Georgie jumped on a transporter to Zerconia, looking for a new adventure and excitement in her life. And if she happened to find a great hunk of spunk to worship the ground she walks on, spend his days feeding her grapes and granting her every wish. . .then, you know, she wasn’t going to say no, right?Only, someone up there had it in for her. Because rather than giving her a worshipful, … grant-her-every-wish mate, she was given the growly, uncommunicative, bossy kind.
Where did she go wrong?
Her mate is damaged. He’s stubborn. He’s possessive.
He might just be the death of her.
Hopefully not literally. . .

I’m not sure this works as a standalone story. I felt like I needed a bit more handholding to understand exactly what was going on with these Zerconian warriors. The minor characters ended up just being names to me, though I understand they probably had their stories told in previous books. Still, I read the whole book relatively quickly, and I enjoyed watching the two main characters together. It would have needed a little more depth to get the five full stars. The monkey was a cute addition.

Another great story in this series. The Zerconian’s had an accord with Earth that allowed human females to find Zerconian mates, and Georgia aka Georgie couldn’t wait to get off Earth. Her sister was killed and she ran away from foster care and picked pockets to survive. Aboard the spaceship to Zerconia, she sees Zander and became curious. This story has lots of drama and heat between these characters. I loved Noodle’s antics and the laughs it gave me, and poor Cocoa, male or female?
Georgie decides to escape poverty on Earth and go find an alien mate. Zander is taken aboard the mate transport when he is injured. Georgie is curious about the big alien and finds his quarters. The rest is a huge action adventure as the two travel through space. The characters are strong personalities that have an attraction that grows into a great passion for each other. I have enjoyed these stand alone books.

This fun, very well written, book 17 in the Zerconian Warriors Series is a well-written book with Characters that are strong and full of sass. The story has drama, humor, twists/turns, chemistry, revisits to previous chraracters, action, adventure, surprises, passion, romance, and love. This is a must read story by a must read Author. This is not a standalone, you need to read the previous stories

Georgie is a smart mouth and hell-raiser. Instead of meeting a mate that will do everything she wants she is matched with a gorgeous, over protective, dominate alpha male Zerconian named Zander. He is constantly getting her out of scrapes. The ending of a great series. I received a copy of this book via Booksprout and am voluntarily leaving a review.
Georgie and some other women are on their way to Zerconia to find mates. Georgie finds the crew bringing an alien on board and is curious about him. She goes to find him to fulfill her curiosity. Zandar was brought on board a human vessel healed of his wounds and given a room to stay in. He opens the door to his room and finds Georgie there. He has the overwhelming urge to protect her and insists that she sleep in his room while he watches over her and she does. She is woken during the night with a hand over her mouth and Zandar hiding her. She listens as he is accused of assaulting a woman and taken to jail. She tells the captain that Zandar is innocent and finds someone waiting for her in her room to kill her. What will happen now. A fantastic story and a must read.

Book seventeen in the Zerconian Warriors series a well written story that had me laughing as I read. Zerconian Zandar and human Georgie’s story there is suspense, drama, danger, a monkey called Noodle, twists, turns, a medallion, lies, villains, a damaged man, a woman who as he calls her TROUBLE is, and romance. I would recommend this story. I received a free copy of this book via Booksprout and am voluntarily leaving a review.
Nice world and character building. This is book 17 in the series, I haven’t read all of the previous books in this series and I was able to follow along with the plot. It’s a fun read.

Georgie didn’t have an easy life, but she is a feisty, spirited spitfire who speaks her mind. Hoping for a male who will spoil her and adore her, she meets Zander, the gorgeous over protective Zerconian who will change her world.
Zander also had a rough life, having lived as a slave. But his mate Georgie, whom he lovingly and accurately refers to as “Trouble”, is a perfect match for him. She is brave, strong, and fights to protect him. Amid the drama and suspense, this is their love story, and their banter with each other will keep the reader laughing as they fall in love despite themselves and begin to heal each other.
I enjoyed reading this book , it has a good storyline. The interaction and chemistry between the characters of Georgie and Lud (Zandar) is great, this book is entertaining and action packed. I can’t wait for more from this author. I received this book as a FREE ARC copy to read and I voluntarily leave this review.
The writing and editing in this novel was clean, with few if any typos in the ARC version of the manuscript. The characterization was good, with both hero and heroine being sympathetic individuals. The development of the romantic relationship was fairly anemic in my opinion. I had a really hard time trying to enjoy this novel because I think the parts that were supposed to make me laugh just made me roll my eyes because it was so over the top, slapstick, and rediculous. I have a more dry, sarcastic sense of humor, so I did not find this novel at all amusing. The plot and pacing was exciting, with that being the best part of the novel, in my opinion. This novel had low angst and high stakes, which tends to be my preferred narrative structure for a romance novel. This novel used the Mars Needs Women trope, the Fated Mates trope, and the Partner in Trouble trope. The characterization and development of the romantic relationship were three stars. The plot, pacing, and world building were four stars. The humor was two stars. The combined score of this novel was therefore three stars. This novel had a Happy Ever After ending instead of a cliffhanger, so that is a big plus to the whole series. I recommend this sci-fi romance to readers who find slapstick type humor amusing. I do not plan to buy myself a keeper copy of this novel, and I am not sure I will read any other novels in this series.

Zandar aptly named Georgie “Trouble” because trouble seemed to find her everywhere. It was a fun read right from the start.

Georgie needed someone who put her first, who loved her, protected her and considered her best interests in all things- she found that in Zandar. I had been waiting for their story and it was such a sweet one. His memory loss in no way hindered him. Instead of focusing on that he focused on his mate and how he could take care of her, protect her and love her. Their road was an adventure, they picked up friends along the way and she picked up a few more things. But it was such a sweet story. Zandar became Georgie’s safe harbor, when she had never had one before and seeing how she came out of her shell and how he gained hope with her- beautiful!
