All bets are off in this heartfelt romance by New York Times bestselling author Jennifer Probst.Happily single, Harper Bishop trusts in only one passion—her rescue farm and healing her thoroughbred, Phoenix. Her dream is to lead him to the Triple Crown. But how unreachable is it without experience or help? A handsome new guest at her family’s B&B has what it takes to make it come true. And … make it come true. And with his irresistible brogue, warm smile, and soothing touch, he’s a major distraction.
After a bitter betrayal, horse trainer Aidan O’Connor has fled Ireland for a vacation in New York’s Hudson Valley. When he sees the horse with the fighting spirit, he’s inspired with a new goal: to train Phoenix to win. He’s also facing an unexpected new challenge: his feelings for Harper.
How can she dare to open her heart to a man who’ll be there only long enough to break it?
So Harper and Aidan agree: try to keep it professional, and focus only on Phoenix and the finish line. But along the way, they could also learn a few lessons in love, trust, and taking chances. And, as painful as it promises to be, saying goodbye.

It took me a lot longer than I hoped it would to get through this book, but once I found my footing, I was really enjoying Harper and Aidan’s story. I loved what Harper’s passion was and seeing all the animals she takes care of on the farm. Rescuing animals was something that constantly called to her soul and I loved that Jennifer was able to portray that effortlessly.
As sizzling as their chemistry was, I respected the kind of relationship that they wanted to hold. I didn’t think it was going to take so long for them to get together, but it made for a slow burn kind of story. So it’s definitely a kind of story that we’ve read before.
There was an instance where I was a bit nervous that Jennifer was going to add a bit of drama, but I was so very thankful that she didn’t.
I thought it was a neat story, I know very little when it comes to racing horses. But thought it was great foundation for Aidan’s and Harper’s story. This series has been a bit of a battle and I still can’t pinpoint what exactly it is that’s holding me back from completely loving it.
All Roads Lead to You is my favorite in the series so far and I will continue to read the next ones.
**I RECEIVED A COMPLIMENTARY READER’S COPY FROM SOCIAL BUTTERFLY PR IN CONSIDERATION FOR AN HONEST REVIEW. **
Captain Hoof stole the show! Hands down the best secondary character in this book and he isn’t even human! Besides his awesome name, his adorable description, and his gentle soul, he is a hero! As much as I want my to tell you all his awesomeness, you are more worried about the book…for now.
All Roads Lead to You is a truly romantic story. A hiding in plain sight romance. Fighting the chemistry, fighting the friendship, keep it professional kind of romance. The unavoidable, unstoppable, inevitable romance that both keeps you warm and make who I wish for more. (Also, I might suggest tissues.) Animal lovers, even the kind that only love fictional animals, will be highly entertained with the antics in these pages. It was also fun to learn about racing.
The best thing about All Roads Lead to You (other than Captain Hoof) was the love oozing from the pages. It is not possible not to be taken in by the voice whispering in your ear…FOREVER.
Enjoy Aiden and Harper! This story deserves a placing in the race right next to Phoenix. A ring of roses for the happy couple!
Slow burn, instant attraction, afraid to give into temptation, animal lover romantic readers will likely enjoy this horse racing themed tale. It features a destined to be together main couple, Aidan and Harper, who connect and bond over their common interest in horses and big dreams.
With cameos of all the characters and even one feisty chicken from the previous two books, the whole gang is here, folks. They added to the “feels like the home I’ve always wanted” pull that lured Aidan to let his wanderlust soul and feet stick around long enough to work his Irish magic on Harper’s rescue race horse.
As usual this author held my attention and had me holding my breath until enough was enough and these two wanna be lovebirds finally allowed themselves to temporarily have what they thought they never would. Fortunately for us and them, love had bigger, long term plans for them. Brace yourself for the graphic steamy smexy scenes that occur in the latter half of the book as all that pented up chemistry and passion gets unleashed.
I must say I didn’t understand why the jockey was scripted to talk so peculiar (like a caveman). For me, it detracted needlessly from his character. Sure, I could see making him stand out somewhat eccentric with his unique way of connecting with horses. Honestly though, I was embarrassed for this side sub-character. I lowered my rating one star because of it and for the reason revealed Harper never wanted to marry and have children. It just didn’t seem drastic enough to reach that sort of decision.
Here’s to hoping the upcoming release of “Something Just Like This” will be as equally entertaining and romantic. It will feature a NY governor wanna be and his off limits assistant, who travels with him to this upstate horse farm.

