Outlaws, schemes, and love… it’s all there in the Alien Outlaws series… the rest of the crew through heists, hijinks, and love in the Alien Outlaws series by Kate Rudolph. Included in this collection are Rogue Alien’s Escape, Rogue Alien’s Woman, Rogue Alien’s Secret, and Rogue Alien’s Legacy.
Rogue Alien’s Escape
When a dashing purple alien named Xandr smashes Andie’s carefully constructed existence to pieces, she’ll need to make a choice: remain trapped on a planet where freedom is little more than an illusion, or reach for something greater and risk everything.
Rogue Alien’s Woman
When a job comes up that’s too lucrative to miss, Xandr and his crew will risk everything to pull it off. But is Xandr willing to risk the one woman who makes him want more than a life of petty crime?
Rogue Alien’s Secret
Andie and Xandr’s relationship is blooming between heists, explosions, and evading the dogged Duke of Mebion. But when a job goes wrong the whole crew is at risk and Xandr is hiding something that could doom them all.
Rogue Alien’s Legacy
Xandr’s past has come back to haunt his crew, and if they don’t find a way to work together, they’ll all end up rotting in an Oscavian prison… or worse.

I was totally pro-Detyen and against the Oscavian’s before this series. Xandr has changed my mind quite a bit. I really liked Andi, you can’t help it! She is whip smart and is real enough to have some self-doubts. I loved how this series played out from the start to the end. Plenty of swashbuckling, plotting, action, and smarts. The action and worlds portrayed were wonderful. The characters were a hoot. It made for a fun space pirating story.
Escape from Ixilta (Rogue Alien Escape)- Andi is a super smart woman that knows how to survive and play by the rules. Then in the next second, she’s chancing everything for this stranger. Xandr is swashbuckling and blows her away.
Rogue Alien’s Woman- I enjoyed that Andi got a chance to join up with this swashbuckling crew. Xandr is a bit of a mess not knowing how to handle situations a bit better.
Rogue Alien’s Secret- The action has just been building! Between Andi learning how to fit in with the crew and her relationship with Xandr. And now the Duke and his surprises. It’s all out a run for time and safety.
Rogue Alien’s Legacy- Legacy wrapped all the action up wonderfully. From the arch of the Duke’s upturned nose to Andi’s sly skills, it is an entertaining read.
A sci-fi romance with action and adventure. The story really builds as you get to know all the characters. Xandr is a complicated male and captain of the outlaw spaceship. Andie is a human female that was kidnapped from earth six years ago. But her life changed when one handsome escape prisoner asked for her help. From there her life as an outlaw brought her plenty of adventure but nothing comes easy. The romance in this series builds as well as the two main characters change and get to know each other. I loved all the action and never knowing what this group of outlaws would do next.
This book hooked me from the get go I just couldn’t put it down I fell in love with these characters and omg what a story just a perfect

Alien Outlaws: The Complete Series is just that, all four books. Escape From Ixilta, Rough Alien’s Woman, Rogue Alien’s Secret, and Rogue Alien’s Legacy. You get the whole story and miss nothing, nor do you have to wait to finish Andie and Xandr’s tale.
The story follows Andie, a human woman stolen from earth and enslaved for six years, and Xandr, a mysterious Oscavian (a race of humanoid purple skinned aliens who mostly rule the galaxy) outlaw on their journey through a rough ride to their happily ever after. They manage to escape a prison planet together, get up to good old space pirate hi jinks, enjoy some crew drama, learn to navigate a relationship neither one expected, and even wind up in the middle of some political shenanigans. Talk about fun right?
If you like your aliens purple, your political intrigue deadly and close to home, your romance hot, and a lot of action, this series is definitely for you. And this will get you the whole set!
Finally! The WHOLE story!
I’m a major Kate Rudolph fan. From her underdog Detyens, to her far-flung Oscavian empire with its uppity and entitled nobility, to the strategically important backwater planet, Earth, she creates a universe of steamy romance, edge-of-your-seat derring-do, and nail-biting suspense. She can also create some truly beautiful and unexpectedly deep characters – human and alien alike. This complete compilation of her Alien Outlaws series gives stunning examples of both. (If you are like me, you cry ‘foul’ when confronted unexpectedly with a serial and its cliffhanger and to-be-continued endings. by publishing the serial as one book, all such failings disappear.) Here, in five installments, is the tale of Andi the enslaved human, Xandr the no-less-enslaved Oscavian freelance thief, and two lost souls who are imprisoned as much by their own pasts as by their present circumstances. The fast-and-furious action of clandestine missions and deadly games of cat-and-mouse is nicely balanced with the inner journeys of Xandr and Andi to self-knowledge, and freedom. HEA – a new place for themselves in the universe – is hard-won, but their love and their new reality bring the story to a stunning but unexpected conclusion. I absolutely recommend this omnibus edition as one of Kate Rudolph’s best works. This is a voluntary ARC review.
This a great collection for a scifi romance lover. It’s the complete series, and the author totally delivered in each and every book. I couldn’t put it down. The characters were well developed and likeable. Their personalities and interactions kept me reading. The storylines were well written and the world and settings that author created will keep you engrossed.

