The highly anticipated crossover novel from Sidney Halston’s two bestselling series.Abby: He was my best friend. My first kiss, my first love, my first everything really. But then he walked out of my life and didn’t look back. It was sudden, and I was devastated. All I knew was that Iggy had enlisted in the Army—and that he was leaving me—likely forever. But that was twenty years ago, now my life … years ago, now my life is in shambles and I don’t just have myself to worry about…
Iggy: I still think about her. Every time I walk through the doors of my club, Duality, I’m reminded of what I’m missing. Every time I take a man to the mat at the Academy, it hurts, but not as much as the pain of losing her. Every time I suit-up to fly overseas knowing I might not come back, the regret comes raging back. Life has been hell. But it’s a hell I’ve chosen. I’m happy enough, now. But if she’s in trouble, I can’t stay away. I won’t stay away. I’ll protect her and her children with my life, and if she’ll let me stay, I’ll promise to never leave again.

4 Cranky Stars
All In a swoon worthy second chance romance. I haven’t read the series this was a spin off from, but I didn’t feel like I was missing anything. It has a little bit of everything from action to romance and cute kiddos who steal your heart. Plus, I mean come on Iggy? He’s awesome even if he didn’t make a wise decision as a teenager. He was a teenager they aren’t known for making future life altering decisions.
Abby is a single mom to two precious kids Oscar and Liliana. She’s a widow and a teacher and with the help of her sister Claire and her brother in law Tim she makes do. When she is the only witness to a crime of someone tied to a drug ring her family panics and hires Iggy someone she loved wholeheartedly as a teenager. He left her with a broken heart, but she made a life for herself. Now that her and the kid’s lives is in danger and Iggy sleeping on her couch she is forced to recognize long forgotten feelings and how it will impact her kids and their lives.
Iggy has always loved Abby. Besides his foster mom she was the only family he had but when he joined the Army, he got some news that made him think irrationally and he left her behind. Years later after surviving a roadside bomb and now outfitted for a bionic leg and having a partnership in both a MMA gym and a nightclub he is back in his hometown and on Abby’s doorstep. He endures her wrath for a while but slowly she learns to forgive and he integrates into her little family. He is determined to protect her and the kids no matter what. He finally has the family he’s been searching for and he won’t lose them again.
Iggy!! Such the perfect mix of alpha and sweetheart. I can see why readers of past books wanted him to have his own HEA. He just jumped in with both feet and didn’t look back. Abby was the textbook definition of strong. Raising those kids and a career must be tough. I kind of felt that at times the drama was more a backseat issue and it finally came to a head very quickly in the end. I think this book was more about Iggy and Abby’s journey more than anything. I really enjoyed it and I’m glad I got a chance to read it.
10 star rating for “All In: Iggy’s Story”!
This story is so well written in story line, timeline, and how the past is shared! The characters are all great with such real personalities! I absolutely loved Iggy and Abby, but the children and Abby’s family just balanced the story. But what I really appreciated the most about the story was the awareness to Iggy’s prosthetic leg. It would have been easy to grace the cover with BT Urruela, a true Army Veteran amputee and mentioned it a time or two in the story. This author not only brought awareness, but to the capabilities of an amputee along with the daily discomfort, pain and required care that goes along with it. I just really enjoyed the flow and how the story drew me in! Then I was so excited to realize that I have the 6 books in the Worth the Fight series and have read 4 of them. Time to get the other 2 read!
Abby and Iggy have a beautiful second chance at love again. Loved Abby’s fierce personality and drive to be the best mom. Now throw in the guy that left, someone she has felt broken since he walked away. LOVE LOVED it.

2.5 Stars – I expected a lot better.
I loved the Panic Series and was excited about Iggy’s story but maybe I should learn to tone down my excitement for characters I’ve only briefly met. So it happened again to me that I had very high expectations and dealt with disappointment in the end.
This should have been a quick read but it took me way longer than usual because I wasn’t at all invested in the characters and their fast paced story.
Iggy was hired to protect Abby, a woman he once knew inside and out but hasn’t seen in years. Abby was not happy with the situation and how her sister and brother-in-law thrust someone at her for her protection, someone who broke her heart once.
