A friends-to-lovers new adult MM romance from USA Today bestseller Siobhan Davis. Stand-alone with HEA and no cliff-hanger. Keaton Moving to California was supposed to be my fresh start. A clean slate. An opportunity to drop the façade, escape the lies, find a focus, and just be myself. But I should have realized it wouldn’t be easy, especially when my last name is Kennedy.I’m not ready to be a … when my last name is Kennedy.
I’m not ready to be a gay icon or some celebrity role model. I still haven’t admitted the truth to my family or the girl I professed to love, so there’s no way I want the public to know I’m into dudes.
Falling for my hot, straight, football-player roomie wasn’t part of the game plan.
Neither was backing myself into a corner because I trusted the wrong guy.
Now everything is on the line, and it’s time to stop pretending.
Austen
From the time I was a little kid, all I wanted is to play football in college and play in the NFL. As wide receiver for the Golden Bears, I am on track to achieve my goals, but it comes at a heavy price.
Denying who I am—for the sake of my career—goes against everything I believe.
I should never have listened to my high school coach, because all the lies are suffocating me.
Until Keaton Kennedy enters my life, turning it upside down.
Now, there is even more reason to tell the truth, because I’m falling for the famous one and I want the entire world to know.
This heartwarming, emotional romance has a dash of angst and drama, a sprinkling of humor, and cameos from some of your favorite characters from the series. It is a 100k-word full-length novel, and the second to last book in the Kennedy Boys series. This can be read as a stand-alone novel as it focuses on a new couple; however, it is recommended you start at the beginning of the series for maximum reading enjoyment.

Adoring Keaton was the first MM Romance I‘ve read and I enjoyed it alot!
Keaton and Austin are perfect for eachother. Starting out as roommates and friends they quickly realize their feelings for eachother but Keaton is still on the fence and is still having kind of trouble with his sexuality.
Their story was a sweet one with a little bit of drama regarding their relationship and Keatons family.
Keaton has always been one of my favorite Kennedy‘s and to see him finally get his happy ever after all his siblings are happy was really amazing!
I can recommend this book/story to everyone who hasn‘t read MM yet. It‘s a great start into this trope if you haven‘t read it before!

Steamy! Sweet! Awe-Inspiring!
Keaton is my ABSOLUTE FAVORITE Kennedy! He has been since the very beginning of the Kennedy series. I loved Kyler & Faye but Keaton won my heart quicker than any other character in this series and that boy has held onto it as the series went on.
I don’t normally read MM romance except by a few select authors. However, Siobhan Davis is one of my FAVORITE authors and when I knew she was writing an MM for this series I already KNEW I would be reading it. The fact that it was my fave Kennedy boy cinched it for me.
Keaton is hiding a big secret from his family and friends; one that his roomie Austen knows really, really well! Both of them stand to lose something should the truth come out; yet neither of them have ever wanted it more than they do right now…with each other. A relationship built onto a friendship can make for some of the strongest you’ll ever encounted….but is it strong enough to withstand hate?
I truly admired and rejoiced at the love and support shown to Keaton by his family, it was one of my favorite moments in the book. If you’ve read any of this series then you understand that it is basically built on drama and secrets yet filled with life lessons, steamy scenes and love. Adoring Keaton is no exception in the series. The drama Keaton brings to the table is both hilarious and soooo KENNEDY! Keats even pulled some tears from me. Of course Siobhan can’t help but to bring us a book that have some shocking twists….I LIVE FOR THEM!!
Even though I loved Keaton & Austen, at the same time I often felt like Austen deserved much better. Which is very hard for me to accept considering Keaton is my favorite; not only do I LOVE his character but I want the absolute best for him always! Even though it’s been some time since release I still don’t want to spoil anything for anyone. I will say this, I feel like Keaton didn’t grovel enough at the times he should have. The ending did feel a tad rushed but that could just be me since I would love for this family to go on and on and on…hahaha!
Adoring Keaton is part of an interconnected series of standalones, which means..you can read Keaton by itself if you’d like. Although, if you haven’t read the rest of the series & you enjoy series I definitely recommend it!
