He’s tantalizing trouble she can’t resist… he’s never met, Mitch is everything she never thought she wanted—and suddenly everything she craves.
Finding his half brothers after all these years is more than Mitch Crews has allowed himself to wish for. Finding love never even crossed his mind…until he meets Charlotte. She’s sweet, warmhearted, sexier than she knows—and too damn good for an ex-con like him. But when his past comes back to haunt him, putting Charlotte—and the family he’s come to care for—in danger, Mitch isn’t playing by the rules. He’s already surrendered his heart, but now he’ll risk his life.

Mitch Crew’s father Elliot had told him stories about Elliot’s two sons and their mother Ros. Elliot has been in and out of Mitch’s life, mostly out, so when Mitch gets out of prison he decides he wants to meet his two half-brothers, the only family he has besides his father. But he feels he has so much baggage that they won’t want to have a bastard ex-con in their lives.
This is the third book in the Road to Love series. The first two books focused on the brothers Brodie and Jack, along with their mother Ros and Charlotte, who is like a little sister. Everyone is caught off balance when Mitch shows up but with just one look Ros knows Mitch is Elliot’s son. Mitch has never had anyone who really was there for him growing up and he is totally unprepared for the Crew family, for their love and acceptance but also their strong, outspoken personalities. It was fun watching Brodie and Charlotte go at each other, just like a brother and sister, and Mitch not understanding the banter.
While Brodie and Mary seemed liked opposites, and Jack and Ronnie seemed like an odd couple, Mitch and Charlotte are perfectly balanced. I had so much fun watching these two tip-toe around each other, neither confident enough to really make their feelings known. Plus, Mitch comes with his own dog, Brute because, really, all the Crew men have dog.
I received an advanced readers copy through NetGalley and this is my honest review.
I received the ARC of All Fired Up from NetGalley and the publisher and this is my fair and honest review.
Wow, is all I can say. I really enjoyed the first two books in this series but for me this one was the best of all three. I loved Mitch and Charlotte as a couple, and the interaction between Mitch and his new found family. I love how important family is in this series, it makes you feel like you are apart of them as you read along I would definitely recommend this book to others.
All Fired Up by Lori Foster
I received an ARC in exchange for an honest review.
All Fired up is the new book by Lori Foster .
Wow!!! Very well written, romantic suspense. Love Mitch & Charlotte I was pulled right into this story. The character’s are well written and the plot is simply brilliant. Another fun and sexy romp through this chemistry driven story.
I believe you will truly love this story.
I highly recommend this book.
After losing her parents at a young age Charlotte Parish was taken in by the Crews family and it didn’t take long at all for her to feel like she belonged with them, quickly finding her place as a daughter and sister. Which is probably the driving force for her craving to have one of her own, she wants to find someone with the same dream, a responsible man with a stable job, good heart, and someone ready to settle down.
Then Mitch wanders into her world, and saves the day when she finds herself stranded alongside the road, and suddenly her list of qualifications for a mate don’t seem quite as important. He is everything she didn’t want in a mate, he’s a bad boy through and through, and for some reason her heart wants him… a man that is anything but stable or ready to settle down. She knows he is the kind of man that could break her heart, but she just can’t ignore the undeniable sparks that they share!
All Fired Up is an opposites attract story that comes brimming with heart-squeezing emotion, family drama, action-packed suspense, and of course some steamy romance too! I really enjoyed this latest installment in the Road to Love series, it had the perfect amounts of everything needed to keep me captivated and swimming in feels the whole way through. These two slow danced around one another, keeping each other at arm’s length, the sparks constantly simmering, and me dying of anticipation. I adored these characters, they both had rough starts at life, and it did my heart so good to finally see them find the true happiness that they deserved… they are my favorite pairing of the series! I highly recommend you get your hands on this one, it’s good on the heart and destined to have swooning like a fool throughout!
I requested an advanced copy of this title from the publisher, via NetGalley request, and I am voluntarily leaving my honest and unbiased opinion.
This story was by far the best of the series.
It’s the story of Mitch Crews, a man whose life up to now, would have broken a weaker individual.
The abuse he experienced as a child and later imprisonment when he was really trying to protect someone who had never cared for him, was heartbreaking.
Now a free man, he decides to meet his two half brothers. This occurs sooner than later when he sees a young woman, Charlotte, being harassed outside a bar. A woman who is like a sister to his half brothers and one he is very much attracted to.
It was touching to see the support everyone gave Mitch and how they are willing to defend him and have his back when an evil individual from his past comes to town threatening everything and everyone he has come to care about.
Above all , it’s a story about family. In this case, Mitch’s family. Quoting Mitch, “This family, HIS family, was completely loony, loyal to a fault, a little bloodthirsty and he loved them all dearly.”
A wonderful book worth your time.
I was entrusted a copy of this book by Netgalley and HQN Books. The opinions expressed are solely my own.