Well, I never really got to like the vacuous characters, especially Abby. I wasn’t a fan of how she supposedly hated Iggy or was still angry at him for leaving her all those years ago but she hardly acted this way. She was contradictory in her thoughts and actions. It drove me mad how they went at it, hardly knowing the person they’ve become, thinking they could pick up where they left off only a couple of days after he returned to her.
Iggy was an okay character though I expected a lot more from him. He was almost nondescript and I didn’t like how he called her babe/baby all the time.
The story was fast and rather shallow because after only a couple of days when the characters haven’t even spoken about what happened they already thought about having sex and a relationship. They haven’t seen each other for fifteen years and back then they were only kids, so they’re different people now. How come they didn’t want to get to know one another first before they started getting it on and planning a lifetime?!
Although both characters didn’t have it easy in their lives, their story never pulled on my heartstrings.
There were only two moments that were emotional and even made my eyes water because they felt so honest and deep. It wasn’t between Abby and Iggy though because I never felt any connection or chemistry between them. Only other situations and characters made me feel anything at all in this story.
Sorry to say this but I was disappointed also because I know the author can do better.
This is a Worth the Fight/Panic Crossover book and it features Iggy and Abby. She and her kids are in danger and there’s no one better to protect them than him. It’s been almost 20 years since he’s seen her. It may be hard to accept but his reasons for leaving her were heart wrenchingly selfless. The sparks are still there but will she be able to forgive him?
This book has an awesome story line and cast of characters. I loved seeing all of the Worth the Fight guys. If I wasn’t sure about a 5-Star rating for this book, which I already was, Lily’s reason for choosing her dog definitely sealed the deal for me. This is an amazing second chance romance that had me deeply engaged from the first page.
Well hello Iggy! I am so glad to finally get this book. We have seen him in the other books, but never got a clear picture of him. This author created a story that every romance reader should one-click and add to your library! She has weaved her series into this book and increase your interest into going back and reading closer. It is a second chance romance that has you changing whose side you are on. It was an amazing, all consuming, gut wrenching read that will leave you breathless and begging for more. You will not regret one clicking this and starting tonight.
Iggy and aspen have a past that is really hard for them to overcome. When Abby is threatened, she gets a blast from the past. They muddled through their past and all their feelings in hard and difficult ways, but they have to overcome it to protect themselves. This story will make quite the impact and was an amazing start to this new series.
Iggy’s story is such an amazing crossover!! Panic, WtF, and a little peak at Iron Clad. I loved seeing some of my favorite characters but also I’ve been dying for Iggy’s story for what feels like forever.
I was not expecting this second chance romance. I thought, for sure, that Iggy would fall for a model or a dancer. But nope, when he gets the call that his first love needs protection, he’s there, ready to make sure Abby and her kids will make it through this nightmare unscathed.
Iggy was so unbelievably sweet. I loved him so so much. And Abby is absolutely perfect. This story just warmed my heart but it also kept me on the edge of my seat with suspense. I missed quite a few of the WtF books but I’m adding them to my TBR ASAP!!
Wonderful second chance read!
I loved this. Second chance romances are one of my favorites and the author did a fantastic job with this one. I really enjoyed how she told her story and it is beautifully written.
Iggy and Abby are great characters and each other’s first love. When she gets into some danger he comes running back to protect her and her children. It’s sweet, has danger and full of great funny moments. Her kids are a great addition to the this book and their interactions with Iggy will warm your heart.

This was a great second chance romance with lots of cameos of our favorite WtF characters.
Iggy and Abby have a history dating back to high school. Iggy and Abby have not seen each other for 15 years. After Abby is a witness to a murder, there is concern her life may be in danger and her brother in law hires Iggy to provide security to Abby and her two children. Sparks fly between them, but there are still an explanation to be given.
This is a great novel with a well planned story! Definitely a five star read!