#1 – Andie was abducted from Earth over 6 years ago. She has managed to eke out a living on her new “home” planet. But she is still essentially prisoner, after all no one can leave and if you cause trouble- well you disappear. But her boring, though somewhat safe, existence is dented when a huge, purple alien pops into her workplace. He literally comes from nowhere! Xander is an Oscavian (yes I know they are usually the bad guys but give him a break – he’s actually a nice guy!) Think purple Han Solo! Andie gets him off the planet but has she traded one form of slavery for another? Xander is awesome – I need one of him please! He is a hoot, even though he is playing fast and loose with Andi’s life!
#2 – Andie is still on probation it seems with most of the crew! She has still to find a niche, a job that can cement her worth to the crew and give her a permanent place on the ship. But does she really want to be part of this crew? They seem to bridge the grey between legal and illegal and Andie has no idea if she can live as a space pirate! Xandr has returned to his crew and his ship but how can he go back to being 2nd in command? His former 1st mate took over when he was imprisoned and he can’t just kick her out of the chair now he’s back…or can he? The mottliest crew is back! They make space fun, snarky and just a little bit naughty! With Andie and Xandr circling each other, they end up sharing a cabin but hearing their neighbours at it at all times of the day and night is playing havoc with Andie’s libido. We also get to see a bit more of Xandr’s past and just what is his connection to a certain Oscavian noble??!?!?!
#3 – Andi and Xandr are still settling into their…quasi relationship. Behind closed doors, they are all over each other but in front of the other drew they are trying to act with decorum. Xandr is letting Andi take part in more heists and trying not to give her special treatment. But feelings are climbing on both sides and he’s not sure how much longer they can go on as they are. The crew have another few tight scrapes with the Oscavian Empire and Mebion is still on their tale. But the real crux of the story is whether Xandr will come clean to Andi over his prior run-in with His Grace or will she find out in other ways? Be warned there is a cliffie! I hate them!
#4 – Xandr and the crew of theSeven were finally caught by the Duke of Mebion in the last book. This book picks up where the 2nd book ended. Xandr is separated from his crew. He is being kept in his old room and Ceetr is doing his best to get a local Prince to come to the festivities he is holding so that charges can be levied against Xandr and the crew. But he has a potential ally in his brother’s disaffected wife. All he has to do is kill his brother and ensure his niece takes his place! Andi and the rest of the crew are also essentially being imprisoned in luxury. But that doesn’t stop Ceetr using the newly discovered relationship between Xandr and Andi to his own benefit. But typical coward that he is he gets others to do the dirty work. But this ingenious crew put together a plan to save their captain and put an end to Ceetr’s involvement in the slavery of humans and other races. A great end to the trilogy. Xandr is really more the pirate captain he has come to play than the rich, disaffected Lord he had been required to be. He and Ceetr could not be further apart when it comes to morals. Zeesa is a bit of a slippery fish and she is not above trying to tempt Xandr to take up her other offers of “assistance” but our fearless captain has his head screwed on right!
