I absolutely loved this book. Teagan and Derek are pure perfection. I loved the push and pull of this story and everything it had to offer. Corinne’s writing keeps getting better and better. Her words captivated me and then leave me speechless. Everyone should read this book!
Omg I’m not even sure how she keeps doing this but Corinne just absolutely floors me! Derek and Teagan’s lives are totally flipped upside down and are thrown back into each other’s worlds. They both kept lingering feelings from each other for years, only to have to face them once again. Teagan’s daughter is fantastic and I absolutely love her to death. Second chance love stories are the best and Corinne of course kills it with this one. Don’t wait to get your hands on it.
Derek and Teagen are perfection, its ‘All I can say’ Rebuilding lost trust, no matter how deep a love is, can be the hardest thing to do in life. Corinne nailed all the feels when it came to not making that easy but wanting us be rooting for this amazing couple. They are the most perfect couple, best friends to lovers, who have to learn to learn communication is the key to everything. I can not wait to reread this book its that amazing!!!!
Can you say holy heartbreak? Teagan…ugh! My heart broke so many times while I was reading All I Ask. We all picture our lives are going to turn out a certain way when we are younger..we never expect the reality of what does become of our life. That is where Teagan is; however, she is one strong and determined woman/mom! Derek….oh Derek…..when your dreams become a reality to you, time stands still…

Wow – I feel in love with Corinne Michaels’s newest book All I Ask for so many reasons. Its a freinds to enemies to lovers romance that is about second chances that is heartfelt and romantic.
Teagan and Derek were best friends in high school and as they move into college their feelings started to change – they just didn’t tell each other. Then the unthinkable happened – Teagan got pregnant and Derek got married – to other people and Derek cut off their friendship without looking back. Now years later Derek is home with his daughter in tow and everything has changed. Teagan now with a daughter of her own is looking for answers while Derek wants his best friend back but what they both don’t realize they want is what they couldn’t admit to each other all those years ago – each other.
The story jumps right into these two characters with both present-day and flashbacks throughout. Told in dual POVs we get both sides of the story and a rich backstory that made me feel for these characters from the get-go. The daughters in my opinion slightly distracted the story with some of their angst but at the end of the day All I Ask is about Teagan and Derek and for that I loved it.

Wow, Corinne Michaels knows just how to tug on your heart. All I Ask is a beautifully written novel involving Derek, who moves back to his hometown with his daughter, and runs into his ex-best friend Teagan. Teagan is a wonderfully caring mom just trying to make it in a world that seems everyone except her daughter is against her. These two give me hope for a better future, and the rollercoaster of a ride Ms. Michaels takes you on will both warm and tear your heart apart. I loved every minute of it, and this is one you definitely don’t want to miss!
All I Ask is the best second chance romance! Derek & Teagan have my heart and I wish I could have more of their future story. I love that both Derek & Teagan have daughters that fit into their romance story. This is such a real life story, which makes me love it even more.
I had one-clicked this book months ago and was so excited for it to finally hit my kindle. I was not disappointed. Corinne Michaels has totally outdone herself yet again. Honestly this book left me so surprised, honestly not your normal Corinne Michaels book. However it totally consumed me, the minute I picked it up I was unable to put it down. So full of so many feels, so many emotions. The Girls, The Moms, The People, you know small towns, if not you will. One of my top books of 2020 and all time. ONE-CLICK-GO! This will leave you with the biggest book hangover yet!
I am such a sucker for second chance romance and Corinne gave s such a doozie with All I Ask. She threw in a single dad and single mom romance too…and there are always sparks flying when you add in 2 teenaged girls! This book had it all.

From their friendship as teenagers to parents trying to navigate their lives, you get it all. A dual point of view gets you into both their minds and hearts.
Teagan was popular and some might say a bully. Teagan was friends with the in-crowd but didn’t necessarily like all that came with it. Derek – well – he wasn’t so much in the “in” crowd but once their path crossed their friendship begin and blossoms into so much more. With years of misunderstandings, these two are back in the same town and things are about to get even more complicated. Be prepared to enjoy the ride of these two as it’s a beautiful but bumpy ride.
One of my favorite things about Corinne Michaels is she writes real couples. You’re not getting light & fluffy, picture-perfect stories but the nitty-gritty, messy love that truly exists. All I Ask is no exception, an emotional journey of two people who’s lives were hit with a heaping dose of reality and the curveballs that come with it.