This is the best book of the series! It held my attention and drew me in from the beginning. It was emotional and truly heartwarming to read as Mitch gets the family he always wanted, plus the love of his life. I’ve liked Charolette throughout the series and enjoyed getting to know more about her. Her and Mitch have an instant and believable connection. It was wonderful how accepting Brodie, Jack and especially Ros were of Mitch and instantly bring him into the family. I loved the theme of family, loyalty and having each other’s back no questions asked. It’s a great mix of romance, humor and a little suspense that hit me with all the feels.
I voluntarily reviewed an Advanced Reader Copy of this book.
Lori Foster never disappoints. I loved this book. Mitch and Charlotte (and the whole family) were relatable, caring, everything every family would love to have, yet still had issues to overcome like every family does. This story had everything. Suspense, romance, self doubt, acceptance, forgiveness, anger, happiness, love. And Brute’s story and part in Mitch and Charlotte’s story was perfect! Read this book. You won’t be disappointed. I received an ARC from NetGalley, and this is my honest review.
Do you crave a heated romance with a suspenseful twist and three adorable dogs? Then this heartfelt, sexy romance will fill that need and then some. Third in the series, this novel can be read as a standalone as well. The well flushed out characters, the well crafted story, with just enough heat to give you all the feels, Foster ends it with such a satisfying HEA, you’ll remember it for days with a smile on your face.
He had no one left so he went to Mustang, Inc to meet the woman who was not like his mother.
He found the family he never had. A family he’d never dared to hope for.
I enjoyed the build-up of the relationship. Being reminded of past characters is like a family reunion.
I really liked this story. It is my favorite if the trio.
Applause for the amazing Lori Foster! What a freaking awesome ending! Mitch is my favorite though I do love them all. From all the doggies to the family and the drama and the as always the steaming hot chemistry from the start…this book is a winner. I am the weirdo who loves to cry/tear up when reading a book and man…Lori…this book did it several times but the story is so freaking good. My heart broke from Mitch and Brute but he got his happy ending with the amazing Charlotte and he got his family. I loved that Elliott also made good. This book really needs 10 stars.
Mitch is an ex-con, he comes to town with his adorable dog to start fresh, to meet the Crew brothers, to lay down roots and make connections. He finds Charlotte, and a whole lot more than he ever expected.
Charlotte is the beloved adopted sister of the Crews family, equal parts sweet and feisty she wants Mitch from the moment he steps from the shadows to protect her.
This story has so much goodness. It’s a feel good romance for a boy who grew up in hard circumstances, ran on hard times but stayed true to his inner moral compass and reaps the bounty when he reaches out to unknown family. The Crews brothers may have had a wayward father but they are all good men and the woman in their life are the gooey good center. Trouble may try and chase Mitch down but nothing with family like the Crews how could evil win?
Reading this was like cuddling up by the fire, with a warm fuzzy blanket in the arms of someone you love, nothing better.
I’m truly thankful I am part of the review team, I am tickled I was able to leave this review.

A Romance full of surprises!
A fantastically fast paced read with a slow burning romance. This was intriguing right from the start with so much revealed, I dropped my jaw a few times.
I loved the characters, open, honest and real. Charlotte was not your badass heroine, but what she did have was compassion and fierce protective instincts. Mitch was a lot tougher, but deep down he was an honorable and caring man, who’d had the luck of the hesperus, that is, until he met the Crews family. Family is everything!
There’s drama, suspense, action all here, with a lot of anticipation to keep you flipping pages, along with a bit of happy heat.
The furbabies, especially Brute, Mitch’s dog, played a huge part in here and I loved it all.
This is a stand alone with it’s own HEA. I would, however, suggest reading books 1 and 2 in this series because they are that good, but will also add to the depth of feelings in this book.
The whole Crews family is included throughout and now brings up another scenario that I would love Ms. Foster to write into this series.
I received an ARC from the author thru Netgalley and am voluntarily leaving my honest thoughts and opinions
Oh this is one awesome story as are all of Lori’s books! I have not read any of her books that I have read that I couldn’t put down and this one is no exception! Thank you for writing such great books Lori!
Mitch has decided to look up his half brothers. Wanting to find a place to settle down as well as family Mitch wasn’t prepared for what he found. No used to family he soon learns that now he isn’t alone. One look at Charlotte and he knew he found home. So enjoyed getting more from this family and the love they have for each other!!
Wow, Ms. Foster, just wow! Once again you grabbed me from the very first page and kept my rapt attention until the final word. Mitch is the perfect redeemed hero and Charlotte is the calming balm for his soul.

I swear just a few sentences into a Lori Foster book and I’m sucked completely in. It’s so hard to put one of her books down and go to work or to sleep. The struggle is insanely real.
I love this series with the brothers and Ros. The unconditional acceptance Ros gives makes you want to give her a hug thru the book and then when Mitch shows up and drops a bombshell she just rolls with it along with everyone else. This is the last book of the series and while I immensely enjoyed the first 2, this one is hands down my favorite. You get the big strong alpha male with a strong female, plenty of romance and suspense with such powerful emotion that you can feel. A true page-turner. A fantastic read that I highly recommend.