Book 2 – A Brand New Ending
Book 3 – All Roads Lead to You
Book 3.5 – Something Just Like This
Title: All Roads Lead to You, Series: Stay (Book 3), Author: Jennifer Probst, Pages: 329, stand-alone but part of a series, slow burn, very graphically steamy later in the book, something to prove good guy hero, animal rescuer heroine, no love triangle, no OW/OM drama, no cheating, romance safe, no cameos of past lovers, horse racing backdrop.

All Roads Lead To You is a soulful marvel of a book, one that takes hold of you, that grips and you never ever want to let it go!
Wow!!! I thought I read every from author Jennifer Probst, that quite honestly would make my knees buckle and leave my h
heart full of love!
But there’s nothing like “All Roads Lead to You” at all!!
I can say I was utterly blown away by the depth and soul in this novel!
FYI if you need more of Harper and Aidan then check out the audiobook.
All Roads Lead to you hit me in all the feels! My heart reached out to each and every one of these animals. Harper and Aiden were the perfect combination of fierce protectors and beautiful souls. These narrators brought each word to life wonderfully! Absolute narrative and audio perfection! This story touched my heart and I will never forget it.
Perfect summer reading, heartwarming, emotional, fun and engaging romance filled with witty banter, reluctant charters, undeniable passion and exciting chemistry….. was a great read from beginning to end and so hard to put down. Really love this series and all the hard not to love charters in it! Loved this journey!
All Roads Lead To You by Jennifer Probst is book three in her Stay series. Stay is a series of standalones, you can read it in every order.
The previous books are The Start Of Something Good – Ethan’s story and A Brand New Ending – Ophelia’s story.
All Roads Lead To You is Harper and Aidan’s book.
Harper Bishop is one of the Bishop siblings and while her sister manages the pension, Ethan helps her at her horse rescue and rehab center. She’s a woman a bit rough around the edges, and not exactly a people person. She needs help, bad and when the Irish horsetrainer Aidan O’Connor shows up, looking to start fresh, both have their work set out dor them. A very entertaining and captivating fight with characterss whom’s crazy through the roof high chemistry you can taste in the words.
I feel like I’ve been waiting for Harper’s story since I first met her in the first book of the Stay series, and the wait was so well worth it!! Jennifer Probst never fails to create such full and richly emotional characters. All Roads Lead to You may be the third in this series, but it’s a beautiful story all on it’s own no doubt!
Harper, Aiden, Phoenix and Captain Hoof are all the stars of this story. They are all broken in a way and all find their way together at the Bishop Farm.
Harper Bishop was a woman who knew her mind, what was important to her and didn’t need anything more. Too bad meeting Aiden O’Connor knocks everything off kilter and sets her down a path that seemed destined for them both. Watching Harper trust someone else besides her menagerie or her siblings was beautiful. Admitting what put the sadness in fear into her heart took a leap of faith, and it was so lovely watching her both fight her feelings and accept them at the same time.
I loved Aiden, his Irish brogue and his right to the point sensibility. But beyond that his way with the animals. How he connected with not only Phoenix but Figero, the cranky cat who really likes no one. The way he saved and named Captain Hoof, and complained (but secretly came to love that chicken costume). The passion he had for what he did as well as the passion he showed Harper.
Everything about this story spoke to my heart and brought out emotions. From the hijinks of the animals to seeing their new volunteer blossom, each page brought a new smile and sometimes a full on laugh. Seriously between Hei Hei going on attack, Captain Hoof and his chicken suit and the many animal love affairs; seeing these animals that were once discarded or mistreated find their happy was just as good as the human love. All Roads Lead to You was perfectly titled because in this story all roads led to happiness.
5 Stars
What a beautiful story of love, beauty and determination. Harper is the ultimate animal lover. Rescuing animals of all kinds is in her blood and in her soul. When she rescues a stubborn horse that she knows is something very special, made for more than living a life of relaxation and safety on her family’s farm, it causes her to cross paths with a man who will change her life forever. Aidan O’Connor has a talent for training racehorses and is ready to give up on finding that special one that will change his career…then he sees Harper ride Phoenix while staying at the family’s B&B. What follows is a path of struggle, care, hard work and teamwork like none you have read. Both of these beautiful souls have secrets but through the desire to create a winner in Phoenix, they manage to find the person that can heal both of their hearts.
