at her family’s B&B has what it takes to make it come true. And … make it come true. And with his irresistible brogue, warm smile, and soothing touch, he’s a major distraction.
After a bitter betrayal, horse trainer Aidan O’Connor has fled Ireland for a vacation in New York’s Hudson Valley. When he sees the horse with the fighting spirit, he’s inspired with a new goal: to train Phoenix to win. He’s also facing an unexpected new challenge: his feelings for Harper.
How can she dare to open her heart to a man who’ll be there only long enough to break it?
So Harper and Aidan agree: try to keep it professional, and focus only on Phoenix and the finish line. But along the way, they could also learn a few lessons in love, trust, and taking chances. And, as painful as it promises to be, saying goodbye.

All Roads Lead to You is engaging, heartwarming, funny, and sexy. Harper has learned to be true to herself and she loves animals more than people. She’s devoted herself to running the animal rescue part of the family business and hopes to get into horse racing with the temperamental Phoenix. Aidan is searching for the next horse to train. He’s Irish, sexy, charming, driven, and itching for his path to redemption.
Ending up at the Bishop’s inn is a stroke of luck for Aidan. He manages to irritate Harper from their very first meeting, but shows just how good he is with all animals. Persuading Phoenix and Harper to at least trust him is worth it. The chemistry is there and Harper definitely challenges him at every turn. He respects her and makes Harper feel safe. All Roads Lead to You is engaging from start to finish with great characters, banter, heat, friendship, family, and a menagerie of rescues who will steal your heart.
This story is magnificent!! Harper and Aidan have the most emotionally moving story I’ve read in a long time. This book truly touched me! From the animal rescue, OMG those animals just flooded me with all the feels, to healing the hearts of the wounded, Jennifer Probst out did herself with the outpouring of love she delivered in All Roads Lead to You.
I’ve been waiting for Harper’s story since Ethan and Mia’s book. She’s a unique soul with a special story to tell. Harper is not your typical heroine by any stretch. She’s focused on her animals, she’s put all thoughts of love aside for the sake of her rescue farm. She is a truly selfless woman.
Aidan is an animal lover’s dream boat. This man is loaded with charisma and charm, and completely devoted to horses. Harper and Aidan’s journey moved me beyond words. Their love story has a subtle calming effect that washed over me as I read. Each super cute farm animal, dog and horse played a unique part in their relationship. Hei Hei once again takes the stage as lead joker, Captain Hoof coming in a close second. These guys are too freaking adorable.
I wasn’t sure where Jennifer would take Harper’s story. The chosen path wasn’t an easy one. You can tell that this story is jammed packed with love, healing, and a special devotion to animals. Be prepared to fall in love with Jennifer’s writing all over again.
A beautiful story above love, trust, and healing; plenty of heat, all the feels
Book 3 in the Stay series, I loved the first two books, plus this is a auto 1-click author for me, so picking this up was a no brainer. This works well read as a standalone, but as usual with series like this, there are characters carrying over from the earlier books, so having read them first gives you a little richer experience here.
An animal lover myself, Harper has had me intrigued since book 1, so I was especially excited to get her story. I related strongly to Harper and she felt very real to me. In fact, when Harper was struggling with spreadsheets for her rescue operation, I thought, “I could volunteer a few hours a week to help her out….oh, wait….”, lol. As for Aiden, ah, well, Aiden. Like Harper, I have a soft spot for guys who love animals (the scene where he’s making friends with Phoenix practically had me in tears); add in the Irish lilt, sense of humor and dash of vulnerability, and I was completely gone. I’m not usually one to make a claim on book boyfriends but I’m willing to make an exception for Aiden. As different as the two of them are, they have plenty of things in common, and I was especially intrigued by the parallels between Aiden and Harper’s feelings and that they both had the same kind of intuition.
I love stories about healing, and ultimately, that’s at the core of things here with all the emotions that entails: can Aiden and Harper heal Phoenix’s demons enough to make him a winner on the racetrack, and in the process, can they heal their own demons enough to take a chance on each other. The author did a lovely job balancing the emotion with doses of humor; even the subplot with the goat had me seesawing back and forth between sad tears and laughing tears. There were other secondary characters besides the animals in the story (though I loved all the animals) and characters from the previous books had some nice roles to play here.
There IS a little secret keeping as part of the plot, something that’s typically a pet peeve of mine, especially if it goes on too long, but it worked for me here. I think it worked in part because the reader isn’t let in on the secret until Harper finds out, and because Harper and Aiden don’t get together intimately until well into the book, so it’s actually a relatively short time, in book terms at least, before the secret comes out.
