Return to Harmony—where nothing is as it seems.Life is complicated for Lydia Smith. She’s working at a tacky, third-rate museum, Shrimpton’s House of Ancient Horrors, trying to salvage her career in para-archaeology—and dating the most dangerous man in town. Just when she thinks she might be getting things under control, she stumbles over a dead body and discovers that her lover has a secret past … has a secret past that could get him killed. Just to top it off, there’s trouble brewing underground in the eerie, glowing green passageways of the Dead City.
Descending into these twisting catacombs, Lydia will learn just what it’s like to put her heart—and life—on the line…

I love any book written by Jayne Ann Krentz!!!
I love all Jane’s books in all her authors
I am a long time Jayne castle fan. I love all the books in this futuristic world. And the dust bunnies have captured my heart. A wonderful read for aanyone who likes an action filled, happy ending romance.
I like this author and her books!
I’ve read this book several times, because this world she has created is fascinating, and I find nuances I missed each time I read it. Love her characters, and their interactions, and the mysteries are very clever. All of her titles, regardless of nom de la plume, always deliver!
just a really enjoyable read
I read everything I can find in this series 🙂
I will read anything by this author. She is so good with believable characters & an interesting world to explores.
Enjoyed it
I had read this book before but I had forgotten how much I hated the main character, Lydia Smith. She was totally unlikable.
Couldn’t put it down
This book is a follow up to “After Dark” and occurs a few weeks after that one ends. Lydia and Emmett are a great couple and Fuzz the dust bunny is a great sidekick. Some of the questions which were raised in “After Dark” are answered in this book but it also gives a wider view of the world of Harmony as new characters and situations are happen during the course of the novel. I had lots of fun reading this an can recommend it for anyone who wants to read a paranormal romance with witty dialogue set in a n interesting world
Love fantasy. Love books on different worlds and this one of the best.
Loved it.
