A friends-to-lovers new adult MM romance from USA Today bestseller Siobhan Davis. Stand-alone with HEA and no cliff-hanger. Keaton Moving to California was supposed to be my fresh start. A clean slate. An opportunity to drop the façade, escape the lies, find a focus, and just be myself. But I should have realized it wouldn’t be easy, especially when my last name is Kennedy.I’m not ready to be a … when my last name is Kennedy.
I’m not ready to be a gay icon or some celebrity role model. I still haven’t admitted the truth to my family or the girl I professed to love, so there’s no way I want the public to know I’m into dudes.
Falling for my hot, straight, football-player roomie wasn’t part of the game plan.
Neither was backing myself into a corner because I trusted the wrong guy.
Now everything is on the line, and it’s time to stop pretending.
Austen
From the time I was a little kid, all I wanted is to play football in college and play in the NFL. As wide receiver for the Golden Bears, I am on track to achieve my goals, but it comes at a heavy price.
Denying who I am—for the sake of my career—goes against everything I believe.
I should never have listened to my high school coach, because all the lies are suffocating me.
Until Keaton Kennedy enters my life, turning it upside down.
Now, there is even more reason to tell the truth, because I’m falling for the famous one and I want the entire world to know.
This heartwarming, emotional romance has a dash of angst and drama, a sprinkling of humor, and cameos from some of your favorite characters from the series. It is a 100k-word full-length novel, and the second to last book in the Kennedy Boys series. This can be read as a stand-alone novel as it focuses on a new couple; however, it is recommended you start at the beginning of the series for maximum reading enjoyment.

Austen and keatons story has blown me away. I don’t usually read mm but holy cow this was hot. I’ve read all the Kennedy books but this one made me cry. Keatons story will stay with me forever. These boys will forever have a place in my heart. 5 stars all the way.I voluntarily reviewed an advance complimentary copy of this book
Keaton Kennedy lives his life pleasing everyone, always doing the right thing but when it comes to his own life he lives it with secrets that need to be let out and told. Coming from a famous family he’s always hesitant but he knows that letting his family and the world know it would make him happier and finally meeting the right person makes it that much easier.
Austen Hayes is on the cusp of being a NFL Star, he even has a plan b if that doesn’t work but the one thing he can’t figure out is how to let people know the real him without the backlash of it all, until he meets Keaton and everything starts to fall into place.
The chemistry between Keaton & Austen is off the charts but everything that they will have to overcome might get in the way of their happiness. Do they fight for what they want or is it easier to walk away, you will cheer them on and hope they find the right path because they both deserve to find that HEA.
I’m just so lost for words…
This is the first MM romance I’ve finished…. but I already loved Keats so hard through the previous Kennedy books, so he’s always had that special place in my heart, and I think that’s why I enjoyed this book so much …
The heartbreak of hiding his true self from his friends and family..
finding love and having to keep it a secret for fear of ruining both their lives..
The turmoil of not opening up to his friends and family ,of not being able to be truthful to himself and others whilst thinking that he won’t be accepted for who he is by the ones he loves…
These Kennedy’s are a special kind of family and I love each one so much
Love this so hard .
Keaton and Austen’s story is heart warming! It’s the first m/m book I’ve read and it was seriously hot!! Siobhan nails every genre she writes and this was no exception!! I absolutely adore Keaton & Austen as a couple, they are both selfless, caring, loveable characters and their story is amazing. The journey their relationship takes pulls on all the heartstrings and gives you all the feels! I also loved that we got to see the other Kennedy’s in this book too! So sad this series is coming to an end but it’s been a hell of a ride so far! This book is part of a series but can be read as a stand-alone and I 100% recommend this book/series to everyone
Keaton has always been the brother that has intrigued me. He was quiet and reserved, never causing trouble, keeping to himself, and always doing for others. Now he is going to college in California and about to make this time of his life his own. Having a roommate like Austen, the hot straight football star is not the way to get his life on track and tell the world who he really is. When Keaton learns the truth about Austen, it makes things easier for him but harder for Austen.
Austen has always wanted to play football but his high school coach told him not to tell people he was gay. That it would ruin his chances at any chance of a football career. He is getting tired of denying his true feelings and lying to people about who he really is.