I received an ARC from NetGalley and this is my honest review
I thought I loved the first two books/brothers in this series and that was it for me…but I was SO wrong. Mitch Crews grabbed my heart, soul, and everything else from the very first pages. Don’t get me wrong – I loved his brothers’ stories AND Brodie and Jack – but Mitch? He is my new fave. Just sayin’. All Fired Up is the third book in the Road To Love series. Sure, you could read it as a standalone however the entire family shows up in Mitch’s story AND the other two are fantastic reads. I love that I know the characters and their stories.
I won’t retell the plot however I will tell you what I loved about Mitch’s story. Mitch comes to town to meet his two half-brothers – Brodie and Jack. The first person he runs into, though, is their pseudo-sister, Charlotte. Right from the start, Mitch’s and Charlotte’s chemistry is off the charts and sets up the funniest “brother” thing that I have ever read. Poor Mitch. He has two alpha “big” half-brothers who are very protective of Charlotte so he doesn’t know if his intense feelings for her are icky (because she is like a sister to them) or totally hawt. It’s pretty funny. And of course, Brodie and Jack, being themselves AND big brothers, well, they play it to the hilt. Love that.
Mitch and Charlotte (we met Charlotte in the previous books) are perfect for one another. She is a bit young in the experience department but she can hold her own with all three brothers. Their relationship is so touching and warm…Mitch has so much to learn about trust and true feelings. Good thing Charlotte is there to help nudge him along, especially with his new nosy/buttinsky family.
There’s so much in this book: Mitch’s character unfolding, the family’s reaction to him, the family dynamics, and bad guys. Gotta have bad guys. The action got my heart pumping and made it so I had to read the last part of the book in one sitting, the next day, so that I wouldn’t think about it all night long. Great read, wonderful characters (LOVE those Crews boys!), and a really touching story. It was fun to visit with the “wives” again, and Brodie’s and Jack’s momma, Ros. There is a lot of action and intrigue and drama and sexy and a growing love to keep you reading until you are thru. I highly recommend this book and the series. Amazing!
I have really been enjoying this Road to Love series by Lori Foster but I have to say that All Fired Up is my new favorite story of the series. I absolutely love Mitch. His past broke my heart and just like Charlotte, I wanted to give him a great big hug and never let go. And Charlotte was such a sweetheart. Shoot! This whole family is simply amazing. Brodie and Charlotte’s interactions made me smile and laugh out loud at times. The humor and camaraderie between the characters were just so fun to read. Add in cute fur babies and I’m hooked. And the sexual chemistry between Mitch and Charlotte was definitely a slow burn but it ignited big time when they finally got together. I loved every minute of their romance. The little bit of danger that was also involved had my heart racing too. When I first read the synopsis and saw that the hero was an ex-con, I wasn’t sure how I felt about that or how Lori would write him, but trust me, you need to hear his story and you’ll fall in love with him too. Absolutely a must read story. I loved it so much that I’ve read it twice already.
*I voluntarily read an advance copy of this book*
Meh
I love reading Lori Foster’s novels. Her Body Armour trilogy, the Buckhorn series, Undercover trilogy. Love them all. I got this story at a reduced price and… wasn’t fond of it. Her hero’s all seem to have the same personality, same with her heroines. The women are all independent and stubborn. I found myself skipping pages while reading, and I hate that. This novel should have been half the size it was. I felt no chemistry between the two love interests and it felt like Charlotte treated Mitch like a victim when he didn’t want that, almost like a mother hen. It annoyed me.
If you are a Lori Foster diehard Id pick this book up. If not, don’t.
All Fired Up is book 3 in the Road to Love Series and its totally my favorite! From the characters to the animals (I especially love the animals) to the mustangs, there is something for all romance lovers.
Mitch Crews was finally free, free of the prison that shackled he with a label he would never be free of…ex-con, but he is also free of his mother and her toxic boyfriend that made his life hell and finally, he was free to go search for his brothers that he knew all about, but they never knew him.
When Charlotte Parrish tire went flat outside Freddie’s the town bar, the last thing she needs to be dealing with is drunken idiots like Bernie, when all she wanted to do was get home, but here she was listening to Bernie’s nonsense, and hoping that Brodie, Jack or Roz got her messages before her phone died! But in rolled a knight in shining armor, who turned out to be so much more than a simple knight.
What a book! It seriously gives you everything and more! I don’t think I have ever been disappointed in a book or a series by Lori Foster and I certainly wasn’t in this one! Charlotte is the ultimate heroine (for me), sweet, sassy, organized, and independent, but also welcomes being protected by the ones that care about her, She totally rocks! And then there is Mitch, who despite a terrible upbringing, has grown into a wonderful, loyal man, who just wants to protect those he cares about. I love him so much, he is totally up there in the top four of Dare, Rowdy, Armie and now Mitch. All Fired Up is an absolute corker of a book and one that I will read again and again.