Cara – Alphas Do It Better Book Blog
This is the third and last of the Stay series that centers around Harper Bishop and Aidan O’Connor. Harper is better with animals than she is with people and runs an animal rescue. One of her last EST rescues is a thoroughbred horse who has been horribly abused, Phoenix. In walks Aidan, a guest at the family’s bed and breakfast. He is a horse trainer, when he sees Harper riding Phoenix:
The road had led him right here, to this farm, to this horse. He was meant to be here and train him. He was meant to make Phoenix a champion.
This is a great romance with Aidan having to deal with a skittish and wounded horse and woman. I thoroughly enjoyed both of these characters and the slow burn of their relationship.
Ok, I will be honest, the first part of this book just seemed to drag on and on for me. I mean, not bad enough to not finish or anything but I thought I had just a so-so book on my hands. Then I hit about the half way mark and oh boy did things turn around. We got horse racing, a goat dressed in a chicken costume named Captain Hoof and two people who started being real with each other. It was nice to see the chemistry come alive for Harper and Aidan and watching them slowly heal from past hurts. Overall I really enjoyed this book.
Such a great story! I love Harper so much! She feels like an “outsider”, and because of that finds her solace with animals. Then along comes Aiden, and together they slowly realize that their attraction is worth it. I loved watching these two kindred spirits find their HEA.
I love the author and genuinely buy all of her books. All Roads Lead To You is the 3rd book in the Stay series and it is Harper’s story, she is the youngest of the Bishop siblings. I loved moody, brooding Harper from the previous 2 books and she continues that persona, but this book delves into where her standoffish personality comes from.
Harper does not trust easily and maintains a small inner circle (her siblings and their mates) along with her farm animals. It is easier for her to relate to the abused animals than it is to people. Enter Irish, horse trainer Aidan O’Connor trying to break into the American horse-training world after success and then disillusionment in his homeland. Harper and Aidan strike a business arrangement to train her abused racing horse, Phoenix, but it is clear there are sparks between Harper & Aidan from the beginning.
Add in Hei-Hei, the Polish chicken, who makes an appearance in all 3 books and usually steals the spotlight, along with an abused rescue kid (baby goat), Captain Hoof, who must dress in a chicken costume to overcome his fear and you have a complete menagerie of animals and people with all sorts of emotional barriers to break down.
Aidan and Harper get their HEA, but only after learning to trust in each other. The rescued animals all get their forever homes, a reformed juvenile delinquent (Owen) gets his shot at Chloe (from one of the previous Stay series books), and Ethan and Mia have their wedding. SWOON, a Probst book will always leave you feeling wonderful about love and the possibilities for the future.
All Roads Lead to You is a journey your heart won’t soon forget! Harper and Aidan are two very hard-headed characters that have built up walls around their hearts. The animals are often scene-stealers, and will run off with your heart as well. They’re the perfect buffer between the characters and very well portrayed.

All Roads Lead To You is book 3 in the Stay series by Jennifer Probst and a great addition to this series.
Harper Bishop runs a B&B with her siblings and also an animal rescue farm. This is her happy place, working with rescued horses, particularly Phoenix. She sees so much potential and hopes to train him for the Triple Crown but she lacks experience….but when an unexpected guest comes to the B&B, namely Aiden O’Connor a well known horse trainer from Ireland will she accept his help to train Phoenix?
What happens next will keep you turning the pages to see if these two can work together without letting feelings enter into the equation as it’s only for a short time or will they both open their hearts to something worth fighting for??
All Roads Lead to You is a sweet, heartwarming, fun to read romance! You will fall in love with the characters, the animals and this story!
“Wounded souls recognizing each other” seems to be the theme of this book. From the humans to the animals, fate seems to have brought them all together and given them an opportunity to be healed by each other.
Harper runs a animal rescue farm and that is where Aiden ends up on his travels. He finds it filled with a wonderful family, a beautiful woman named Harper and a bunch of crazy animals. The one animal that catches his eye is a horse named Phoenix. Harper has been working on healing this beautiful horse for a while now, but Aiden realizes that this horse has the talent to be an amazing race horse. He was a horse trainer before he showed up here and now with Harpers help he has a chance to train a potential champion! It also gives him a chance to get to know Harper and bond with her while caring for and training this horse and he is pleased to find the feeling is mutual.
The added bonus of this book is the enjoyable antics of a crazy chicken and the taming of an ornery horse who finds friendship from goat dressed up in a chicken costume and loves it!