Can Keaton and Austen have a real relationship without living the lies? Will their families accept the truth? Will it have any impact on Austen’s future football plans?
This story is great, is an emotional roller coaster filled with a little pain, heartbreak, lust, humor, love, and forever. I have read most of this series and have loved them all so far and I hope you enjoy this one too and will give the others in the series a chance too.

This is my first Siobhan Davis read and I really enjoyed Keaton and Austen’s love story. Davis did a great job of detailing their struggles with their sexuality – the lengths they went to to keep their secrets and the support (or lack thereof) from their families and friends. Keaton and Austen have great chemistry, their bond and love for each other is strong but is it strong enough to withstand the pressures from the outside world? This book is about emotional growth and learning to love yourself, so you can be an equal in any relationship. It was a compelling read, I was rooting for Keaton and Austen from the start. If you enjoy M/M romances, this book is a must read with –
football players
fun family and friends
antiheroes you will absolutely love to hate
plenty of drama with a side of suspense, and intrigue
two very hot and sexy leading men
HEA
If any or all of the above appeal to you you should really check this book out! Advanced copy provided by the author in exchange for an honest review.
Wow. This book was sooooo good. I love me some MM and I feel like there aren’t enough books out there with it in it. I really thought the sex scenes were well written. It was hot, like I want to be a fly on a wall. Also, character description holy crap Austen is in my fantasies now. Everyone was so kind when Keats decided to share his secret except for Kent. I cannot wait to see what crawled up that guy.
Keaton and Austin are both in college and hiding their true sexuality but when they become roommates, they can no longer hide their attraction to each other. Can they hide it from others though? Austin has a career with the NFL on the line and Keaton, as a member of the Kennedy family, has lived practically his entire life in the spotlight and the last thing he wants is to become a gay icon. Keaton and Austin have a tremendous passion for each other but Keaton allows his fears and insecurity to get in the way sometimes. Is love enough to keep them together through good times and bad?
Keaton is one of my favorite Kennedy brothers and it’s hard to believe he is all grown up now! I haven’t read a lot of m/m romances but this is a really wonderful, emotional love story with two very likable lead characters. I loved this sexy romance and I couldn’t put it down.
I am voluntarily reviewing an advance reader copy of this book.
Such a beautiful heartwarming story of unconditional love.
After a chance meet, Keaton and Austen have an instant connection. They become friends/roommates, that develops into love. Within this love, they find their soul mate, however as with all Kennedy boys, the path is not smooth. Together they grow, help accept who they are, be honest, be stronger, ground each other. They make the perfect couple.
Keaton really grows in confidence and I loved seeing this change in him and seeing him become a man x
Also good to catch up the rest of the family… such a supportive group.
I love MM stories and this one is one of the best I have read. If you haven’t read MM before please don’t be put off, this has been beautiful written and I can’t recommend it enough xx
“To courage and to truth.” Two virtues, one simple but powerful toast – and I can’t think of a better thematic summation of this amazing story. I knew I would love sweet Keaton’s story, but I had no idea the depths to which his story would move me, how Keaton and Austen would totally own my heart. THIS STORY IS EVERYTHING. Keaton and Austen filled me with such love. Adoring Keaton has everything I adore about this amazing series- angst, that Kennedy family drama, a dynamic cast of riveting primary and secondary characters, and the perfect balance of heart, heat, and humor. By those merits alone I would love this story- but Keaton in his quiet and tender way has snuck up on me…and now, Adoring Keaton is tied for my favorite Kennedy story ever. Not only because of its deeply beautiful love story, but because of the important themes Siobhan isn’t scared to explore. Adoring Keaton is courageous in its truth- it is heart-warming, poignant, beautiful and honest.
I already loved Keaton- and his book only made me love him more. I’ve loved the way he loves the ladies in his life- his love for his mama, he’s connection with Faye. He’s always been so sweet and selfless- willing to give up so much for those he loves. But here, we see the price he’s had to pay. Because Keaton has sacrificed more than we could know. He’s hiding in plain sight- hiding his true self, lying to everyone he knows and therefore lying to himself. He’s struggling to come to terms with who he is and what he wants, to find the courage and confidence to be himself. He’s a bit lost- directionless and insecure. And I loved getting to see the inexperienced, emotionally needy side of him- he’s adorably awkward at times, vulnerable and sensitive. He wears his big beautiful heart on his sleeve. Siobhan gives him such complexity, such heart, such emotional resonance- I felt his every word in my heart. I felt such compassion, such love, such pain for him. He just needs someone to see him- and Austen, well Austen more than sees him. He understands his very soul.