The Kennedy Boys has ling since been one of my favorite series and I’ve been looking forward to Keaton’s story for a long time. One of my favorite things about MM romances is the emotions they invoke and Keats and Austen had that in spades.
If you are open minded enough to read a MM love story, this is a great choice. The love story is very sweet and leaves you that lovey dovey awwww feeling. It’s a wonderful story and I really loved it.
This is a M/M romance and there is sexual content, so if that’s not your jab, you may want to ship this read, but while there is lots of sex, there is so much more. One came ‘out of the closet’ when he was younger, but due to all the homophobia in the world, he was talked into keeping his sexuality a secret for a better chance at making into the NFL. The other has been struggling to discover himself and understand who he is. He is afraid of admitting his sexual orientation once he realizes and accepts who he is. There are other things going on in the background that cause even more strain and hardship for the two. Austen’s character is patient and understanding and more outgoing. Keaton is more insecure and has a naivety about him. He’s more closed off and reserved from people (in part due to his family and their very public life.) Austen helps Keaton come to terms with his place in the world and is always encouraging him. He is definitely the stronger one in the relationship. This can be read as a standalone, though there may be spoilers if you haven’t read the previous books in the series. (They each feature one of the Kennedy (Keaton’s) brothers. ) It alternates between POVs. Suitable for mature readers.
This is book nine in The Kennedy Boys Series.and it was absolutely amazing. There are many twists and turns and that is what makes you keep turning the pages to see what would happen next and it was so addictive. Keaton broke my heart with everything that he was going through and I loved Austen so much as he was so caring, loving, excepting, loyal and protective and him and Keaton were perfect for each other. The Kennedy Boys are one of my favourite series of all time and I can’t wait to read the next book in this amazing series. Siobhan Davis is an amazing author and writer and I definitely recommend you read this book and series and you will definitely not be disappointed.
I have to say this one surprised me! And I don’t know why but I am always surprised by Siobhan!!! I wasn’t sure how interested I would be in this story. Keaton has intrigued me from the beginning and I am SO glad she finally told his story! I loved it and I am happy I took the time to read this one! It was hot and steamy TOO!!! 🙂 Give it a try, you might be surprised too! I voluntarily reviewed an advance complimentary copy of this book.
I have been waiting for Keaton’s story for a long time, he was always one of my favorites. He has the sweetest, kindest soul, so I was hoping he would fall for someone worthy of him, and he did. Austen was PERFECT for him and a beautiful character too.
I was smiling most of the book with all their moments and the coming out to his family was a great moment, except… you know. The angst was minimal but it made sense.
If you’re looking for a cute, warm and hot friends to lovers story with a bit of family drama in the middle, this is it. These two were wonderful.
I’ve been waiting for Keaton’s book! I loved him already back in Kyler’s books. I always wondered…so when I heard it was going to be M/M I jumped for joy! I haven’t read a lot of that trope, but I love all of Siobhan’s work, so I knew it was going to be amazing, and it is.
If you’ve never read M/M, don’t let that stop you from enjoying the next book in the Kennedy Boy’s Series! It’s also friends to lovers and sports romance all rolled into one. Keaton and Austin are truly couple goals. They have their ups and downs and fair share of drama, but they are trying to live life on their own terms.
“Everyone’s journey is different, and you should never compare yourself to anyone else.”
I will be the first to admit that I do not like MM stories, this was the first one I’ve read. I fell in love with this story! Siobhan Davis outdid herself in this book, so beautifully written a poignant love story.
I have read the entire Kennedy series, and this comes close to being one of the best in the series so far.
The story opens with Austen stumbling over Keaton. Literally. Keaton is almost passed out drunk against the side of the football house where Austen lives. After driving Keats home to make sure he’s safe, Austen and Keats become friends.
This novel takes us through a wonderful ride of a steady, sure, loving and supportive partner helping the love of his life come to terms with his sexuality.
This is such a touching story that will melt your heart and I totally recommend it to everyone. I enjoy the occasional MM story and this has to be one of the best I have read.
