Not my favorite of the books so far, but entertaining. I just didn’t think the details of this story matched the previous books. It made me confused at this times. As a stand-alone book it was action packed and fun.
WOW. That perfectly describes this book. It is full of hot sexy man, intrigue, perseverance, and perfection. I fully recommend this book.

Is this love?
This is the question that Cat keeps asking herself throughout the story. She questions what love should look like or feel like because she has never experienced love before. I like Zara’s attention to detail, her descriptions of the Trilyans, the AI, coding and computer science, and future Earth. Catherine or Cat as she is called is a strong-minded heroine. She is in law enforcement. She doesn’t believe that love and marriage is for her. Akrawn, the Trilyan Prince, is the geeky alpha hero. The Trilyans have given Earth’s governments technology that is better for the environment and also so Trilyans can find a match to marry and regenerate their species. Cat find sherself the arresting officer of Akrawn. Akrawn is an unlikely criminal as he doesn’t need to steal anything since he is a very wealthy prince. He is also the master programmer for all the technology given to Earth. Akrawn and Cat spend a lot of time trying to find who is framing him and trying to destroy the relationship between their governments. The subplots make for an interesting story. Cat and Akrawn work together to find the saboteur and finally get an HEA. I liked this story.
Loved all the fun action and cat and mouse between these two characters. Akrawn was a wonderful character and was wanted for a crime he was set up for. Cat is the detective and was also wonderful. Lots of action and some fun twists with a sense of humor. Loved it!! I am voluntarily reviewing an arc I received via Booksprout.
Prince Akrawn receives a gift right before a dinner party. Unbeknownst to him it is stolen. He goes on the run. He is on the planet to find his mate since the women were almost wiped out on his planet from a disease. A government agent named Cat goes after him and after she is framed too they both end up on the run. You have a lot of humor, suspense, excitement, drama, emotional situations and so much more. I love this series so far. A really fun relaxing read. I highly recommend it. I review this copy I voluntarily received.
I really enjoyed this book. It’s a great continuation to the series but I was a little confused. I couldn’t see where the Aladdin reference took part at. It however had plenty of intrigue, suspense, action, and of course steamy romance to keep you hook from beginning to end. Looking forward to reading the next book in the series. I voluntarily read and review this ARC no monetary compensation was received the opinions I have expressed are my own.
Alien Aladdin by Zara Zenia is a book that is part of the Trilyn Alien Fairy Tales Series. In this alien fairy tale on Earth, alien Trilyn Prince Akrawn has been set up for theft of a museum artifact and the San Francisco Police Detective assigned to arrest him is Catherine “Cat” O’Shea. This story is full of intrigue, mystery, suspense, adventure, and romance. It was so exciting how the whole story built until the very end. Plus, the sensual heat between Prince Akrawn and Cat was off the charts. The pages practically sizzled. This is definitely a wonderful and unusual remake of the Aladdin fairy tale that I give 5 + stars. Alien Aladdin is an intriguing mystery and romance.
What do you do when an alien prince has offended a alien race and seem to have stolen cultural artifact? Why are you call in San Francisco Police Department law-enforcement officer Cat O’shea. From then on it is crazy about finding a mate, refusing to be a mate and trying to find a crazy self learning virus that is out to kill organic beings. This book was very interesting and entertaining, it had a lot of intricate explanations for those who are computer techs and those who are not. There is an action-packed scenes and some very romantic scenes in scienes that are “just darn right unbelievable “. But then again , if you are old enough to remember the movie, “Electric Dreams”, it will prepare you for aliens and alive s of learning programs. I liked it. HEA with an interesting flair.

A compelling sci-fi mystery romance !
by sewsummore
This was a compelling story to read with science fiction and mystery romance combined. An alien Prince is charged with the theft of a three thousand year necklace. SFPD Inspector Cat O”Shea is tasked with his capture only to find that he has been framed of the crime and wants her for his mate. Add in a hidden agenda by a former alien lover that has the future of both races in doubt and you have a book that will keep you reading till the end.

The plot idea was a good one and the main characters were good ones. They were good especially in their differences. However, it seems like although there was a lot of running around. With not a whole lot being accomplished when it came to the who or what was behind all the chaos. After while I began to find that a little tedious. It did give Cat and Akrawn time to get to know each other but that didn’t always work out well for them.
It didn’t take long for me to be shaking my head over Akrawn’s father King Zavir. Cat hit the nail on the head when she called him a dimwit. I was calling him stupid long before that. And some of the actions of the earth lawmen was right up there with people ranked as stupid. David Davon was Cat’s work partner. But I wondered about him after awhile. The balance of power seemed to be somewhat skewed in his favor. I also sometimes questioned the intelligence of loud mouth Captain Brontsen who is Cat’s boss. All these things and more make for misunderstanding after misunderstanding bringing things to near disaster more than once.
It did get a bit technical towards the end that I didn’t enjoy quite so much. But the actual world building of the ships and homelands that I did enjoy.
I do have to say that things work out well in a H.E.A. for our main characters. And the Epilogue does give a good look at how some things ended. But it also leaves the door open for further adventures because two of the villains did escape for now. I have to say that I wasn’t really surprised on who they were. Although some of their motives and maneuvers I hadn’t quite figured all the way out.