I have been waiting on Charles “Iggy” Iglesias’ story since “The Panic” series and it was so worth the wait. Abbigail “Abby”Jones (Williams) met Iggy when he became the new student in school. She was the beautiful, smart but shy girl that had a serve stuttering problem. He was the new good looking “bad boy” that was in the foster care system almost all his life. He defended her over those who try to bully her for her stuttering. She tutored him after school and they became friends. Soon after, they were dating and they were inseparable. Miscommunications soon lead to broken hearts and then a break up. Fast forward over a decade later, Iggy is out of the military after loosing part of his leg during a tour of duty. He is a very successful business man with investments in a gym, night club and Investigating services. He also does some intelligence work on the side. Abby is now a teacher, a widow and a mother of two children Oscar (10) and Lilian (6). Abby has never stopped loving Iggy but when fate/ circumstances involving Iggy guarding Abby’s family; she is non too pleased. The passion is once again ignited. Sexual attraction is off the charts but danger lies ahead. They must overcome hurt feelings of the past while trying to stay safe. Absolutely enjoyed this story and can not wait for the next book in this series!!!
Loved this! I am a huge fan of both the Worth the Fight and Panic series so this crossover novella was right up my alley. Enjoyed glimpses of some of my favorite characters again. Add in that this is just the beginning of a new series and I am giddy! Even if you haven’t read the previous books you will enjoy this well done second chance romance between Iggy and Abby. They were teenage loves until Iggy leaves town never looking back. Now years later he’s hired to protect her when Abby finds herself in a dangerous situation. Will they deal with the past for a chance of a future? You definitely want to read this one and find out. I highly recommend it.
A very well written second chance romance from Sidney Halston and a first from this author for me. I was pulled in to Iggy and Abby’s story from the get go.
Abby is a widow and mum to two kids Oscar and Lily. When she finds herself in need of protection she has no idea the person coming to protect her is the one who walked away from her fifteen years ago leaving her broken hearted.
When Iggy receives a call telling him Abby is in danger he doesn’t think twice about walking back onto her life and protecting her and her kids with everything he has, but as old feeling bubble to the surface if Iggy and Abby have any chance of a future they need to face their past no matter how hard that may be.
A great read that although is said to be a cross over of other series’ by Sidney Halston can be read as a standalone.
That been said I will definitely be reading those other books in the future.
A super sweet second chance. Fantastic suspense. A single mom with two precious children. And one sexy alpha male. Talk about a recipe for a great read! I throughly enjoyed the balance of sweet and suspense Sidney Halston had going on in this one. It made for a read that kept me turning the pages through it all.
Iggy is all kinds of swoony in the most perfectly imperfect way. He not only knows he made mistakes in his past when it comes to Abby, he owns them. And that right there is what second chance dreams are made of. When he shows up back in her life being the hero that he is he’s not only determined to win her back, he’s also determined to keep her and her children safe. And don’t even get me started on how incredibly sweet it was watching this big tough man fall just as hard for her babies.
Abby has been through A LOT in the years since she last saw Iggy. Now a widow and single mother her life has been pretty normal until she was in the wrong place at the wrong time. Reluctant to not only be hurt again herself, but also open her children up to that possibility she definitely makes Iggy work for it. I had a love/hate with that about her. While I definitely think he needed to earn his way back in her heart she was occasionally a bit too wishy washy for me with it. Aside from that this book is as close to perfect as it gets!
This is the first book in a new series and is Iggy and Abby’s story. These two were best friends and Abby was left heartbroken when Iggy left town without looking back. Now years later Abby is an unintentional witness to something she should not have seen, and her life is now in danger, so her brother-in –law hires Iggy to provide security for her and her children. This is a beautifully written story which is an emotional roller coaster journey throughout, as well as having drama, 2nd chances which all leads to a steamy read. I recommend this authors’ work for all.
I received and ARC in exchange for an honest review. I loved Iggy and Abby’s story, I love a good second chance romance and this one didn’t disappoint. My heart broke for Abby and what she went through. I’m glad her and Iggy made their way back to each other. I also love how he was with her kids!! I also like that Abby accepted Iggy with all his changes and what he went through. Great read and totally steamy too!!
I received an ARC in return for an honest review. I love second chance romances. Iggy and Abby were perfect for each other. Their stories just tugged at my heart strings. The way he was with her kids just made him even more sexy. I read this book in just one sitting. I just couldn’t put the book down! You should definitely at it to your TBR list.