A beautiful story above love, trust, and healing, this may be a slow burn romance, but there’s still plenty of heat and all the feels. 5+ stars

Harper Bishop lives in the small town of Gardiner located in New York’s Hudson Valley. She owns a family business with her two siblings with a B&B and a farm. She runs their rescue farm where she finds solace in the quiet of the barn. She preferred the company of animals to people, and the horse rescues were her heart and soul. She was happily single, independent, and had never needed a man to complete her. Then they get a new guest at the B&B that pushes all her buttons, and sets her blood on fire. Not only is he a pleasure to look at, but he also seems to share her passion for healing, saving, and connecting with animals.
Aidan O’Connor is a horse trainer from Ireland who has arrived in the quaint town of Gardiner for some rest and relaxation. He’s burned out, and needs a vacation, and somewhere to lay low. He hopes this two week break and change of scenery will be a nice fresh start. Then he lays eyes on a horse that calls to him on every level. Phoenix is a beautiful thoroughbred with a fighting spirit. He’s inspired by this horse, and feels like he’s meant to train him. He also feels an intense bond with the horse’s owner. Harper quickly becomes his summer crush, even though he knows she’s off limits. He couldn’t deny how much she affected him, but if he wanted them to work together, he couldn’t cross that invisible line.
Harper and Aidan work together as an amazing team, but it’s getting harder and harder to keep things professional. Neither want their attraction to complicate their business relationship, but the temptation becomes unbearable on a daily basis. Every time they get too close the electric energy between them threatens to ignite. He was everything she could want in a man, and pulled unexpected feelings from her, but she knew soon they’d have to part ways. Could she let him go and say goodbye when the time came, or would she take a chance on love?
All Roads Lead To You (Stay #3) by Jennifer Probst is a heartwarming, emotional romance about love, trust, healing, and beautiful connections. I’ve really enjoyed this series and loved finally getting Harper’s story! She’s such an strong, amazing woman, and then we get this gorgeous Irish man who is just icing on the cake!
Calling all animal lovers!! READ THIS BOOK! You will relate and be so emotional – it will rock your world!!
This book – I have such a love for animals. The author brings to light the struggles with adoption and taking care of pets that need a second chance. My heart broke for the horse, but then was put together completely with the story behind it. I was Inspired and in awe of thee characters and how involved they were. Such an inspiring, feel good book that will leave you feeling so happy!
Aiden and Harper meet under circumstances that are tough to overcome. They come to a mutual agreement, but their chemistry is so crazy hot – they have to give in. Read this book for the rest of the details! You won’t regret it!! Throw in the secondary characters in this book and you have a book that you will love!!
Another amazing emotional, full of angst read by Jennifer Probst. I’ve loved this series and have been anxiously waiting for Harper’s story. It was all I was hoping for and more. I adored the relationship and interactions between Harper and Aiden from their first meeting. The love they both have for all the broken animals on the farm is heartwarming. But the love they have for each other is breathtaking. I absolutely love Phoenix the abused horse they work with and Captain Hoof, a goat who was also abused and they take in on the farm. Aiden and Harper will melt your heart, break it in two, then put it back together again even stronger. This book will have you laughing and crying and going through all the feels. I love the dynamic of this family and would love to see more from them. What a great read.
This is the third book in the series, but it is a stand alone. Harper has a horse farm in addition to participating in animal rescues. We found out in the first book of the series that she rescues a thoroughbred horse that she beamed Phoenix. Aidan is a horse trainer from Ireland that is looking for his next horse to train in addition to deal with some baggage from home. He stays at the family bed and breakfast where he meets Harper and Phoenix. This is the journey of not only Harper and Aidan, but of Phoenix’s racing story. It was a well written story and emotional, in addition to funny. (Hei Hei is so funny) I also loved all of the animals that play a large part of this story (and named after Disney characters). I definitely recommend this book.
All Roads Lead to You by Jennifer Probst, is an emotional and uplifting novel. It is a fast-paced read, replete with an engrossing plot, well-defined characters, and some very unique farm animals. This book takes place in Gardiner, a small town in upstate New York. Ms. Probst is a terrific storyteller and I never pass up the opportunity to read whatever she writes.
Harper Bishop loves her life. She runs a horse-rescue farm and everyday is an adventure. Although horses are her passion, her farm is home to a huge chicken, a blind goat, a few dogs and a cat. Her thoroughbred Phoenix is her pride and joy, and she is hopeful that he will be able to win races one day. Then Irish horse trainer Aidan O’Connor spends some vacation time at her sister’s Bed and Breakfast, and shortly thereafter, Harper hires him to train Phoenix. Aidan believes Phoenix has the potential to be the next Triple Crown winner, however, ridding the horse of his demons proves to be a challenge.
I truly enjoyed this story about the love of animals and horse racing. While my heart ached for the mistreated animals, I was happy to learn a lot about world of horse racing. I am glad Harper got her own story, and as a result, it was nice to revisit with some of the characters from the first two books in this series. The bond between the newly rescued baby goat and the thoroughbred was both cute and heartwarming. Although I did not feel the romantic spark between Harper and Aidan, their friendship was inspiring. This is the third book from the author’s Stay series and it can read as a standalone.