While I knew I would love Keaton, I was unprepared for the beautiful creature that is Austen Hayes. Dare I say, Austen may be the most compelling leading man Siobhan has EVER written. I FELL SO IN LOVE WITH HIM. He’s the dreamiest- he’s loyal and honest, so compassionate and intuitive. He understood Keaton’s needs, is in tune with his feelings- and the patient and compassionate way he builds trust with Keaton moved me to tears more than once. He’s self-assured, confident, and self-aware- unlike Keats, he knows who he is and has embraced his identity, even if his current situation has him less than open about it. Austen is the character manifestation of unconditional love- pure, honest, and most importantly, BRAVE. His courage not only inspired me, but inspired Keats- he’s the catalyst to Keats journey, to his growth, and it is so breathtaking to behold. The way this man loves is so beautiful.
The chemistry? I’m not even sure I have words for how beautifully their connection is written. Together- these two are magical. I’ve never swooned so hard for a couple. Siobhan has scribed such a compelling story of TRUE partnership. They are a team. Two people who love each other and support each other. Who communicate and want to lift each other up. The vulnerability, the honesty, the genuine affection they demonstrate for each other- it is magnificent to behold. They both embody such an all-consuming care for one another, a mutual respect and admiration. But what is most moving is how they understand each other- the way they trust, the way they can only be their full selves with the other person, the acceptance and understanding they demonstrate for one another’s self-identity journeys, even though they are both in very different places. This is some of the most compelling, soulful, tender and intimate character chemistry I’ve ever read. Their relationship-I FELT in my soul. This is what it feels like to read about true soul mates. Not to mention- THEY ARE SO HOT TOGETHER. SCORCHING!
I flew through the pages because their love story consumed me- yet I found myself going back and re-reading because I was so enraptured by their magic. I felt transformed by both their joy and pain, moved to tears several times by their emotional range. Their story is hard in places, euphoric in others. The obstacles are many- not only do they both have parts of their past threatening their powerful but risky connection, but other aspects of their identity keep overshadowing and silencing this very important part of who they are. Being a Kennedy, career aspirations, stigmas, trust, and fear all jeopardize how openly they can exist as themselves- and therefore threaten who they can be together. And that leads to some real heartbreak and pain.
The truth of this story is that these two men are each other’s center. They ground the other, amplify the best in each other. But Siobhan doesn’t shy away from being real about what makes their story uniquely, and unfairly, complicated- the role of identity and acceptance. She explores what happens when you find your center before you’ve even really figured out your own path, before you’ve even accepted your own self. And that is what this makes this story so special. This isn’t just a story about two people falling in love- this is a story about exploring and embracing your own identity. About two people realizing that time spent not being yourself, where you let others limit who you are, is time wasted, time lost. About two people figuring out what acceptance is or is not, and doing the hard, and unjust, work of learning to accept themselves while also feeling repressed in their identities.
Siobhan so brilliantly contrasts their experiences and paths- giving us two living and breathing characters who aren’t stereotypes or archetypes, because both have a very different process and experience. There is a loving authenticity to the way she brings their story to life- it is beautiful, powerful, tender, sweet- but most importantly, it is truthful. There are two scenes in this story that wrecked me- left me shattered and in tears. Two of the most powerful scenes I think Siobhan has ever written. One because of the deep hope and love it inspired in me, the other because of the way its honesty broke my heart. And they are both so incredibly genuine- so real. Somehow Siobhan made their love feel normal and familiar while also giving it space to be unique- to acknowledge that Austen and Keats have barriers that the other Kennedy couples will never experience. And that is so powerful.
Courage. Truth. Traits endemic to any kind of love- traits that are actually universal to the act of loving. But for Keats and Austen, courage and truth aren’t just the core of their story in falling in love with each other. No, they are also core to their story about accepting and loving themselves. And that love story…well, that story may be the greatest love story of all. I’m so in love with Adoring Keaton- I could not ask for a more beautiful story!
