Welcome to Grizzly Cove, where the sheriff has more than the peace to protect. The proprietor of the new bakery in town is clueless about the dual nature of her nearest neighbors, but not for long. It’ll be up to Sheriff Brody to clue her in and convince her to stay calm—and in his bed—for the next fifty years or so. Yeah, that might be enough. Then again, maybe he’ll keep her forever.* PLEASE … forever.
* PLEASE NOTE: This NOVELLA first released in the LOVE EVER AFTER box set, which came out on September 15, 2015. Meaning – if you already have the box set, you already have this story.

Big John had a plan and now it’s come to pass…He has put together a group of bears and they have established Grizzly Cove, a new town where bear shifters can relocate and live a life like normal people with Sheriff and all…
Sheriff Brody has always had en eye on the cute human Nell Baker that owns the only bakery in town. She and her younger sisters Ashley and Tina are the first humans allowed in the Cove as a trial run to see if humans can be let in to their idyllic little town without the fear that they will be outed to the world. Problem is Brody doesn’t want to make a move on Nell because he wants her to know all about him before he does.
Koala shifters are very rare and a drunken unknown just come into the bakery may be just the solution to his love problem.
The last to know
Such a perfect little short story to start off a new series. I enjoyed the concept of an all bear shifter town. The author put so much detail into the descriptions and the characters that I can already tell each book will only get better. I love that a surprise reveal in front of the sheriff gets the mate ball rolling. I think Nell took everything pretty well Especially the drunk koala. I really can’t wait to read the next book. Which bear will fall next, or will it be one of the sisters.
Somehow I started this series without reading the first three books in the series. I don’t know how that happened. Okay, I lied, I do know how it happened. I kinda noticed a book of hers up for review and jumped on it and after I started it realized it was part of a series.
My bad!
I did go back to read the first three so I’m caught up to where I left off and can now continue reading the rest in the series.
I really enjoyed All About the Bear. Great title, right! Both Nell and Brody are likable characters. I also enjoyed her sisters are in books two and three so don’t worry, you’ll enjoy more of them.
This book opens with some laugh out loud humor. The scene inside the bakery is so funny. Or at least it was to me. What can I say, I’m easy to amuse.
The romance happens quickly between these two but really with shifters it always does. They are perfect for a short story. No need for to much romance. As a whole, this is a great introduction to the town and some of the characters. I’m so glad I went back to read it. It’s a quick read so you can do it in one afternoon. Less than 100 pages. But well worth the time.
Great beginning to a series I am looking forward to read
I really enjoyed the first book in this series, and can not wait to download the rest. Fun romances and great back story to continue on. A group of Werebears decide to build a town, and for the first time they let non shifters move in, not knowing they have other supernatural powers.