Complimentary copy provided by the publisher via NetGalley.
Harper, Aidan, and Phoenix’s backstory was so heartbreaking. These three souls *needed* each other and how much they all helped each other was completely evident throughout this story.
I loved how all of these characters saved each other but also allowed each other to grow and become the best that they could be. Even though the backstories of these rescues were so heartbreaking, this story is so full of hope and made my heart feel so full.
I’ve loved all the books in the Stay series and I hope to visit these characters again soon.
Harper & Aidan will lead you to loving everything about them!
Author Jennifer Probst gives us such a beautifully great love story full of humor, animals that steal your heart with the cuteness, and a well rounded dose of emotional connections with the characters that stick with you.
I enjoyed the romance build of Harper & Aidan.
It pulled my heart and not going to lie, I cried a couple of times while reading because it was just that good.

Not my first read by author, she was one of my very first reads, many moons ago!! I have also read Book #1 & 2!! This one I was looking for more because it involves horses, a traveler and the possibility of an end.
Harper is a beautiful soul, loner so to say. Content with herself at being alone, no man, no kids…hadn’t even thought about it. Heck she though she was broken because of that, but she just is okay to be where she is, with what she has and the way things have been. Until a stranger walks in, threatening it all.
That something was Aiden, a traveler from another country coming down to NY to get away from it all. Hide, run…whichever, he was there to not be elsewhere. That’s how he ended up in a B & B where the interior was charming and just what he needed. Harper is a strong woman but Aiden is the right kind of alpha to handle her. Their chemistry is off the hook in this, even when they stayed away…the glances and thoughts. *sizzling* and let’s not mention the cat-and-mouse-tug-and-pull-game they have going on!
Their first kiss…oh.my.god. I was literally swooning in my chair from it! GOOD GOSH, was that a perfect kiss. Aiden gave Harper exactly what she needed when she didn’t even know she DID need it. Forever Swooning over that kiss! Let me just also help you and throw in a baby goat Named Captain Hoof and a magnificent horse named Phoenix.
Basically Aiden let Harper BE HARPER, be the woman she is, strong and take-care of everything workaholic…but he gave her more…makes her feel alive, like a woman…sexy! And that is why AIDEN the Irish traveler is one of my now favorite BOOKBOYFRIENDS! *sigh*
But sadly like I said at the beginning that possibility became a guarantee of an END. JP writes beautiful words and I just loved this story. There was enough action, adventure, passion and the swoon factor not to mention romance. It also has the previous characters from book 1 and 2 so it all tied in beautifully. Even if the ending killed me *tear*
A MUST READ!

This is a story of broken souls pairing up and healing each other. Whether you are a horse, a rooster, a goat, a dog or a human, finding your purpose and place in life is invaluable. When you have been hurt deeply and you just wander around trying to find your “home”, it sometimes takes losing what you have achieved to recognize its value.
Harper and Aidan are off the charts! Their purpose is to save and heal a horse so he can achieve his place in life. As they rescue these animals at the Bishop Farm, they heal each other and begin to dream of a life where they both belong.
This story will grip your soul and lift you up. There is nothing like growing to a point where you know who you are and what you need for the rest of your life. You will tear up and embrace this story as your own.
I am voluntarily reviewing this book. Thanks to the author for sharing a copy with me.
A slow burn romance story that is so much more than just the romance. The chemistry was there from the first meeting and grew as the story went on. There were so many emotions, I even laughed a few times. Not only did I enjoy reading about Harper and Aidan, but I loved the animals and their many different personalities. There were times where they stole the show! I really enjoyed this journey.
I couldn’t wait for Harper’s book and absolutely loved it. Aidan is perfect for her. If you want an amazing romance with some lol rescue animals and a great love story you definitely need to read this book.
This was a sweet love story that made me smile. I enjoyed the romance that developed over time between Aiden and Harper. It’s a slow burn thAt grows with the story. I found the details of the horse training really interesting and enjoyed that aspect of the story. The writing flows so beautifully making this book so easy to read. This story just swallowed me up. If you love a sweet romance that allows you to watch as walls around the heart are slowly broken down you need this book in your life.
5 Taking the Right Road to Their Future Stars!!!
The minute I started this third book in the Stay series by Ms. Probst I was IMMEDIATELY drawn to the story and the characters. Ms. Probst has a way of writing that I can’t help but be 100% invested from the first page!!
In this book we get the third sibling in the Bishop family, Harper and this woman touched something in me that I wasn’t expecting that’s for sure…but before I go there, let’s talk about her love interest Aidan O’Connor. He’s a well recognized horse trainer from Ireland that’s in the their little valley looking for a fresh start, that even he isn’t sure of. The moment these two locked eyes for the first time though, both their lives were forever changed…even if they didn’t want to admit it to themselves.