I absolutely ADORED this book, pun intended, and I think Siobhan Davis could not have picked a better title for this book than this one.
You have absolutely no other choice to adore Keaton, and his wonderful story with Austen!
Moving to California and going to a different college than his two brothers and splitting up the triplets is giving Keaton the start to get his life sorted out. And it was not planned to fall for his roommate who’s on his best way to enter the draft to the NFL.
Austen has one goal, and that’s to become a player in the NFL. To fall for one of the famous Kennedy boys and letting everyone know he’s gay was not on his agenda! So what is he going to do?!
Siobhan Davis absolutely nailed this M/M romance. The feelings were real, and I continuously wanted to hug both characters and be there for them and hold their hands. It was a hot and steamy, fun and lovingly and full of feelings best friends to lovers story! I absolutely recommend this book to you. It can be read as a stand-alone, but I would read from the beginning! The Kennedy boys are absolutely worth every second!
Siobhan did it again! Kennedy Magic!
Wow, just wow. Once again, I couldn’t put this book down. Not a genre I am familiar with but boy, didn’t I thoroughly enjoy it. Siobhan wrote an enthralling MM novel for her first time writing this genre. I loved Keaton and Austen. In true Kennedy fashion, nothing is simple and life is nothing but an explosion of drama. So many familiar faces, it was awesome! Keaton and Austen’s romance is full of sweet and sexy moments, followed by a good dose of angst, confusion and struggle and a couple I am totally smitten with. Though this is a standalone I recommend starting at the beginning of the series to get the full effect of the Kennedy Drama. I freaking love this series. Amazing Siobhan!

Being His Anchor
An emotionally charged and achingly beautiful MM romance that will put you through the wringer. The journey will test you, but the love will keep you pushing through.
In true Kennedy fashion, Keaton’s happily ever after won’t come easy. Accepting his true self and then dealing with the fall out will put his new relationship to the test. This is a story about embracing who your are and owning it because you are worth it and you deserve happiness.
Keaton knew who he was, but sharing it with everyone else was a challenge he was too afraid to face. It was hard enough for him to come to terms with it. However, falling in love with the right guy would give him the courage he needed to tell his family and friends his truth.
Austen has always been comfortable in his own skin. When he started college, he was told to keep his sexuality a secret from his football team so as not to limit his options for the future. Hiding who he is, is slowly destroying him. It’s time for everyone to know. But protecting Keaton comes first, because loving him is what matters.
Both men are struggling in their own way, but they have each other. Together they have passion and love, but outside influences are causing additional complications. From blackmail to ex’s, their new relationship is being tested. Sometimes you have to break something to build it again stronger.
Life is messy and this couple tackled it all. It wasn’t pretty. They faced narrow-minded slurs and judgment because of who they loved. Not to mention betrayals and opportunists. However, they fought back. We watched Keaton grow into a confident man who was willing to fight for his forever. They shared amazing chemistry and a love that never wavered even when torn apart.
I love the Kennedy’s. This family is loyal and loving, but drama seems to follow them. They do whatever they can to protect their own. You’ll get some answers but be left with some questions. I enjoyed catching up with them and I look forward to uncovering Kent’s secrets when he tells his own story in the final book.
I loved Keaton. I loved Austen. I loved their chemistry, their love, their passion and their special journey. There is absolutely nothing I didn’t love in Adoring Keaton by Siobhan Davis. The captivating storyline with perfect balance of drama, swoon, tension and heat. The writing slayed me. Epic love story from an epic writer.
Keaton Kennedy and Austen Hayes fall in love young. They were at different stages of exploring their sexuality. Austen has been the more confident and open one. While Keaton was struggling with fear and insecurities with the added burden of Kennedy name. Love doesn’t make things easy and they are going to learn it in a harsh way. The author is going to take you on a heartbreaking journey and you are not ready for it.
