A new, sexy standalone from #1 New York Times Bestseller, Vi Keeland. When I first encountered Ford Donovan, I had no idea who he was…well, other than the obvious. Young, gorgeous, successful, smart. Did I mention young? If I did, it bears repeating. Ford Donovan was too young for me.Let’s back up to how it all started. My best friend decided I needed to start dating again. So, without my … dating again. So, without my knowledge, she set up a profile for me on a popular dating site–one that invited men ages twenty-one to twenty-seven to apply for a date. Those nicknamed Cunnilingus King were told they’d go straight to the top for consideration. The profile wasn’t supposed to go live. Another point that bears repeating–it wasn’t supposed to.
Nevertheless, that’s how I met Ford, and we started messaging. He made me laugh; yet I was adamant that because of his age, we could only be friends. But after weeks of wearing me down, I finally agreed to one date only–my first after twenty years of being with my high school sweetheart. I knew it couldn’t last, but I was curious about him.
Though, you know what they say…curiosity kills the cat.
My legs wobbled walking into the restaurant.
Ford was seated at the bar. When he turned around, he took my breath away.
His sexy smile nearly melted my panties.
But…he looked so familiar.
As I got closer I realized why.
He was the son of the neighbor at our family’s summer home.
The boy next door.
Only now…he was all man.
I hadn’t seen him in years.
I left the restaurant and planned to put the entire crazy thing behind me.
Which I did. Until summer came.
And guess who decided to use his family’s summer home this year?

This captivating romance had me under its spell right from the start and didn’t let go. A stunning love story that is powerfully raw, incredibly sexy, breathtakingly romantic and beautifully inspiring. An incredibly sexy, fiercely protective, very determined hero and a beautiful, genuine and resilient heroine. With each page I fell deeper for these characters and their story. The attraction is magnetic and chemistry is not only off-the-charts; it is palpable. They share a soul-deep connection that neither can explain and are powerless to resist. The flirty banter between them was so natural and had me laughing often. Their passion is sizzling and explosive. The storyline is incredibly well-written, flowed seamlessly, and is a rollercoaster ride of emotions. I could feel everything the characters experienced; the emotions radiated from the pages. I loved every second of this unforgettable story and didn’t want it to end. One of my favorite books by Vi Keeland! If you want a book that will make you weak in the knees, steal your breath and have you laughing too than this is one you want to read!
*5 Stars*
First of all, can we take a second to appreciate the cover of this book? It has to be one of my favourite covers of all time. Now that I’ve gotten that off my chest…
I loved this book. I was hooked right away, and I really wanted to get to know Ford and Valentina. The connection these two have straight away was wonderful, and not all forced or too “insta” for me. The age gap part of this story was interesting, but it didn’t at all feel out of place.
Ford is a fantastic hero for this book, and I truly loved him. He was such a great character, who wouldn’t fall in love with him? Valentina was a fabulous heroine too, and I could understand all the things warring inside that mind of hers.
A wonderful story that had me captivated from the start. Highly recommend.
Mrs. Peabody told me I loved it before I even began! My need for my own Mrs. Peabody aside, All Grown Up is a wonderful story. Its filled with hope, insecurities, issues, and love. So much love!
A sexy young man to jumpstart her life but in reality he is exactly what she needed to begin living for the first time!
If my happily ever after turns into the sour note that Valentina got, I hope I have a Ford in my future!
An older woman, younger man romance.
I loved it!! Vi Keeland never fails to draw me in with her interesting characters, a perfect balance of hotness and addictive storyline.
I loved Ford, the hottie next door, the boy who used to babysit for her son when he was a teen at their summer beach house and now he’s all grown up, a hottie but a hottie that has the hots for Valentina.
I loved the push and pull in the beginning. Valentina had so many doubts about why she couldn’t’ enter into a relationship with a younger man and even though she was now single, divorced and experiencing life again, a relationship with a man 12 years younger was something she just couldn’t allow herself to experience but Ford was persistent, he was a man who knew exactly what he wanted and went for it.
Ford owned his own business had been the carer for his sister when his parents died in a car accident, he was mature and a hottie to boot.
I loved both of these characters and the hea was heartwarming.
I listened to this on audio and I thoroughly enjoyed Andi Arndt and Sebastian York’s narration, they are a great team, always do the characters justice and I always enjoy audio from these two narrators.
I have always attempted to give ‘star’ ratings on my completed reads, just as a tracking method for my titles that I have completed. I have unlimited packages for audio, kindle, and utilize the local/state library.
However, I do not check the ‘I recommend this book’ unless I am willing to reread a book and or a series.
[I read about 5-15 books a month through kindle, and I listen to about 15-30 books monthly]
I have a full life as a nurse, professor, wife, daughter [daughter in law], sister, and mother. I love to read and love a thousand other lives by turning the pages in countless books.
Thank you for the opportunity to provide a review. Happy reading 🙂
OMG! I had no idea how much I missed reading VI’s amazing mind until I dove into this story. And whoa, what a story that was!! I’m still reeling from what I just read.
First if all, I have to admit that All Grown Up was a bit of a risk for me. You wonder why? Well, in general, I have a bit of an issue with the relatively big age gaps. I don’t hate them per se, but I won’t be the first in line also for them. Sometimes they click for me and they become some of my favorites, and sometimes they don’t. But really, I shouldn’t have worried this time. Vi more than made me fall in love with this couple. Ford and Valentina stole my heart completely and after a few pages only into their story, I had all but forgotten the age gap about them. Their love was so much powerful than any inhibition I may have.