Enter Phoenix, a thoroughbred that Harper has rescued, she’s a lover of all animals and has a menagerie of rescued pets that had me snort laughing on more than one occasion, and she’s determined to make this horse a winner. The problem is that he’s quite skittish with everyone EXCEPT Aidan which shocks Harper! And so begins this story of healing, love and discovering that what you thought you wanted can be vastly different from what ends up happening and it’s all for the best!
“The road had led him right here, to this farm, to this horse. He was meant to be here and train him. He was meant to make Phoenix a champion.”
I fell in love hard for Harper and Aidan and the healing they bring to each other. There’s a history for both of them and thanks to the wonderfully emotional and rich deftness of Ms. Probst’s writing
I was in tears at times. And then, all of a sudden I’d find myself snort laughing either because Hei Hei was making himself known or I had a picture of Captain Hoof in my head and his antics. This is one of the things I love so much about this author and her stories. She gives me a full reading experience with each and every book and that’s not an easy task.
As the story progresses, and I should say it moves wonderfully smooth especially when we jump in time due to the nature of the story. And oh the slow burn between Harper and Aidan is one for the books. Their connection is immediate both from and emotional standpoint and a physical draw. Their connection continues to grow throughout the book and when we reach a pinnacle of the story, my heart was beating out of my chest and then the tears happened when truths are revealed and I just wasn’t sure I could take much more. The love these two had for each other was literally life changing….
“You told me to follow my heart. Every road I’ve ever walked has led me to the next town, the next barn, the next horse, and the next piece of my soul. But then I met you, Harper Bishop, and I was ruined.”
This is absolutely in my top reads for this year and my favorite of this series and dare I say it, on the top of my list of books written by Ms. Probst proving yet again why I will read any and everything she writes!! This story will tug at your heartstrings while at the same time have you rolling with laughter and have you rooting for the underdog and it’s not just Phoenix that’s at stake here!!!

I received an ARC of this book from NetGalley but I have my own copy on pre-order. Harper, her brother and sister are partners in the bed and breakfast inn that their mother started. Harper is in charge of the animal rescue operation and the horses for the guests to ride. Harper finds Phoenix, a battered horse as one of her rescues. She has a feeling that Phoenix has racing in his blood and wants to try to train him to run in the Triple Crown but she doesn’t have the experience. Aiden, is a horse trainer from Ireland and has checked into the bed and breakfast while on vacation. He’s looking for a new horse to train to try to redeem his reputation from things that happened in Ireland. Aiden sees Phoenix and has a feeling that he’s a natural racing horse. He talks Harper into hiring him to train Phoenix which she does even though they didn’t hit it off at first. There’s a line in the book that says “wounded souls recognize each other”. That saying is true for the recuse animals that help each other as well as Harper and Aiden. Harper and Aiden have an attraction to each other but decide to keep it only business between them. Of course, their attraction wins out. I had the good fortune to read this book in-between the Kentucky Derby and the Belmont race. I thought it was a really informative book about animal rescues and horse training without going into a lot of unnecessary detail. Thank you, Jennifer Probst for such a wonderful book!
I wish I could give this book more than 5 stars!! It is my favorite in the series!
The bond developed between Harper and her animals, especially Phoenix and Captain Hoof, is amazing. It’s a bond that Aidan recognizes clearly as he eventually forms one as well. This bond with the animals brings the two of them closer together.
Both Harper & Aidan have issues with trust and will have some hurdles to overcome as they navigate the racing circuit and their developing relationship.
Such a beautiful love story!
I loved Harper and Aidan (and Phoenix and the other rescue animals). This was a beautifully emotional story about chasing dreams and leaving your comfort zone. Harper’s comfort zone is rescue animals, Aidan’s is training horses – but what happens when enough isn’t enough? Harper has bit of more than she can chew (maybe) with her dreams for Phoenix and Aidan is running from his past but can see Harper’s dream for what it is – a second chance. Can these two wounded souls find new purpose in Phoenix? Maybe even each other? Not only is this a story about new beginnings, but learning how to trust again. And maybe, just maybe, this new beginning doesn’t have to mean goodbye
I literally couldn’t read this book fast enough and once I started, I couldn’t put it down. Harper and Aidan’s story really touched me and I was easily able to identify with them as I help rescue animals (unfortunately not on the same scale as Harper though) and live in Louisville, home of the Kentucky Derby. I very much enjoyed how Harper tried to control what was between them. Each had pasts they had to overcome before they could learn to trust and love again and it was truly a pleasure being a part of that, even just as a reader. I loved the parts the rescued animals play in the story-line and wish I could meet He-he and the Captain one day.
