WOW! Just WOW! This is my first read by this author, and now I have to go back to get the Miranda’s Rights books, in order to read all the Miranda and Parker books.
I loved this mystery. I loved the characters. As a huge reader I was thrilled that I did not anticipate the ending to this “who done it” story. It is to find these kinds of author treasures that I try all kinds of free Bookbub titles. Once I find such a treasure I collect all of the series. This one is right up there with J.D. Robb! Thanks to Bookbub for introducing me to Ms. Lanier’s Miranda Steel books. (Gotta download the “Someone Else’s Daughter” title-right now..
Suspenseful!!!!!
This book is excellent, with real characters. It remains a mystery right to the end. I will admit it is a little beyond reality with all of the riches and glamour. I would to read more of these books.