Wonderfully entertaining! I loved the Bishop siblings and this story about the youngest, Harper. The sibs are honoring their mother and carrying on her mission of rescuing animals, especially horses. Harper has a few issues with humans based on past bad encounters which causes her to be closed off but her love of animals is tremendous. As a animal lover and a dog rescuer I really connected with this story and Harper. The universe aligns when a rescue Thoroughbred comes to the farm and an Irish horse trainer checks in at the family’s Inn. The hunky Irishman, Aidan, has a few secrets and is running from his old life when he lands at the B & B. There are a few moments that will pull at your heartstrings with the slow-build relationship between Harper and Adrian. Both work toward successfully rehabilitating Phoenix to championship status while trying to ignore their draw to each other and their undeniable chemistry. These two are fabulous together and created several swoon-worthy moments. Study Irish! Yum! I really liked that everything didn’t come up roses with Phoenix and the author keep the story realistic with an authentic feel that was terrific. The chicken was a little much but everyone needs a Hei Hei. This wonderful tale about a boatload of animals characters as well as the human ones is full of funny moments, a sweet and sexy romance, some drama, and family solidarity. Loved it! I voluntarily reviewed an ARC.
Riveting, intoxicating and completely unputdownable! Jennifer Probst knocked this one clear outta the ballpark!!
This book is EVERYTHING! If I could give it all the s in the sky, I most definitely would!
It’s certainly no secret that Jennifer Probst is my absolute favorite author and “All Roads Lead to You” is another perfect ehxample of why that is.
I could FEEL the chemistry between Aidan and Harper from the moment they met. I got actual butterflies in my stomach so often throughout the book. It is one of those books that pull you in – so much so that you feel like you are the heroine (or hero)!
Harper, the heroine, has always felt most safe and “at home” in the barn with the animals. She never fit in at school and she was bullied at every turn – all of which made her the headstrong woman she has become. Now, as an adult, her life revolves around rescuing animals – and they rescue/heal her in return. She is content with her life just as it is.
Then in walks our hero, Aiden; a horse trainer from Ireland who has come to the states for a fresh start and to clear his head. The one thing he is not looking for, is love or a relationship.
Aside from their instant mutual attraction, they have one common goal and that is to “heal” Phoenix – a gorgeous, young colt who was born to run but was horribly abused in the process of his training and was then rescued by Harper. The question is, can they work together – toward their common goal, keep their hands off each other and their hearts guarded…and keep their secrets buried deep?
Overall, I have to say that “All Roads Lead to You” was SO MUCH MORE than I could’ve ever hoped for and is absolutely one of my favorite books I’ve read thus far (and I’ve read hundreds).
I definitely recommend that you take a chance on this book – you will not be disappointed!
I have been a fan of Jennifer Probst’s writing for a while so when I got the email about reviewing this book I was very excited.
All Roads Lead To You is book number 3 in the Stay series but can actually be read as stand-alone but I think you will want to read the previous books just because so far this is a great series.
I love the characters and the chemistry between Harper and Aiden.
If you are looking for a fantastic romance book then I do recommend this one.
I give this 5 out of 5.
This is the third installment in this series but you can easily read this book without reading the others. What a wonderful journey of freeing the demons of your past and welcoming the future.
Harper and her siblings are keeping their mothers dreams alive by running the B&B and animal rescue that she started so many years ago. Harper like to keep to herself and the animals the best she can. Sure she loves her brother and sister, she has a few acquaintances in town but she has never really put herself out there. Her heart belongs to the animals and she is not prepared to put then second in line. When the handsome Irish fella shows up at the B&B and begins to show an interest in the farm she is warry.
Aidan is on a mission to rebuild his life after the betrayal of the worst kind. Not only his business partner but his best friend. Taking his career that he worked so hard to build since a you boy trying to survive. Leaving Ireland for the US was hard but it was his only chance. Just about at his last stretch he finds himself at a small B&B, where the people are wonderful, giving anyone hope for a chance at happiness. When he gets restless and finds the barn and the horses, he suddenly feels much more at home. Recognizing the gem of a racehorse in Phoenix, he brings forward a suggestion and a plan. He is concerned that the owner will be an issue though.
The chemistry and attraction between Harper and Aiden has been there from day one. But they both tried very hard to ignore it for the benefit of their business relationship. There were other factors as well but … sometimes no matter how hard you fight you just can’t stop love from happening. Will this end in heartbreak?
A wonderful series.