How pleasant to return to Siobhan Davis’ vintage writing style! After reading a series of her dark books, I was longing for some straight up romance, with a dash of drama, as her usual writing style in this series. And this book delivered over expectations! It’s a sweeter read than the other Kennedy books, with an explosion of drama towards the end, but it wouldn’t be a Siobhan Davis without some plot twist and strong drama. So I devoured this book in a day, and loved every word.
Keaton is one of the Kennedy triplets, and he’s nearing his twenty-first birthday. He changed courses from the normal route of his brothers and went to Berkeley University in California instead of Harvard in Boston He had expectations of living a quieter, more normal life, but that idea went out when he was sought after by students, hoping to get something out of him. He then rented a penthouse, went a little hermit, and hung with only a group of close friends, Seb, Kate, and Molly.
Austen Hayes is the wide receiver of the Berkeley football team. As such, he’s as well-known as Keaton around campus. They met after a football party where Keaton drank too much and was unable to get home. Austen drove him and during the drive, the chemistry sizzled like crazy between those two. The problem? Austen is openly gay in his hometown, but is hiding it at Berkeley to improve his chances of being drafted into the NFL. It’s openly known that gay athletes have very little probability of being drafted. At the moment, he has a “fake girlfriend” arrangement with his best friend from his hometown, Gia. And Keaton? He’s still in denial of his feelings and of being gay. For many years he had an on and off relation with Melissa that never felt right, not even to his family. Happily, he broke up with Melissa but is nowhere near to an acceptance of who he was. He and Austen are playing this game of drooling at each other and trying to conceal their growing attraction.
I loved this MM romance! Their journey is so sweet, interspersed with very sexy times, with very detailed description of how it goes. I was intensely interested into the mechanics of two men having sexual relations, and the author was very real and treated their sexy moments with a lot of feeling and honesty. Their moments together were sublime and you could tell their feelings were very much involved. It was making love, not sex, and I was overjoyed at the respectful way the author treated this theme.
I loved reading Keaton’s journey to acceptance and resolution as a gay man. He’s a tad insecure, prone to anxiety attacks, always afraid of public opinion and of being overset by hordes of paparazzi. His fears were real and he sometimes acted a little immature when he went postal. Austen is a tower of strength and acceptance, also a lot of patience as he helps Keaton navigate and process his issues.
As always, family is always present in this series, with the brothers’ teasing and banter, and Alex’s hovering over her boys and daughters in law. And as is to be expected, there is drama, scandal, plot twists and people who were not as we thought they were. There isn’t one Siobhan Davis book that doesn’t carry a surprise, which is why I love them.
Kent Kennedy is shown here, and he’s nasty! Selfish and insulting, the author has to do a miracle to redeem this guy who has always been a problem maker during the series. He’s always been irreverent, indecent, disagreeable, all the nasty stuff. Looking forward to Kent’s redemption!
This was my very first MM romance book ever read. I didn’t know what to expect at first but it sure didn’t disappoint. I ended up falling in love with the main characters like they were my best friends. The romance between Keaton and Austin is tantalizing and the details Siobhan writes leaves you hot and needing more. This is one of my favorite Kennedy boys books along with Kyler’s. Can’t wait to see what she has in store for Kent!

It’s been a hot minute since I read any books in the Kennedy Boy series. You do not need to read any of the other books to read this one. However, there are spoilers in this book of what has happened in previous books. So if you don’t want anything to be ruined, then I would highly suggest reading them all in order (don’t worry – it’s truly worth it).
I was pleasantly surprised with Adoring Keaton. This is Siobhan’s first MM romance (I have read others before so this wasn’t a deterrent for me). What I found surprising was the difference in the suspense was with this one was but I still thoroughly enjoyed it just as much. A lot of the other Kennedy stories have a action suspense to them, whereas this one had an emotional suspense. But I was still just as engaged in this one because of the deep attraction and the chemistry between Keaton and Austen. It was off the charts HAWT!
