Harper and Milo have been friends since childhood, and love and understand each other. But what happens when they realize they have loved each other as more than friends for a long time? And when they understand that each has made the other’s life better?
I enjoyed this slow awakening book, and the characters made me smile.

I truly enjoyed this book about Harper and Milo and their relationship. This is the second book I’ve read that takes place in the ocean front town of Morgan’s Bay. The fictional characters that Paolo created that live in this town have a strong connection with each other that contributes to the enjoyment of reading these books.
Paolo has a knack of writing conversation which is realistic and natural. It makes you feel as though you are sitting in the room, conversing with the characters. They easily become your close friends and you look forward to reading because you love spending time with them.
Even though this book is the second in the series, it is possible to read it as a standalone story. I’m looking forward to the next book in the series.
A fun, enjoyable and definitely entertaining romance. The characters are engaging and fun to get to know. The story line flows smoothly from page to page and the author does a great job captivating the reader’s attention. A perfect summertime romantic read and I highly recommend.

Milo and Harper’s story is a friends-to-lovers romance that was really enjoyable to read! I can’t wait to read the next book in the Morgan’s Bay series!
What would it be like to suddenly realize that you have fallen in love with your best friend of 20 years ? Harper and Milo were six when they met , best friends since the sixth grade, and now after an unexpected night of passion , they discover that their love for each other has matured . Each is terrified of admitting it to themselves and each other. What if the relationship fails and they no longer have each other? ” I guess when something is always there , you just expect it to always be there” – what if it’s not? This second book of the Morgan’s Bay series is beautifully written.
All Because I Met You by Theresa Paola is Morgan’s Bay Book 2. I am a fan of Paola’s and I have been for years. She writes entertaining and compelling rom-coms and this is no exception. Milo and Harper had been best friends since they were six years old. They were roommates now, along with high school science teacher, Jasper. Milo not only listened to her rant after yet another bad date, but he helped her with he mother and brother. Her mother, the alcoholic, and her brother, the most important person in her life. They needed a lot of help. Tom, who had Down syndrome, also had a job at the grocery store and needed rides to and from. Too often her mother was down for the count and Milo or Harper had to pick up the slack. All she wanted was a good life with a man to love. Was that too much to ask?
Harper is very tightly wound. She seems to think she can cure her mother’s problems by nagging, which of course, didn’t work. She really didn’t want to be in Morgan’s Bay at all. She yearned for a real life, somewhere else. She was trying to build a business: painting, either holding classes or doing commission work. She was working on 50 glasses for a young woman’s graduation party right now. Her good friends, Ilsa and Olivia had pretty much convinced her that her problem was a lack of orgasms and that she should try that rabbit she had purchased at a sex toy party recently. Well, she’s had to buy something. She tried it. She enjoyed it. Not as much as the real thing, though, so she decided to remedy that with a fling…with Milo. Milo is a great guy. Everyone says so. She’s never looked at him that way. Should she? Should he? This is a fun, sexy book despite the fact it has its share of misery and bad things. Paola has done it again. I recommend it. You will like it, I know.

This is book two in The Morgan’s Bay series and it is Harper and Milo’s story. Harper and Milo are best friends and roommate’s and when Harper had another disastrous date she decides to take matters into her own hands. Milo has had his heart broken many times and now all relationship are off the cards for him but when he makes a joke to his best friend Harper he is shocked when she said yes. Will this work out for them or will it completely break there friendship apart. I love this story so much and Harper and Milo have such a connection between them that you can feel it coming off the page’s of this book. Theresa Paolo is a brilliant author and writer and I definitely recommend you read this book and other’s by her and you will not be disappointed.

If you love small town romance, this book will bring it to life for you. The characters are believable, caring and compassionate with a good dose of humour in the mix. I could not put the book down and will quite likely read again. I congratulate the author for writing such a heart warming book during a difficult time and look forward to her next offering.
Book 2 in the Morgan’s Bay series, this is the story of friends to lovers. There is plenty of emotion, tension, chemistry, family drama, fears, taking chances, and love. It was a heartwarming and entertaining read and I loved my return to Morgan’s Bay.
What a well written love story from best friends to lovers. Harper and Milo have been best friends since six. They see each other as perfect in ever way so it was natural they take the next step with lots of bumps on the way.