Years of misunderstandings, heartbreak, and betrayal stand between them, but when they come face to face after all that time their bond is undeniable. I loved how once they reconnected it wasn’t smooth sailing, and the reality of their situation is explored throughout the book. Their past, present & future are a jumbled mess, and I was so invested in their story and how they maneuvered each twisted thread.

My favorite thing about this book is how the relationships between Derek, Teagan, Chastity & Everly were explored & evolved throughout. The kids weren’t shadows, and the reality of finding love as single parents and the impact on their children was at the forefront of the book.
Heartwarming and sexy, it’s a beautifully written story that sucked me in and had me rooting for them from the very beginning. I loved the characters, the storyline and every single moment of this book. I can’t wait for everyone to experience Teagan & Derek’s story and hope everyone loves them as much as I do

All I Ask was an absolutely beautiful story. It is about heartbreak, loss, forgiveness, and second chances. I know without a doubt every single time I pick up a book from Ms. Michaels, I will be so swept up in her words that I’ll never want to come back out. All I Ask was no different.
Teagan and Derek were incredible characters-both so different yet underneath it all they wanted the same things. Teagan was the ‘it girl’ in high school whereas Derek was a ‘nerd’. But despite their differences they were best friends. But as life begins to change for the both of them, they go their separate ways. Now, thirteen years later they may finally have their chance for their HEA.

This book was EVERYTHING! The entire feel of the story was amazing. I adored both Teagan and Derek and their chemistry was undeniable. I highly recommend reading this book!
I love lost love stories. I love when two people share a past that is only shared by them. New people come and go, hearts break and mend but the lost love relationship is forever.

Corinne Michaels not only exceeded any expectations I had but blew them all out of the water. From the first chapter I knew she brought her A game and I was about to be taken on one hell of a journey!! The more angst a book has the more I love it. My top must have for any trope is that the FEELS must be abundant. All kinds of feels!! I want to hurt, cry, laugh, love and be distraught. I certainly did that with Teagan & Derek.
All I Ask is a story about 2 broken people that will renew your faith in love, forgiveness and second chances. Their journey is not a simple one, and there are a lot of obstacles but through perseverance their is hope. Isn’t that what we could all use in our life??

Corrine will take you on an emotional journey that will have you feeling everything. It’s a story that is real and raw. It will make you believe in second chances. There was even a mention of a cute navy seal in there which was a cute surprise. Another amazing read and worth picking up.

This is by far one of my favorite reads of 2020! As usual, Corinne Michaels skillfully extracts all the emotions from me leaving me breathless, but she always manages to leave my heart so full of joy and satisfaction by the end. I love Derek and Teagan and their incredible second chance to get it right. Although it’s really their first chance as a couple since they were just best friends back in school since neither of them owned up to their feelings. This led to years of heartache and pain for both of them but it seems even more so for Teagan. I love the back and forth from past to present as it helps to understand these characters so much better. But in the present, Derek makes me totally swoon with his beautiful words and it’s no wonder despite her fears of being ruined by him, Teagan is powerless to resist him. I really can’t express any more how much I loved this book!!!
An emotional ride through friendship, love, loss, mistakes, and being a single parent.
Teagan and Derek made me want to scream at times but ultimately I loved them and their journey. We all make choices that we think are right at the time even when other people can’t see it. The absolute truest form of love is expressed in the selfless decisions these two make regarding each other even though it causes massive amounts of hurt to themselves. They deserved their HEA!!!!
This book is so sweet and makes me believe that when something is meant to be…. it will be but usually not when we always expect it. I have reviewed many of Corinne’s books because as an author she has this craft of bringing characters to life. She can create this perfect canvas and as a reader you just need to buckle up and enjoy the ride. Not many authors have this craft where they can make you laugh, cry, yell and scream all at the same book and she does it EVER SINGLE DAMN TIME! I love how real this story is. Life is never easy. We make choices and with every choice comes repercussion. For Teagan and Derek they danced around their feelings as teenagers and by the the time they realized how each felt they had other factors affecting their decisions. Teagan had a popular boyfriend and Derek never felt he would enough. So when Teagan gets pregnant Derek realizes he needs to move on. This second chance book is so sweet and deserves all the praise.