Siobhan Davis really writes some compelling and real characters. Keaton and Austen are true testaments to that. I love who they both are individually and together. Keaton has always hidden who he was because of the lime light on his family and he always put others and their needs before himself. Austen has owned he is since high school, but has also kept a low profile because of recommendations he followed from someone he respected.
This story was written through both Keaton and Austen’s POV, which really added in being able to understand both characters better and get a deeper connection to them. This story starts off with them being friends and slowly, over time things become more. There are a lot of unknowns that these two fight against but I love that it’s their support of each other and their love that helps them battle most of them. Siobhan did a great job of having these characters have real and raw fears and strong emotions surrounding their situation. She brings in real life outlook on things and that helps makes this story all the more authentic.
Adoring Keaton is another 5 star read for me. This story is extremely written and flows at a beautiful pace. Even if you don’t read MM romances, I highly urge anyone to read this one. You will be pleasantly surprised but how easily you fall in love with Keaton and Austen.
Their story is so good. I loved them.
They are so hot together. I loved them and love how they are together. How they were with friends and family. I so want more of them
This was my first time reading M/M stand alone. I do love Siobhan Davis and the Kennedy brothers so while it wasn’t my favorite in this series it was still good. Siobhan does a wonderful job at adding in bits of the other Kennedy’s to keep her readers up to date on what’s happening in their lives as well as giving us the new Kennedy to learn about. Keaton definitely has a hard with with being comfortable with who he is and how to show who he is to others so it’s good that he found a good person in Austen who can help him and support him along the way. In the end it’s Austen and his family accepting Keaton and giving him the confidence, live and support to become a strong Kennedy character. As always I’m excited for the next book and how Kent is going to redeem himself to himself and those in this family he has hurt along the way. I also look forward to continuing to catch glimpses of the other Kennedy family members and their lives.
I can’t say I’ve ever read a M/M book before. Only some reverse harem with a little M/M action sprinkled in. But WOW. Siobhan made this book so hot that I would definitely be up for another! Especially if she’s writing it.
Ever since the beginning of the Kennedy Boys series, I have wondered about Keaton’s sexual orientation. There was one moment where I just knew he had been about to tell Faye he was gay. I hate that it took him so long to find the courage to come out but I love that Austen came into the picture and helped him so so.
The chemistry between Austen and Keaton is off the charts from day one. These two were made for one another and with a few bumps in the road, I’m so happy they found each other. Even if you don’t think this genre is up your alley, I really encourage you to give it a try! I don’t think you’ll regret it!
Now I’ll just be waiting on pins and needles for Kent’s story!

Am I bad because I want to sandwich myself between all the yumminess in Siobhan Davis’ Adoring Keaton (The Kennedy Boys, Book 9)? I don’t care if I am as this book was just too much fun, and I’m not even generally a MM fan (as I like to connect with the heroine in my romance tales. Frankly I only really tried this out as it’s the penultimate Kennedy Boys and the others have bern so good I couldn’t skip this one (even though it works perfectly stand-alone). I’m glad I didn’t as, quite frankly, it’s a truly well done friends-to-lovers romance. I’m happy to highly recommend it.

When I first found out this was a MM romance I wasnt sure what to expect. This is the first MM novel I’ve read and it was more than I could of ever imagined.
This is an amazing coming out story, Siobhan never fails with her writing and this book shows it.
I absolutely love Keaton and Austen, they were perfect!
So many emotions were felt in this book, I couldn’t put it down!
Siobhan thank you so much for this amazing book, is there anything you can’t write about?!
I love this author’s writing so much that I tried my first M/M book ever. It wasn’t as bad as I thought it would be. Putting my own personal views aside, lots of drama & angst as always. Keaton & Austen’s love for another was hot & cannot wait for Reforming Kent.
I voluntarily reviewed an advance complimentary copy of this book.
Absofreakinglutely speechless! I cheered and cried and was blown away by Keaton and Austen. Everything they endured and the love that they share is so heartwarming. Especially in a story like theirs where there are still so many out there who hate on the LGTBQ community and those in it. I am so glad to see this representation in Siobhan’s series.
**I received a complimentary copy of this book in exchange for an honest review.