I love how Siobhan Davis takes us deep in the psyche of her characters. Not only the dynamics between the lead characters. She will go into details of the family and friends and the whole network. And the effect is something else. I can relate to the characters so easily. I can understand their actions and pain and happiness. And I feel like a part of the picture. That enhanced the reading experience. Austen is too hot and cute to handle. He is so kind and confident and swoonworthy. Keaton is equally charming and adorable with some edge. They both are very real characters with confusion about relationship, insecurity, fear, vulnerabilities. The passion they have is hotter than hell. But I was dying from the beauty of their love. The unfair obstacles put by society and surrounding people almost destroyed them. Siobhan Davis put me is this dreamy, happy and content stage with their sweet sexy times. And then BAM! She turned up heat and drama and heartbreak. And my heart was shredded! Thankfully all puzzle pieces fall into places after that emotional torture. Because the boys deserve it so much! They had some growing up and introspection to do before life long committment.
Adoring Keaton by Siobhan Davis is about true love that gives courage and strength to become a better person. It was an inspiring, swoonworthy and sinful read at the same time! One of my all time favourite MM romance!
I reviewed an early copy of the story voluntarily.
I need to be completely honest and say MM romances don’t float my boat ( I’m all up for living who you love FYI ) BUT this book is A M A Z I N G!
I love the characters, the story line and the emotion!
Keaton is a doll and Austin is one fine man!
If you haven’t already downloaded/ordered this book guys now is the time!

Could this be my all time favourite book of Siobhans? Have I divorced Kyler with no hope of marrying new book boyfriend Keaton? All I know is I love him as a character!
This was my first MM read and it packed a punch. Siobhan has obviously done a lot of research and it showed. I finished and wanted to hug every gay man I could find. Us heteros have it easy, we don’t have to battle, hide, or shy away from love just because of who we are attracted to. Siobhan didn’t shy away from the nitty gritty details but gave these characters their own world as we peaked in through the pages. The love took time but you can tell they are soul mates underneath it all. There drama and conflict, secrets and lies. Definitely a book I will read again. Don’t be afraid of the MM aspect, love is love after all and these two characters deserve it. I received an advanced reader copy of this story.
This is the 9th book in this phenomenal series and is Keaton and Austin’s story. Keaton has been dating the same girl for years, but he always held back as something just did not feel right and he was confused by his feelings, yet from the moment he meets Austin things click into perspective. This is a beautifully written emotional roller coaster, which is heart-warming, moving, humorous, and with a tad drama and angst, and secrets, and with a riveting and intricated plot and engaging characters. I was totally captivated throughout this addictive page turner, and I highly recommend this gifted authors’ work for all.
This is the first book that I got into that was a M/M. It was a panty changing book. Absolutely loved it.

I am not usually an MM reader, but I love this series and Keaton SO much, that there was no way I could miss his story. I’m so glad I made that decision and I have been locked into Keaton and Austin’s relationship for the past 7 hours straight!
I have to admit, I wasn’t convinced in the beginning and I struggled. The Kennedy men are alpha through and through and I found Keaton to be a little ‘less’ than I expected. However by the end, I realised it was Siobhan Davis’s way of showing how Keaton needed to grow and accept who he is, and boy, did she blow it out of the water! She has obviously spent a lot of time researching this, as she has identified many of the difficulties, I can imagine any young person would be faced with when ‘coming out’.
I loved the friendship and developing relationship that Keaton and Austin share in Adoring Keaton. The sex is off the scale of hotness. The way their relationship grows, their insecurities, their love just blew me away. Keaton coming out to his family, left me with big, hot tears rolling down my face. He was more than just a book character in those moments. Having read Adoring Keaton, I’ve realised how invested I am in the Kennedy Family! This book also has cameos from all our favourites (i.e. the whole family!) This series has been quite a journey and I can’t wait for Kent’s book to top it off. I’ve followed the Kennedy family for the past 4 years and they will be forever in my Kindle Library!

I’ve been looking forward to Keaton’s book for quite some time now, so I was really happy when it got here.
Keaton was alwasys the sensible one of the Kennedy brothers, so when he moved to Berkeley without his triplet brothers it left them stunned. However Keaton knew he had to, to find himself.
This book is written from 2 POV’s, which makes it really interesting to follow. You get all sides of the story that is being told.
Things develop quickly but never too fast. You really get sucked in.
The waiting I did for this book was well worth it! I liked it a lot.