Their chemistry is outwordly. Just like with every Keeland love duo, you can feel it on you from head to toe. The passion, the intensity, the connection that they shared were perfect. Vi has written them so masterfully that they elevate every element of their unique relationship.
I urgently need to listen to the audiobook also so I can experience the ones and only Sebastian York and Andi Ardnt bring this amazing love to life in my ears. I can’t wait for the second round of shivers that that will bring to dominate me.
I think it’s useless to say that I recommend it to everyone. It’s a no brainer, really. All Grown Up is the perfect book for anyone who wants to feel the true love aspect of the Summer and get even hotter while sunbathing on the beach under the hot sun.
I love Vi Keeland’s books. Truthfully though, I wasn’t sure I would like this book. I have never been a fan of the older woman scenario. However, Ford had such depth & dirty talk I ended up enjoying this book!!
Just a great story, Realistic characters. Audio book is great as well.
Fabulous book.
Lovely heartwarming story that I loved so much I couldn’t put my book down I was so eager to find out what the ending was.
Loved Ford and Valentina. Loved the storyline and all the characters.
So happy that they eventually were getting married and finding out that Val was pregnant on their wedding day was wonderful.
Fantastic their family was all in for them too and that Ford made sure to go after Val and make her his wife.
I just wish we could have found out if Mrs Peabody’s prediction was right with twin girls.
Val is a loyal, sexy divorcee who’s confidence has been poked and prodded by her ex-husband for so long she’s lost her ability to trust her heart. A sexy, smoking hot, confident man twelve years her junior could never want her or so she believes. Ford’s personality in knowing what he wants and showing Val he’s willing to play by her rules is what truly made me love this book. Add the witty banter and entertaining secondary characters that I’ve come to expect from Vi Keeland and All Grown Up is a certified winner and a number one recommendation.
Loved it!
All Grown Up is my very first book by this author and all I can simply say is “Wow!” now that I am on the other side of a 4-hour book binge. It was that great – with a well developed plot, two amazingly realistic and complex characters, as well as a whole gamut of sweet, sexy, angsty and LOL movements. I could not have put this book down to save my life. Ford and Val’s story was unique and unpredictable, but also real and so well written from beginning to end. I for one was sad to see it end, but the epilogue did a great job at solidifying their HEA in ebook heaven for me. I will reread this book over and over, but first I have already gotten two more ebooks by this author and will start my next book binge as soon as I share this review. So, run – don’t walk – to read this book!!!
I love older woman/younger man stories and this on didn’t disappoint. Plus, who doesn’t love a boy next door? A perfect summer read.
So good! I loved it! I did have a few tears when Ford thought Val needed to experience life and not jump into the first relationship after her divorce. Even with the age difference between them, Ford was very mature and i felt how much they loved one another. The month they were apart drove me crazy, but the HEA more than made up for it!
DEAD…that is how I feel after reading All Grown Up! Vi Keeland slayed me. I freaking LOVED this story! I’m not a huge fan of age gap relationships, but this one was written beautifully. Valentina’s insecurities about her and her feelings for Ford were so legit, but VAL, get it together girl! Ford Donovan is not just any younger man. He is smart, sexy, thoughtful, and did I mention sexy? Val and Ford burned up the freaking pages. Like I literally had to fan myself with these two. Not just the sexy times either, they burned up the pages with their banter. I absolutely loved their relationship!
Ford.. Ford..Ford.. you may only need to hear his name to know he is going to steal your heart!
Valentina is a 37 divorce that is trying to get her life back after her son goes off to college. While she has plans for her future her best friend has other ideas. Eve pushes Val to get back out there and start dating again. Match.com is all it will take. Will she take a chance or will she shy away forever?
Ford is 100% a sexy man!
But is he man enough for Val? will certain things keep them from coming together?! I highly suggest you pick this one up to find out!
I voluntarily reviewed an advanced complementary copy of this book!
Currently reading, such a tear jerker I had to stop at 82%. Will wait a few days to finish when I have time for a good cry. No idea if it is a HEA, but should have known it would be gut wrenching because of author, one of my favorite!!
Ok finished the book, sooo good. Ford is really hot and extremely mature for his age, and Val is so brave to go after what she wants to experience in life. Great book! Like I said one of my fav authors!
Age is an issue of mind over matter. If you don’t mind, it doesn’t matter.-Mark Twain
I loved this story of Valentina and Ford!! Valentina had to get past her feelings of what was acceptable and just go with her heart. She and Ford were made for each other, and age should not matter as long as compatibility is there and ESPECIALLY love!! They had that in multitudes!! Such a beautiful love story, with a great message.
Of course, the narration by Sebastian York and Andi Arndt made the story come alive. I love those two narrators, and especially together!
This is my first solo book I have read from Vi. I have read her work she wrote along with Penelope Ward. I thought she was fabulous in collaborating. However, I loved reading her solo. I definitely will be reading more. I truly enjoyed Ford and Val’s story. Val was a divorced mother of a college son. Val’s friend signed her up for a dating app without her knowing. Ford’s company was advertising on that sight. One night Fors went on the site to do research. He came across Val’s profile and that’s where it all starts. You will not be disappointed. A must read.

It was great reading about a mature younger man and older woman. He was funny and great keeping after her until she gave in. Very steamy, romantic and realistic too.
